H. Preparation for Installation
   (1) If necessary, remove the SAFETY BARRIER(S).
   (2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (3) Remove the sealant from the floor panel and the attached components with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
   (4) Clean the area with Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
   (5) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (6) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
   (7) Make sure that the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
   (8) If necessary, install the new placards:
   (9) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
4. Procedure
Subtask 25-43-42-420-071-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Floor Pan Assembly
F Floor Pan Assembly ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) If the rubber strips (18), (19) and (21) from the floor panel (20) are removed, install them.
   (2) If the screws (16) from the floor angle brackets (17) are removed, install them.
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (3) Apply the Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the floor pan inside the lavatory.
   (4) Apply the special materials Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (5).
   (5) Put the door sill (6) in position and install the screws (5).
   (6) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 0.42 and 0.37 m.daN (37.17 and 32.74 lbf.in ) T.
   (7) Apply the Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.
06AAB1) to the floor pan and the floor panel at the lavatory door opening.
   (8) Cut the rubber strip (4) to length and put it in position.
   (9) Put the rear partition panel (1) in position and install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
   (10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (11) Put the floor pan (9) in position and install the washers (8) and the screws (7).
   (12) Put the front-shroud panel (10) in position and install the washers (11) and the screws (12).
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (13) Apply the Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) to the floor pan and the floor panel at the lavatory door area.
   (14) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (15) Put the floor panel (13) in position and install the screws (22), the washers (14) and the screws (15).
   (16) TORQUE the screws (22) to between 0.46 and 0.38 m.daN (40.71 and 33.63 lbf.in ) T.
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (17) Cut the new SYNTHETIC FIBRE CORD (NYLON) 2.5MM DIA to length and put the cord in the floor panel joints.
NOTE: Cut the synthetic fiber cord longer than the necessary length to make an overlap of approximately 200 mm (8.0 in.) at each end.
   (18) After application of the sealant, turn the ends back to make a loop and press the loop into the sealant. This helps the next removal procedure.
   (19) Fill the floor panel joints with Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.
06AEA1) .
   (20) When the sealant is dry, cut the Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) to length, and put it on the floor panel joints.

A. Installation of the Floor Pan Assembly

   (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
   (2) Install the rubber strips (6), (8) and (9) on the floor panel (7).
   (3) Put the floor angle brackets (5) in position on the floor panel (7) and install the screws (4).
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (4) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the floor pan in the inner side the lavatory.
   (5) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1).
   (6) Install the door sill (2) and the screws (3) on the floor pan assembly (1).
   (7) Tighten the screws (3).
   (8) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the floor pan assembly (1) and the floor panel (7) at the lavatory door opening.
   (9) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

     (e) Make sure that the end of the sleeve (10) is aligned with the painted mark on the drain tube (11).
