(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo rollers in the brackets.
(3) Make sure that the sidewall panel (1) aligns with the adjacent sidewall panels.
(4) Put the gap-covers (2) in position. Carefully turn they outboard and push they down to make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(5) Install the lining strips (3) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panels. Make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(6) Install the washers (4), (5) and the screws (6).
(7) Put the covers (7) in position and make sure that the covers (7) are correctly engaged.
(8) Install the decor-ring (8):
(a) Pull the window blind a small distance down.
(b) Put the decor-ring (8) on the window basin a small distance above center.
(c) Bend the upper part of the decor-ring (8) a little distance inboard and push it down at the same time.
(d) If necessary, move the decor-ring (8) a small distance to the left and right, while you push the decor-ring (8) down.
(e) Make sure that the two middle guides lock in position, the lower guide locks automatically.
(f) When the decor-ring (8) is pushed fully down, apply a light force outboard to the upper snap guides until they lock.
(9) Make sure that the window blinds are movable.

(2) Move the sidewall-panel (1) down and engage the yo-yo rollers in the brackets.
(3) Make sure that the sidewall-panels are aligned to each other.
(4) Put the gap-cover (5) in position. Carefully turn it outboard and push it down to make sure that it is correctly engaged.
(5) Push the lining strip (2) up between the sidewall-panel (1) and the adjacent panel and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(6) Install the washers (3) and the screws (4).

(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo roller in the bracket.
(3) Make sure that the sidewall panel (1) aligns with the adjacent sidewall panel.
(4) Put the gap-cover (2) in position. Carefully turn it outboard and push it down to engage it.
(5) Make sure that the gap cover (2) is correctly engaged.
(6) Install the lining strip (3) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panel. Make sure that it is correctly engaged.
(7) Install the screws (9) and the caps (10).
(8) Install the washers (4), (5) and the screws (6).
(9) Put the cover (7) in position and make sure that the cover (7) is correctly engaged.
(10) Install the decor-ring (8):
(a) Pull the window blind a small distance down.
(b) Put the decor-ring (8) on the window basin a small distance above centre.
(c) Bend the upper part of the decor-ring (8) a little distance inboard and push it down at the same time.

B. Preparation of Component Replacement
Panel 3-Frame - Identification Marking ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
Panel 3-Frame - Identification Marking ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(1) If you installed the marks, examine the marks on the left and right sidewall-panels at FR35/FR35.8 to FR36 and FR46 to FR47.
(3) If necessary, install new placards or paint new marks on the sidewall-panels.
(4) If you paint a new mark:
(a) Clean the area (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(b) Measure the distances and make marks (Refer to detail B).
(c) Apply TAPE - MASKING to the area adjacent to the marks you made.
(d) Use Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to paint a new mark on the sidewall-panel.
(5) If you install a new placard:
(a) Clean the area (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(b) Measure the distances and make marks (Refer to detail B).
(c) Install the new AIPC 11-32-25-81-010 PLACARD (1) or AIPC 11-32-89-81-010 PLACARD (1) adjacent to the marks you made (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).

Panel 3-Frame - Identification Marking ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
Panel 3-Frame - Identification Marking ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: These marks (dark color triangles) identify the windows through which the flight crew can look at the external slat/flap position-marks.
(2) If you installed the marks, make sure that the marks on the left and right sidewall-panels at FR35/FR35.8 to FR36 and FR46 to FR47 are in a good condition. (3) If necessary, install new placards or paint new marks on the sidewall-panels.
(4) If you paint a new mark:
(a) Clean the area (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(b) Measure the distances and make marks (Refer to detail B).
(c) Apply TAPE - MASKING to the area adjacent to the marks you made.
(d) Use Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to paint a new mark on the sidewall-panel.
(5) If you install a new placard:
(a) Clean the area (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(b) Measure the distances and make marks (Refer to detail B).
(c) Install the new AIPC 11-32-25-81-010 PLACARD (1) or AIPC 11-32-89-81-010 PLACARD (1) adjacent to the marks you made (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
C. Installation of a 3-Frame Sidewall Panel
(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo rollers in the brackets.
(3) Install the lining strips (2) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panels. Make sure that the lining strips (2) are correctly engaged.
(4) Make sure that the sidewall panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the washers (3), (4) and the screws (5).
(6) Clean the panes (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(7) Put on GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN before you to touch the panes (6).
(8) Put the panes (6) and the covers (7) in position and make sure that the covers (7) are correctly engaged.

(4) Make sure that the sidewall panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the washers (3), (4) and the screws (5).
(6) Clean the panes (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(7) Put on GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN before you to touch the panes (6).
(8) Put the panes (6) and the covers (7) in position and make sure that the covers (7) are correctly engaged.
D. Installation of a 2-Frame Sidewall-Panel with a Seal attached
(2) Move the sidewall-panel (1) down and engage the yo-yo rollers in the brackets.
(3) Push the lining strips (2) up between the sidewall-panel (1) and the adjacent panel and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(4) Make sure that the sidewall-panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the washers (3) and the screws (4).

(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo roller in the bracket.
(3) Install the lining strip (2) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panel, and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(4) Make sure that the sidewall panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the screws (8) and the caps (9).
(6) Install the washers (3), (4) and the screws (5).
(7) Clean the pane (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(8) Put on GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN before you touch the pane (6).
(9) Put the pane (6) and the cover (7) in position and make sure that the cover (7) is correctly engaged.

(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo roller in the bracket.
(3) Install the lining strip (2) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panel, and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(4) Make sure that the sidewall panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the screws (8) and the caps (9).
(6) Install the washers (3), (4) and the screws (5).
(7) Clean the pane (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-21-12-100-004).
(8) Put on GLOVES - COTTON, LINT-FREE, CLEAN before you touch the pane (6).
(9) Put the pane (6) and the cover (7) in position and make sure that the cover (7) is correctly engaged.
F. Installation of a 2-Frame Filler-Panel
(2) Move the sidewall-panel (1) down and engage the yo-yo rollers in the brackets.
(3) Push the lining strip (2) up between the sidewall-panel (1) and the adjacent panels, and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(4) Make sure that the sidewall-panels are aligned to each other.
(5) Install the screws (4) and the caps (3).

(3) Make sure that the sidewall panel (1) aligns with the adjacent sidewall panels.
(4) Put the gap-covers (2) in position. Carefully turn they outboard and push they down to make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(5) Install the lining strips (3) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panels. Make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(6) Install the washers (4), (5) and the screws (6).

(3) Make sure that the sidewall-panels are aligned to each other.
(4) Put the gap-cover (5) in position. Carefully turn it outboard and push it down to make sure that it is correctly engaged.
(5) Push the lining strip (2) up between the sidewall-panel (1) and the adjacent panel and make sure that they are correctly engaged.
(6) Install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
CAUTION:
DO NOT PUSH OR PULL THE PLASTIC PARTS WITH TOO MUCH FORCE. PUSH OR PULL THEM ONLY IN THE SPECIFIED DIRECTION. IF YOU PUSH OR PULL THEM IN THE INCORRECT DIRECTION OR WITH TOO MUCH FORCE, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE OR BREAK THE PLASTIC PARTS.

(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.(2) Put the sidewall panel (1) in position and engage the yo-yo roller in the bracket.
(3) Make sure that the sidewall panel (1) aligns with the adjacent sidewall panel.
(4) Put the gap-cover (2) in position. Carefully turn it outboard and push it down to engage it.
(5) Make sure that the gap cover (2) is correctly engaged.
(6) Install the lining strip (3) between the sidewall panel (1) and the adjacent panel. Make sure that it is correctly engaged.
(7) Install the screws (9) and the caps (10).
(8) Install the washers (4), (5) and the screws (6).
(9) Put the cover (7) in position and make sure that the cover (7) is correctly engaged.
(10) Install the decor-ring (8):

K. Installation of the Decor-Ring on the Over Wing Emergency exits (OWE) NOTE: The installation procedure is applicable for the LH and RH decor-rings.
(1) Put the decor-ring tilted inboard on the window opening. (2) Apply light force outboard on the bottom left and right side of the decor-ring.
NOTE: The decor-ring locks with a click.
