Installation of the Forward Doghouse

3. Job Set-up
Subtask 25-27-46-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) Make sure that the doghouse is empty.
   (3) If necessary, make sure that the seat row forward of the doghouse is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (4) For the location of this component, refer to paragraph Component Location
(Ref. AMM D/O 25-27-00-00).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) Make sure that the doghouse is empty.
   (3) If necessary, make sure that the seat row forward of the doghouse is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (4) For the location of this component, refer to paragraph Component Location
(Ref. AMM D/O 25-00-00-00).
4. Procedure
Subtask 25-27-46-210-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Doghouse
F Doghouse ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
   (2) If necessary, apply sealant into the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
   (3) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the studs.
   (4) Put the doghouse (1) in position.
   (5) Pull the levers (10) out of the quick-change fittings. Then move the levers (10) to the locked position and push them into the quick-change fittings.
   (6) Make sure that the levers (10) are correctly engaged.
   (7) Install the cover (2).
   (8) For the doghouse with drawer:
     (a) Install the cover (5) and the screws (6).
     (b) Tighten the screws (6).
     (c) Close the drawer (3).
   (9) For the doghouse with door:
     (a) Put the floor plate (7) back in position.
     (b) Close the door (9).
NOTE: The drawer (3) and the door (9) lock automatically when they close.

B. Installation of the Doghouse(s)

   (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
   (2) Put the doghouse (1) in position.
   (3) Pull up the lever (10) and move it to the locked position.
   (4) Make sure that the lever (10) is correctly engaged in the locked position.
   (5) Install the cover (2).
   (6) For doghouses with drawer:
     (a) Put the drawer (4) on the guide-rails (5) and install the screws (3).
     (b) Tighten the screws (3).
     (c) Close the drawer (4) and lock it with the drawer lock (6).
   (7) For doghouses with door:
     (a) Put the floor plate (7) back in position.
     (b) Close the door (9) and lock it with the door lock (8).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) If you removed the seat row forward of the doghouse, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
   (2) Install the equipment that you removed from the doghouse.
   (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (4) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in a good condition. If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).

B. De-energize the ground service network
