BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THIS EQUIPMENT. THIS EQUIPMENT IS HEAVY (MORE THAN 12 KG (26.5 lb)) AND CAN CAUSE INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.

WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the stowage is empty.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the seat-row forward of the stowage is removed
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the stowage is empty.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the seat-row forward of the stowage is removed
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
Subtask 25-27-44-210-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the seat tracks and/or the floor-panels with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-27-44-420-060-AX ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the seat tracks and/or the floor-panels with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
B. Installation of the Stowage
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the seat-track fittings (18).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (18) in the seat tracks.
(4) Install the floor fittings (17), the bushings (16) and the floor fittings (15).
(6) Put the fitting plates (14) in position and install the screws (13).
(7) Put the adjustment washers (12) and the washers (11) in position and install the bolts (10).
(8) TORQUE the bolts (10) to between 2.034 and 1.469 m.daN (15.00 and 10.83 lbf.ft )

(9) Put the covers (9) in position and install the screws (8).
(10) Put the cover (3) in position and install the screws (2).
(11) Put the upper attachment (5) and the washers (6) in position and install the screws (7).
(12) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(13) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(14) Close the door (4).
Subtask 25-27-44-710-076-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the seat-track fittings (18).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (18) in the seat tracks.
(4) Install the floor fittings (17), the bushings (16) and the floor fittings (15).
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.
(5) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position. (6) Put the fitting plates (14) in position and install the screws (13).
(7) Put the adjustment washers (12) and the washers (11) in position and install the bolts (10).
(8) TORQUE the bolts (10) to between 2.034 and 1.469 m.daN (15.00 and 10.83 lbf.ft )
. (9) Put the covers (9) in position and install the screws (8).
(10) Put the cover (3) in position and install the screws (2).
(11) Put the upper attachment (5) and the washers (6) in position and install the screws (7).
(12) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(13) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(14) Close the door (4).
C. Do these Tests
(1) Do a test of the stowage catches and latch-assemblies for satisfactory function.
(2) Do a test of the stowage door(s) and door-hinges for free movement.

Subtask 25-27-44-410-066-I ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) If removed, install the seat row forward of the stowage (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(2) Install the equipment in the stowage as identified in the removal procedure.
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(4) Make sure that the stowage door(s) is(are) closed and locked.
Subtask 25-27-44-862-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If removed, install the seat row forward of the stowage (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(2) Install the equipment in the stowage as identified in the removal procedure.
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(4) Make sure that the stowage door(s) is(are) closed and locked.
