A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized

Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in a good condition.
(4) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00).
Subtask 25-23-45-420-061-B (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in a good condition.
(4) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00).
B. Installation of Door Frame Linings 262WW, 262TW, 262UW and 262VW
(1) Install lining 262WW (2):
(a) Put lining 262WW (2) in position.
(b) Install the handgrip (17):
1 Put the spacer (16) (if installed), the handgrip (17) and the plates (18) in position and install the screws (19) and (22).
2 TORQUE the screws (19) and (22) to between 0.88 and 0.72 m.daN (77.88 and 63.72 lbf.in )

3 Install the handgrip cover (21).
4 Make sure that the lugs (20) of the handgrip cover (21) engage correctly into the handgrip (17) and that you hear a click.
(c) Install the washers (6) and the screws (5) and (7).
(d) Tighten the screws (5) and (7).
(e) Install the caps (8).
(2) Install lining 262TW (3):
(a) Put lining 262TW (3) in position.
(b) Install the handgrip (17):
1 Put the spacer (16) (if installed), the handgrip (17) and the plates (18) in position and install the screws (19) and (22).
2 TORQUE the screws (19) and (22) to between 0.88 and 0.72 m.daN (77.88 and 63.72 lbf.in )

3 Install the handgrip cover (21).
4 Make sure that the lugs (20) of the handgrip cover (21) engage correctly into the handgrip (17) and that you hear a click.
(c) Install the washers (6) and the screws (5) and (7).
(d) Tighten the screws (5) and (7).
(e) Install the cap (8).
(f) Put the latch hook (15) in position and install the washers (13) and the screws (14).
(g) Tighten the screws (14).
(3) Install lining 262UW (4):
(a) Put lining 262UW (4) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
(b) Tighten the screws (5).
(4) Install lining 262VW (1):
(a) Put lining 262VW (1) in position.
(b) If you removed the protection plate (24) and the screws (25), install them.
(c) Tighten the screws (25).
(d) If necessary, install emergency oxygen container 36WR (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-400-001).
(e) Install the washers (6) and (11), and the screws (5), (7) and (12).
(f) Make sure that there is a clearance of 2.0 -0.5 MM or +0.0 MM (0.08 -0.0 IN. or -0.0 IN.) on each side of the oxygen container doors (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-00-710-001).
(g) Tighten the screws (5), (7) and (12).
(h) Install the caps (8).
(i) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING, APPROVED FOR USE WITH OXYGEN from each disconnected line end.
(j) Connect the hose (9) to lining 262VW (1).
(k) Tighten the clamp (10).
(l) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(m) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(n) Connect the electrical connector (23).
5. Close-up(1) Install lining 262WW (2):
(a) Put lining 262WW (2) in position.
(b) Install the handgrip (17):
1 Put the spacer (16) (if installed), the handgrip (17) and the plates (18) in position and install the screws (19) and (22).
2 TORQUE the screws (19) and (22) to between 0.88 and 0.72 m.daN (77.88 and 63.72 lbf.in )
.3 Install the handgrip cover (21).
4 Make sure that the lugs (20) of the handgrip cover (21) engage correctly into the handgrip (17) and that you hear a click.
(c) Install the washers (6) and the screws (5) and (7).
(d) Tighten the screws (5) and (7).
(e) Install the caps (8).
(2) Install lining 262TW (3):
(a) Put lining 262TW (3) in position.
(b) Install the handgrip (17):

(3) Install lining 262UW (4):
(a) Put lining 262UW (4) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
(b) Tighten the screws (5).
(4) Install lining 262VW (1):
(a) Put lining 262VW (1) in position.
(b) If you removed the protection plate (24) and the screws (25), install them.
(c) Tighten the screws (25).
(d) If necessary, install emergency oxygen container 36WR (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-400-001).
(e) Install the washers (6) and (11), and the screws (5), (7) and (12).
(f) Make sure that there is a clearance of 2.0 -0.5 MM or +0.0 MM (0.08 -0.0 IN. or -0.0 IN.) on each side of the oxygen container doors (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-00-710-001).
(g) Tighten the screws (5), (7) and (12).
(h) Install the caps (8).

(j) Connect the hose (9) to lining 262VW (1).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL8 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(3) Install the cabin emergency light 32WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-400-001).
(4) Install the emergency exit sign 44WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(5) Close the AFT passenger/crew door, Zone 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
Subtask 25-23-45-862-050-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL8 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(3) Install the cabin emergency light 32WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-400-001).
(4) Install the emergency exit sign 44WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(5) Close the AFT passenger/crew door, Zone 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
