(1) If necessary, examine the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF) as follows:
(a) If the condition of the NTF is not satisfactory, repair it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-350-003).
(b) If you cannot repair the NTF, replace it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-400-001).
Subtask 25-41-41-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If necessary, examine the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF) as follows:
(a) If the condition of the NTF is not satisfactory, repair it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-350-003).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) If necessary, remove the safety barrier(s).
(2) Remove the remaining sealant as follows:
(a) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(b) If necessary, remove the remaining sealant from the floor panel and the attached components with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.

(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Make sure that the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(a) If necessary, install the new placards:
(6) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If necessary, remove the safety barrier(s).
(2) Remove the remaining sealant as follows:
(a) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(b) If necessary, remove the remaining sealant from the floor panel and the attached components with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(c) If necessary, use Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) , Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

B. Assembly of the Lavatory Module
(1) In the forward utility area of the aircraft:
(a) Put the lavatory walls (1) and (2) together and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(b) Install the washers (5) and the screws (6).
(c) Install the screw (7) and the cap (8).
(d) Put the lavatory assembly in position on the floor pan (9).
(e) Install the washers (11), the screws (10) and the screws (12).
(f) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the floor pan (9).
(2) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Connect the wires of the electrical harness (13) to the terminal 7330VT with the ELEC CONTACTS INSERTION EXTRACTION TOOL M15.570-16, ESPM 2056410.
Subtask 25-41-41-420-063-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) In the forward utility area of the aircraft:
(a) Put the lavatory walls (1) and (2) together and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).

(b) Tighten the screws (12).
(c) Install the washers (2) and the screws (1).
(d) Tighten the screws (1).
(e) If removed, install the washer (19).
(f) Install the screw (18).
(g) Tighten the screw (18).
(h) Install the cap (17).
(i) Put the lavatory assemblies (5) and (3) in position on the floor pan (10).
(j) Put the washers (8) and (7) in position and install the screws (9) and (6).
(k) Tighten the screws (9) and (6).
(l) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the floor pan (10).
(3) Connect the electrical connections as follows:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) that attaches the electrical harness (4) to the aircraft structure.
(c) Install the electrical harness (4) on the lavatory structure (Ref. ESPM 2056410).
(d) Put the bracket (14) in position and install the washers (16) and the screws (15).
(e) Tighten the screws (15).
(f) Put the electrical harness (4) in position on each mount (21) and install new CABLE TIES (20).
(g) Connect the electrical connector (13).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) In the forward utility area of the aircraft:

(b) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 0.55 and 0.45 m.daN (48.67 and 39.82 lbf.in )

(e) In the cockpit:

(h) Put the sealing angle (14) in position and install the washers (16) and the screws (15).
(i) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the sealing angle (14).
(j) Put the tie rods (19) in position and install the quick release pins (17).
(k) If necessary adjust the tie rods:
(a) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) in the area of the door sill.
(b) Apply the Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (2).
(c) Put the door sill (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(d) Torque the screws (2) to between 0.42 and 0.37 m.daN (37.17 and 32.74 lbf.in )

(e) Apply the Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the floor pan inside the lavatory and around the door sill.
(4) Install the toilet drain-line behind the lavatory (Ref. AMM TASK 38-30-00-410-002).

- put the container (11) in position and lock the fasteners (10).
- Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
- close the flap (9).
- install the washer (8) and the bolt (7).
. (h) Put the sealing angle (14) in position and install the washers (16) and the screws (15).
(i) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the sealing angle (14).
(j) Put the tie rods (19) in position and install the quick release pins (17).
(k) If necessary adjust the tie rods:
- Remove and discard the lockwire and loosen the locknuts (18).
- Adjust the tie rod (19) until you can install the quick release pins (17).
- Make sure that the rod ends are in safety.
- Tighten the locknuts (18) and safety them with stainless steel lockwire

C. Installation of the Lavatory
(1) Preparation for installation:
(a) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-General Purpose Medium Temp. - (Material No.03FBB1) to the bushes (1) and the new AIPC 25-41-01-13-180 PACKINGS (2) and put them in position.
(b) Apply the Mineral Oil base Grease-General Purpose Medium Temp. - (Material No.03FBB1) to the bolts (5) and (7).
(2) Install the lavatory assembly:
(a) Put the lavatory assembly in position and install the bushes (3) and (4) and the bolts (5).
(b) Tighten the bolts (5).
(d) In the lateral avionics compartment LH at FR16 install the washer (6) and the bolt (7).
(e) Tighten the bolt (7).
(f) Put the angle plate (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (8).
(g) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the angle plate (10).
(3) Install the upper attachment:

(f) In lateral avionics compartment LH at FR16, install the washer (6) and the bolt (7).
(g) Tighten the bolt (7).
(h) Put the angle plate (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (8).
(i) Tighten the screws (8).
(j) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) around the edges of the angle plate (10).
(3) Install the door sill (1) as follows:
(b) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (2).
(c) Put the door sill (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(d) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) to the floor pan in the inner part of the lavatory and around the door sill (1).
(e) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.40 and 0.32 m.daN (35.40 and 28.32 lbf.in )

(2) Install the lower attachments as follows:
(a) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (1) and the new <IPC Ref TBD packings> AIPC 25-33-33-94-851 PACKINGS (2) and put them in position.
(b) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bolts (5) and (7).
(c) Put the lavatory assembly in position and install the bushes (3) and (4) and the bolts (5).
(d) Tighten the bolts (5).
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(e) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Hard Film - (Material No.12ACB1) to the bolts (5). (f) In lateral avionics compartment LH at FR16, install the washer (6) and the bolt (7).
(g) Tighten the bolt (7).
(h) Put the angle plate (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (8).
(i) Tighten the screws (8).
(j) Apply a bead of Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) around the edges of the angle plate (10).
(3) Install the door sill (1) as follows:

(a) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) in the area of the door sill (1). (b) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (2).
(c) Put the door sill (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(d) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) to the floor pan in the inner part of the lavatory and around the door sill (1).
(e) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.40 and 0.32 m.daN (35.40 and 28.32 lbf.in )
. (4) Install the upper attachment(s) as follows:
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(a) Put the tie-rods (13) in position and install the quick-release pins (14). (b) If necessary, adjust the tie-rods (13) as follows:
- Cut and discard the lockwire and loosen the locknuts (12).
- Adjust the tie-rods (13) until you can install the quick-release pins (14).
- Make sure that the tie-rod ends (11) are safetied.
- Tighten each locknut (12) and safety it with a new stainless steel lockwire

D. Installation of the Ceiling Supports (if removed)
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the support (3) in position and install the washers (10) and the bolts (9).
(3) Tighten the bolts (9).
(4) Put the supports (4) and (8) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (2).
(5) Tighten the bolts (1).
(6) Carefully put the plate (7) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
(7) Tighten the screws (5).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the support (3) in position and install the washers (10) and the bolts (9).
(3) Tighten the bolts (9).
(4) Put the supports (4) and (8) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (2).
(5) Tighten the bolts (1).
(6) Carefully put the plate (7) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
(7) Tighten the screws (5).
E. Installation of the Potable Water and Waste Water Lines
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the potable water tube (6) and the hose (10) in position and connect the nuts (5) to the fittings (4).
(c) TORQUE all the nuts (5) to between 6.19 and 5.61 m.daN (45.65 and 41.37 lbf.ft )
.
(d) Make sure that the hose (10) is not twisted.
(e) Put the bonding straps (7) in position and install the washer (9) and the nut (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(2) Connect the waste-water drain connection:
(a) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(b) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(c) Put the sleeve (3) and the clamp (2) in position on the drain tube (1).
(d) Make sure that the end of the sleeve (3) is aligned with the painted mark on the drain tube (1).
(e) Tighten the clamps (2).

(2) Connect the potable water connections as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the potable water hose (7) in position on the fittings (6) and tighten the nuts (1).
(c) Put the potable water tube (2) in position on the fitting (6) and tighten the nut (1).
(d) Make sure that the potable water hose (7) is not twisted.
(e) TORQUE the nuts (1) to between 5.9 and 5.4 m.daN (43.51 and 39.82 lbf.ft )

(f) Put the bonding straps (3) in position and install the washer (5) and the nut (4). Do the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(g) Tighten the nut (4).
(3) Connect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the drain tube (9) in position and install the clamp (8).
(c) Tighten the clamp (8).

E. Installation of the Water Connections
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the potable water tube (2) and the potable water hose (8) in position and connect the nuts (1) to the fittings (7).
(c) TORQUE all the nuts (1) to between 5.9 and 5.4 m.daN (43.51 and 39.82 lbf.ft )

(d) Make sure that the potable water hose (8) is not twisted.
(e) Put the bonding straps (4) in position and install the washer (6) and the nut (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(2) Connect the waste-water drain connection:
(a) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(b) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(c) Put the drain tube (10) in position and install the clamp (9).
(d) Tighten the clamp (9).
(3) If necessary, put the insulation (3) in its correct position.

(3) If necessary, put the insulation (3) in its correct position.
E. Installation of the Water Connections
(b) Move the sleeves (10) in position on the vacuum waste hose (11).
(c) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-General Purpose Medium Temp. - (Material No.03FBB1) to new AIPC 38-31-01-47-080 O-RINGS (8).
(d) Install the O-rings (8) on the vacuum waste hose (11).
(e) Put the vacuum waste hose (11) in position on the vacuum waste tubes (7) and (12).
(f) Move the sleeves (10) over the O-rings (8) and install the clamps (9).
(2) Connect the potable water connection as follows:
(b) Put the potable water hose (1) in position and connect the nut (2) to the tube (3).
(c) Make sure that the potable water hose (1) is not twisted.
(d) TORQUE the nut (2) to between 5.9 and 5.4 m.daN (43.51 and 39.82 lbf.ft )
.
(3) Connect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(b) Connect the waste-water drain hose (4) to the waste-water drain tube (6).
(c) Put the clamp (5) in position on the waste-water drain hose (4) and the waste-water drain tube (6) and measure dimension A. Dimension A must be 5 mm (0.1969 in.).
(d) Tighten the clamp (5).
(4) Connect the bonding strap (15) as follows:
(a) Release the bonding strap (15) from the lavatory structure.
(b) Put the bonding strap (15) in position and install the washers (14), screw (13) and nut (16). Do the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Tighten the screw (13).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-062-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:

- ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE SYSTEM.
(b) Move the sleeves (10) in position on the vacuum waste hose (11).
(c) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-General Purpose Medium Temp. - (Material No.03FBB1) to new AIPC 38-31-01-47-080 O-RINGS (8).
(d) Install the O-rings (8) on the vacuum waste hose (11).
(e) Put the vacuum waste hose (11) in position on the vacuum waste tubes (7) and (12).
(f) Move the sleeves (10) over the O-rings (8) and install the clamps (9).
(2) Connect the potable water connection as follows:

. (3) Connect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
WARNING:

(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.- ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR

(b) Connect the waste-water drain hose (4) to the waste-water drain tube (6).
(c) Put the clamp (5) in position on the waste-water drain hose (4) and the waste-water drain tube (6) and measure dimension A. Dimension A must be 5 mm (0.1969 in.).
(d) Tighten the clamp (5).
(4) Connect the bonding strap (15) as follows:
(a) Release the bonding strap (15) from the lavatory structure.
(b) Put the bonding strap (15) in position and install the washers (14), screw (13) and nut (16). Do the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Tighten the screw (13).
F. Installation of the Air Connections
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Connect the ventilation hoses (6) and (7) as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the clamp (8) in position and connect the ventilation hose (7) to the ventilation tube (4).
(c) Tighten the clamp (8).
(d) Put the clamp (5) in position and connect the ventilation hose (6) to the ventilation tube (4).
(e) Tighten the clamp (5).
(4) Above the lavatory ceiling, connect the air-extraction hose (2) as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the clamp (1) in position and connect the air-extraction hose (2) to the tube assembly (3).
(c) Tighten the clamp (1).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Connect the ventilation hoses (6) and (7) as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the clamp (8) in position and connect the ventilation hose (7) to the ventilation tube (4).
(c) Tighten the clamp (8).
(d) Put the clamp (5) in position and connect the ventilation hose (6) to the ventilation tube (4).
(e) Tighten the clamp (5).
(4) Above the lavatory ceiling, connect the air-extraction hose (2) as follows:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Put the clamp (1) in position and connect the air-extraction hose (2) to the tube assembly (3).
(c) Tighten the clamp (1).
G. Connection of the Aircraft-Interface Electrical Connections
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Install the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) on the lavatory structure as follows: (Ref. ESPM 2033000)
(a) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) that attaches the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) to the aircraft structure.
(b) Put the electrical harnesses (15) in position.
(c) If necessary, install the spacers (20) and the washers (21).
(d) Install the clamps (19), washers (22) and screws (23).
(e) Tighten the screws (23).
(f) If removed, install and tighten the screw (24).
(g) Put the electrical harness (14) in position and attach it with new CABLE TIES (29).
(3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Put the cable assembly (16) in position on each mount (18) and attach it with new CABLE TIES (17).
(6) Connect the cable assembly (16) to the flush switch (2).
(7) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(8) Put the bracket (5) in position and install the washers (7) and the screws (6).
(9) Tighten the screws (6).
(10) Connect the electrical connector (4).
(11) If necessary, attach the cable assemblies (11) and (8) with new CABLE TIES (12).
(12) Put the cable assemblies (8) and (11) in position on each mount (13) and install new CABLE TIES (10).
(13) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(14) On the lavatory outboard wall:
(a) If removed, connect the electrical connectors (27) and (28).
(b) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(c) Install the access panel (9).
(16) On the lavatory ceiling, connect the electrical connector (26).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-061-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Install the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) on the lavatory structure as follows: (Ref. ESPM 2033000)
(a) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) that attaches the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) to the aircraft structure.
(b) Put the electrical harnesses (15) in position.
(c) If necessary, install the spacers (20) and the washers (21).
(d) Install the clamps (19), washers (22) and screws (23).
(e) Tighten the screws (23).
(f) If removed, install and tighten the screw (24).
(g) Put the electrical harness (14) in position and attach it with new CABLE TIES (29).
(3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Put the cable assembly (16) in position on each mount (18) and attach it with new CABLE TIES (17).
(6) Connect the cable assembly (16) to the flush switch (2).
(7) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(8) Put the bracket (5) in position and install the washers (7) and the screws (6).
(9) Tighten the screws (6).
(10) Connect the electrical connector (4).
(11) If necessary, attach the cable assemblies (11) and (8) with new CABLE TIES (12).
(12) Put the cable assemblies (8) and (11) in position on each mount (13) and install new CABLE TIES (10).
(13) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(14) On the lavatory outboard wall:
(a) If removed, connect the electrical connectors (27) and (28).
(b) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(c) Install the access panel (9).
NOTE: Spring clips hold the panel in position.
(15) On the lavatory wall, connect the electrical connector (25). (16) On the lavatory ceiling, connect the electrical connector (26).
G. Connection of the Aircraft-Interface Electrical Connections
(1) Install the electrical harnesses on the lavatory structure ESPM 2033000:
(a) Put the electrical harnesses (8) and (9) in position and install the clamps (5), the spacers (4), the washers (6) and the screws (7).
(2) Connect the electrical Connectors (10) and (2).
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) On the lavatory rear wall:
(b) Put the bonding connectors 8007VN and 8008VN in position and install the washers (12), the screws (13) and the nuts (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(e) Connect the related electrical wires of the release latches 30MQ, 31MQ and 32MQ to the electrical connector (14) AWM 525102 and ESPM 2056410.
(f) Connect the electrical connector (14).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-061-L ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the electrical harnesses on the lavatory structure ESPM 2033000:
(a) Put the electrical harnesses (8) and (9) in position and install the clamps (5), the spacers (4), the washers (6) and the screws (7).
(2) Connect the electrical Connectors (10) and (2).
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) On the lavatory rear wall:
- Connect the electrical connector (10).
- Connect the electrical connector (2).
- Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
- Install the access panel (1).
NOTE: Spring clips hold the panel in position.
(3) Connect the electrical harness of the cockpit door release-latches: CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Attach the electrical harness (15) on the aircraft structure with tie-wraps (11) as necessary. (b) Put the bonding connectors 8007VN and 8008VN in position and install the washers (12), the screws (13) and the nuts (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(e) Connect the related electrical wires of the release latches 30MQ, 31MQ and 32MQ to the electrical connector (14) AWM 525102 and ESPM 2056410.
(f) Connect the electrical connector (14).
G. Connection of the Aircraft-Interface Electrical Connections
(1) Install the electrical harnesses on the lavatory structure ESPM 2033000:
(a) Put the electrical harnesses (8) and (9) in position and install the clamps (5), the spacers (4), the washers (6) and the screws (7).
(2) Connect the electrical connectors 7200VC-A, 7420VC-A and 2791VC-A.
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) On the lavatory outboard wall:
Subtask 25-41-41-420-061-N ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the electrical harnesses on the lavatory structure ESPM 2033000:
(a) Put the electrical harnesses (8) and (9) in position and install the clamps (5), the spacers (4), the washers (6) and the screws (7).
(2) Connect the electrical connectors 7200VC-A, 7420VC-A and 2791VC-A.
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) On the lavatory outboard wall:
- Connect the electrical connectors 7200VC-A (2) and 7420VC-A (3).
- Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
- Install the access panel (1).
NOTE: Spring clips hold the panel in position.
(d) On the lavatory wall: - Connect the electrical connector 2791VC-A (10).
G. Connection of the Aircraft-Interface Electrical-Connections
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Install the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) on the lavatory structure as follows: (Ref. ESPM 2033000)
(a) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) that attaches the electrical harnesses (14) and (15) to the aircraft structure.
(b) Put the electrical harnesses (15) in position.
(c) If removed, install the spacers (20) and the washers (21).
(d) Install the clamps (19), washers (22) and screws (23).
(e) TORQUE the screws (23) to between 0.48 and 0.37 m.daN (42.48 and 32.74 lbf.in )
.
(f) If removed, install the screw (24).
(g) TORQUE the screw (24) to between 0.28 and 0.22 m.daN (24.78 and 19.47 lbf.in )
.
(h) Put the electrical harness (14) in position and attach it with new CABLE TIES (29).
(3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Put the cable assembly (16) in position on each mount (18) and attach it with new CABLE TIES (17).
(6) Connect the cable assembly (16) to the flush switch (2).
(7) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(8) Put the bracket (5) in position and install the washers (7) and the screws (6).
(9) Tighten the screws (6).
(10) Connect the electrical connector (4).
(11) If necessary, attach the cable assemblies (11) and (8) with new CABLE TIES (12).
(12) Put the cable assemblies (8) and (11) in position on each mount (13) and install new CABLE TIES (10).
(13) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(14) On the lavatory outboard wall:
(a) If removed, connect the electrical connectors (27) and (28).
(b) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(c) Install the access panel (9).
(16) On the lavatory ceiling, connect the electrical connector (26).
Subtask 25-41-41-420-061-S ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.

(10) Connect the electrical connector (4).
(11) If necessary, attach the cable assemblies (11) and (8) with new CABLE TIES (12).
(12) Put the cable assemblies (8) and (11) in position on each mount (13) and install new CABLE TIES (10).
(13) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(14) On the lavatory outboard wall:
(a) If removed, connect the electrical connectors (27) and (28).
(b) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(c) Install the access panel (9).
NOTE: Spring clips hold the access panel in position.
(15) On the lavatory wall, connect the electrical connector (25). (16) On the lavatory ceiling, connect the electrical connector (26).
G. Connection of the Aircraft-Interface Electrical Connections
(1) Install the electrical harnesses on the lavatory structure ESPM 2033000:
(a) Put the electrical harnesses (8) in position and install the clamps (5), the spacers (4), the washers (6) and the screws (7).

(6) Close the lateral avionics compartment door 812.
(7) Remove the access platform(s).
(8) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Subtask 25-41-41-862-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-400-001).
(3) Install the forward utility-area ceiling-panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-001).
(4) Install the forward passenger/crew door frame-lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-006).
(5) Install the wall-mounted cabin-attendant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-22-41-400-001).
(6) Close the lateral avionics compartment door 812.
(7) Remove the access platform(s).
(8) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
