(1) Push and hold the button of the door handle until the door handle releases and moves away from its recess.
(2) Move the door handle to the OPEN position to unlock the access door.
(3) Hold the door handle and push the access door up to move it inboard.
(4) Release the door handle when the access door engages in the structural lock pins.
(5) As a safety precaution, move the door handle to the CLOSED position and push it into its recess.
(6) Make sure that the access door stays in its fully open position.

(1) Push and hold the button of the door handle until the door handle releases and moves away from its recess.
(2) Move the door handle to the OPEN position to unlock the access door.

(4) Release the door handle when the gas spring unit starts to move the access door in its open position.
NOTE: The gas spring unit moves the access door to its fully open position.
