(a) Open circuit breakers 2HN and/or 31HN for more than 5 seconds, then close the circuit breakers.
(b) Get access to the post flight report (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-013) to find out:

(b) Remove ceiling panel 131CC from the cargo compartment (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-002).
(c) Remove sidewall panel 132MW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-003).
(2) If the ACT is not installed:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 825.
(b) Open forward cargo compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(c) Set CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to ON.
(d) Remove sidewall panel 132MW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-003).

(2) If the ACT is not installed:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 825.
(b) Open forward cargo compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(c) Set CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to ON.
(d) Remove sidewall panel 132MW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-003).
D. Removal of the FES Components

(4) Remove the halon filter (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-14-000-002).
(5) Remove the pressure reducer (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-18-000-002).
(6) Remove the check valve (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-21-000-002).
(7) Remove the diaphragm (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-25-000-002).
4. Procedure(1) Remove only the components of the FES line that released the fire extinguishing agent.
(2) Refer to paragraph A.(3)(b) to find which FES line released the agent.

A. Visual Check of the toggle switches 5WX and 6WX
(1) On the cargo-smoke overhead panel 22VU:
(a) Make sure that the guards of the toggle switches 5WX and 6WX are not bent in AGENT 1 or AGENT 2 position and do not push the toggle switches in AGENT1 or AGENT2 position.
(b) Lift the guards of the toggle switches 5WX and 6WX and make sure that the toggle switches do not move freely and are in the neutral positions.
(c) Lower the guards of the toggle switches 5WX and 6WX.
Subtask 26-23-00-220-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the cargo-smoke overhead panel 22VU:

DO NOT USE COMPRESSED AIR WITHOUT THE APPROVED PROTECTION. THE AIR PRESSURE MUST BE NO MORE THAN 30 PSI (206.8 kPa). COMPRESSED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WITHOUT GOGGLES OR A FACE SHIELD.
1 Dry the inner and outer side of the flexible hoses / pipings with clean compressed air. (2) Do the detailed inspection of the diaphragm, halon filter and check valve (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-00-200-002).
NOTE: After the inspection, if you find that these components are serviceable, you can keep them to install again.
C. Cleaning of the Cargo-Compartment Smoke Detectors
(1) Remove only those smoke detectors, where halon is released from the fire extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-16-15-000-001).
(2) Send the cargo-compartment smoke detectors to the workshop for cleaning.
(3) Install serviceable cargo-compartment smoke detectors (Ref. AMM TASK 26-16-15-400-001).
Subtask 26-23-00-420-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove only those smoke detectors, where halon is released from the fire extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-16-15-000-001).
