   (1) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the upper brackets of the fire extinguisher bottle (1).
   (2) Install the fire extinguisher bottle (1) as follows:
WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE A FULL FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. A SUDDEN OR HEAVY SHOCK TO A FULL BOTTLE CAN CAUSE UNWANTED DISCHARGE AND INJURY TO PERSONS.
     (a) Hold the fire extinguisher bottle (1) in its correct installation position on the structure (16).
     (b) Install the bolts (17), the washers (7) and the nuts (6).
     (c) Tighten the nuts (6).
   (3) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends, the safety relief valve (26) and the discharge heads (19).
   (4) Install the discharge heads (19) as follows:
WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
     (a) If the discharge heads (19) are aligned with the hose assembly, do the steps that follow:
1 Remove and discard the lockwire.
2 Make sure that the discharge heads (19) are aligned with the flexible hoses (4).
       3 Torque the coupling nuts (18) to between 6.8 and 5.4 m.daN (50.15 and 39.82 lbf.ft ) T.
4 Safety the coupling nuts (18) with the 14QFB1Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy -.
     (b) If the discharge heads (19) are not aligned with the hose assembly, do the steps that follow:
1 Remove and discard the lockwire.
2 Loosen the coupling nuts (18).
3 Align the discharge heads (19) with the flexible hoses (4).
       4 TORQUE the coupling nuts (18) to between 6.8 and 5.4 m.daN (50.15 and 39.82 lbf.ft )
T.
5 Safety the coupling nuts (18) with the 14QFB1Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy -.
CAUTION: APPLY A SMALL QUANTITY OF THE CORRECT GREASE TO THE MALE THREADS OF THE CONNECTIONS. THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE THREADS. MAKE SURE THAT GREASE DOES NOT GO INTO THE PIPES. GREASE IN THE PIPES CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE SYSTEM.
   (5) Apply a small quantity of Synthetic Oil base Grease-Fuel and Oxidized Environment Fluorinated - (Material No.
03GEE1) to the male threads of the safety relief valve (26) and the discharge heads (19).
   (6) Connect the flexible hose (14) to the safety relief valve (26).
   (7) TORQUE the nut (15) to between 1.7 and 1.5 m.daN (12.54 and 11.06 lbf.ft ) T.
