(2) Install the floor fittings:
(a) Install the fittings (71) with the screws (72).
(b) Apply the Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushings (54) and put them in their installation positions.
(c) Install the new AIPC 25-33-04-11-020 PACKINGS (55).
(d) Apply the Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) to the thread of the bolts (58).
(e) Install the floor fittings (56) with the washers (57) and the bolts (58).
(f) Put the shims (59) in position as recorded during the removal procedure.
(b) Carefully put the galley module (165) on top of the galley module (177).
(c) Install the screws (168) and (169).
(d) Carefully put the galley module (160) on top of the galley module (177).
(e) Install the rails (180), (181), (182) and (183) with the screws (178) and (179).
(f) Install the screws (163), (164) and (176).
(g) Install the divider panels (170), (172) and (174) with the screws (171), (173) and (175).
(h) Install the screws (167) on the rails (166).
(i) Install the rails (162) with the screws (161).
(j) Install all the remaining splitline screws you removed during the removal procedure.
(4) Seal the splitline joints of the galley units:
(5) Connect the potable water connections:
(b) Connect the water hose (124) to the T-fitting (122) and tighten the nut (123).
(c) Connect the water hose (121) to the T-fitting (119) and tighten the nut (120).
(d) Connect the water hose (137) to the fitting (135) and tighten the nut (136).
(6) Connect the splitline waste water connections:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the hoses (155) to the sinks (153) and tighten the clamps (154).
(c) Install the clamp (128) with the screw (129).
(d) Connect the hose (125) to the pipe (127) and tighten the clamp (126).
(e) Connect the hose (130) to the pipe (132) and tighten the clamp (131).
(f) Connect the control cable (134) to the ring (133).
(7) Connect the splitline ventilation connections:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the hose (150) to the pipe (152) and tighten the clamp (151).
(c) Connect the hose (149) to the air outlet (145).
(d) Put the clamps (146) in position on the hose (149) and install the washers (147) and the screws (148).
(e) Connect the exhaust air hose (142) to the pipe (144) and tighten the clamp (143).
(f) Install the clamp (141) with the spacer (138), the washer (139) and the screw (140).
(g) Connect all the remaining splitline supply connections you disconnected during the removal procedure.
(8) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Install the bonding straps (112) with the washers (111) and the screws (110) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Connect the electrical connectors:
2 Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
3 Connect the plugs (101), (102), (103), (104) and (105) to the connectors (100), (109), (108), (107) and (106).
4 Connect all the remaining splitline electrical connections you disconnected during the removal procedure.
(c) Install the galley control panel, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-400-001).
(9) Apply the paint:

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is drained (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-001).
(4) On the overhead panel, on AIR COND panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
(5) On the High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) ground air-connectors:
(a) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(6) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position on the water service panel to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
(7) Make sure that all applicable doors are open to let you get access to all the parts that you must install/connect.
(8) Make sure that all the items of non-electrical equipment are removed from the galley.
(9) Make sure that all the galley compartments are empty and all the items of equipment are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-00-010-001).
(10) Make sure that the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(11) Make sure that the ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(12) Make sure that the handgrip support assembly is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
(13) If necessary, make sure that the aft utility-area ceiling-panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
Subtask 25-33-45-860-050-O ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized

WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002). (3) Make sure that the potable water system is drained (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-001).
(4) On the overhead panel, on AIR COND panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
- APU BLEED pushbutton switch (the ON legend is off)
- All the ENG BLEED pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on)
- PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on).

(a) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.

(a) Make sure that the oven(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(b) Make sure that the water boiler(s)/heater(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-27-000-001).
(c) Make sure that the galley control panel is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(11) Make sure that the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(12) Make sure that the Attendant Indication Panel (AIP) is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-22-000-001).
(13) Make sure that the ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).

(b) Carefully lift the galley module (82) and put it in position on the galley module (86).
(c) Install the screws (94), the special nuts (95), the covers (93), the washers (92) and the screws (91).
(d) Install the washers (89) and the screws (88) and (87).
(e) Carefully lift the galley module (80) and put it on top of the galley module (82).
(f) Install the screws (99), the covers (98), the washers (97) and the screws (96).
(g) Install the washers (83) and the screws (84), (81) and (90).
(4) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit
(b) Clean the splitline joints with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(c) Apply the new Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) into all the splitline joints.
(5) Connect the Supply Splitlines
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the pipes (73) to the pipe ends (75) and tighten the clamps (74).
(c) Connect the pipe (72) to the fitting (70) and tighten the nut (71)
(d) Connect the pipe (69) to the sink (67) and tighten the clamp (68).
(e) Connect the control cable (66) to the ring (65).
(f) Connect all the remaining supply splitlines as necessary.
Subtask 25-33-45-420-051-AJ ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: This procedure is only necessary if you removed the galley from the cabin.
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001). (2) Install the Floor Fittings

(d) Install the washers (89) and the screws (88) and (87).
(e) Carefully lift the galley module (80) and put it on top of the galley module (82).
(f) Install the screws (99), the covers (98), the washers (97) and the screws (96).
(g) Install the washers (83) and the screws (84), (81) and (90).
(4) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Remove the used sealant of the splitline joints with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. (b) Clean the splitline joints with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(c) Apply the new Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) into all the splitline joints.
(5) Connect the Supply Splitlines
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the pipes (73) to the pipe ends (75) and tighten the clamps (74).
(c) Connect the pipe (72) to the fitting (70) and tighten the nut (71)
(d) Connect the pipe (69) to the sink (67) and tighten the clamp (68).
(e) Connect the control cable (66) to the ring (65).
(f) Connect all the remaining supply splitlines as necessary.
B. Installation of the Galley Unit
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(2) Install the Lower Attachments
(b) Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the shims (59).
(c) Apply the Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushings (50) and (51).
(d) Install the bushings (51) and (50).
(e) Put the plates (49) in position and install the washers (48) and the bolts (47).
(f) Put the wheel guides (45) in position and install the screws (46).
(3) Install the Upper Attachments
(a) Put the tie rods (44) in position and install the quick-release pins (42).
(b) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (44).
1 Remove and discard the lockwire.
2 Loosen the locknut.
3 Adjust the tie rod end (43) until the quick release pins (42) can be installed easily.
4 Tighten the locknut.
5 Make sure that the tie rod end (43) is in a safe condition.
6 Safety the locknut with the lockwire,14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .
(c) Install the covers (40) and the screws (41).
(4) Connect the Supply Connections
(b) Connect the potable water pipe (35) to the fitting (33) and tighten the nut (34).
(c) Connect the waste water pipe (32) to the pipe (30) and tighten the clamps (31).
(d) Connect the exhaust air hose (24) to the pipe (26) and tighten the clamps (25).
(e) Connect the fresh air pipe (29) to the pipe (27) and tighten the clamp (28).
(f) Put the access cover (23) in position and install the screws (22).
(5) Connect the Power Supply
(a) Install the clamps (1), the washers (2) and the nuts (3).
(b) Put the bonding straps (13) in position and install the washers (14), the bolts (15) and the nuts (12) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the washers (10) and the bolts (9).
(d) Install the electrical wires.
2 Refer to the match marks and install the wires (7) and the nuts (6).
3 Put the cover (4) in position and tighten the screws (5).

(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.(b) Connect the potable water pipe (35) to the fitting (33) and tighten the nut (34).
(c) Connect the waste water pipe (32) to the pipe (30) and tighten the clamps (31).
(d) Connect the exhaust air hose (24) to the pipe (26) and tighten the clamps (25).
(e) Connect the fresh air pipe (29) to the pipe (27) and tighten the clamp (28).
(f) Put the access cover (23) in position and install the screws (22).
(5) Connect the Power Supply
(a) Install the clamps (1), the washers (2) and the nuts (3).
(b) Put the bonding straps (13) in position and install the washers (14), the bolts (15) and the nuts (12) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(c) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the washers (10) and the bolts (9).
(d) Install the electrical wires.
CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.

(3) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
(b) Carefully lift the galley module (82) and put it in position on the galley module (68).
(c) Install the screws (93), the special nuts (94), the covers (92), the washers (91) and the screws (90).
(d) Install the screws (85), the washers (88) and the screws (87).
(e) Carefully lift the galley module (81) and put it on top of the galley module (82).
(f) Install the screws (98), the covers (97), the washers (96) and the screws (95).
(g) Install the washers (83) and the screws (84) and (89).
(4) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit

(4) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit

(b) Apply the Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushings (54) and put them in their installation positions.
(c) Install the new AIPC 25-33-04-11-020 PACKINGS (55).
(d) Apply the Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) to the thread of the bolts (58).
(e) Install the floor fittings (56) with the washers (57) and the bolts (58).
(f) Put the shims (59) in position as recorded during the removal procedure.

(3) Connect the galley at the splitline: NOTE: This procedure is only necessary if you removed the galley from the aircraft.
NOTE: The splitline screws and bolts are painted red.
(a) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(b) Carefully put the galley module (165) on top of the galley module (177).
(c) Install the screws (168) and (169).
(d) Carefully put the galley module (160) on top of the galley module (177).
(e) Install the rails (180), (181), (182) and (183) with the screws (178) and (179).
(f) Install the screws (163), (164) and (176).
(g) Install the divider panels (170), (172) and (174) with the screws (171), (173) and (175).
(h) Install the screws (167) on the rails (166).
(i) Install the rails (162) with the screws (161).
(j) Install all the remaining splitline screws you removed during the removal procedure.
(4) Seal the splitline joints of the galley units:
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Apply the new Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) into all the splitline joints. (5) Connect the potable water connections:

MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT YOU USE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS CLEAN AND APPROVED FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. IF NOT IT CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM.
WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.(b) Connect the water hose (124) to the T-fitting (122) and tighten the nut (123).
(c) Connect the water hose (121) to the T-fitting (119) and tighten the nut (120).
(d) Connect the water hose (137) to the fitting (135) and tighten the nut (136).
(6) Connect the splitline waste water connections:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the hoses (155) to the sinks (153) and tighten the clamps (154).
(c) Install the clamp (128) with the screw (129).
(d) Connect the hose (125) to the pipe (127) and tighten the clamp (126).
(e) Connect the hose (130) to the pipe (132) and tighten the clamp (131).
(f) Connect the control cable (134) to the ring (133).
(7) Connect the splitline ventilation connections:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the hose (150) to the pipe (152) and tighten the clamp (151).
(c) Connect the hose (149) to the air outlet (145).
(d) Put the clamps (146) in position on the hose (149) and install the washers (147) and the screws (148).
(e) Connect the exhaust air hose (142) to the pipe (144) and tighten the clamp (143).
(f) Install the clamp (141) with the spacer (138), the washer (139) and the screw (140).
(g) Connect all the remaining splitline supply connections you disconnected during the removal procedure.
(8) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Install the bonding straps (112) with the washers (111) and the screws (110) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Connect the electrical connectors:
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
1 Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.2 Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
3 Connect the plugs (101), (102), (103), (104) and (105) to the connectors (100), (109), (108), (107) and (106).
4 Connect all the remaining splitline electrical connections you disconnected during the removal procedure.
(c) Install the galley control panel, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-400-001).
(9) Apply the paint:

(a) Apply the red Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to all the parts that connect the galley at the splitline. F. Installation of the Aft Galley Unit - G5
(2) Install the upper and lower attachments:
(b) Apply the Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushings (51) and (50) and put them in position.
(c) Put the shims (49) in position as recorded during the removal procedure.
(d) Apply the Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) to the thread of the bolts (46).
(e) Install the plates (48), washers (47) and bolts (46).
(f) Install the covers (53) and the screws (52).
(g) Install the seal (64).
(h) Install the plates (61) and (63) and the screws (60) and (62).
(i) Install the plates (70) and the screws (69).
(j) Install the plates (65) and (67) and the screws (66) and (68).
(k) Seal the galley/floor interface:
(l) Put the tie-rods (45) in their correct positions on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (42).
(m) If necessary adjust the tie rods (45):
2 Loosen the locknuts (44).
3 Hold the tie-rod ends that are not installed.
4 Turn the tie-rod barrels (43) until you can install the quick-release pins (42) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (44).
6 Do a check of the tie-rods (45) for correct installation:

(n) Install the panels (40) and the screws (41).
(3) Connect the potable water connections:
(b) Connect the potable water pipe (33) to the fitting (31) and tighten the nut (32).

(b) Connect the waste water hose (34) to the pipe (30) and tighten the clamps (38).
(5) Connect the ventilation connections:
(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(b) Connect the exhaust air hose (27) to the pipe (29) and tighten the clamps (28).
(c) Connect the fresh air hose (35) to the pipe (37) and tighten the clamp (36).
(d) Install the access cover (25) and the screws (26).
(6) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Install the bonding straps (18) and the washers (17), the bolts (16) and the nuts (19) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Install the clamp (20), washer (22) and bolt (21).
(c) Install the clamps (13), washers (15) and bolts (14).
(d) Install the clamp (6), washer (7) and nut (8).
(e) Install the spacer (1).
(f) Install the clamps (2) and (3) with the washers (4) and the nuts (5).
(g) Connect the electrical wires, ref. ESPM 2044520:
(h) Install the cover plate (11) with the screws (12).
1 TORQUE the screws (12) to between 0.1 and 0.08 m.daN (8.85 and 7.08 lbf.in )

(d) Apply the Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) to the thread of the bolts (46).
(e) Install the plates (48), washers (47) and bolts (46).
(f) Install the covers (53) and the screws (52).
(g) Install the seal (64).
(h) Install the plates (61) and (63) and the screws (60) and (62).

(m) If necessary adjust the tie rods (45):

USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Cut and discard the lockwire from the locknuts (44). 2 Loosen the locknuts (44).
3 Hold the tie-rod ends that are not installed.
4 Turn the tie-rod barrels (43) until you can install the quick-release pins (42) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (44).
6 Do a check of the tie-rods (45) for correct installation:
- Put a short piece of the lockwire
, into the safety holes at the tie rod ends.14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - - Make sure that the lockwire does not go through the safety holes.
- If it does, install a new-tie rod.
(n) Install the panels (40) and the screws (41).
(3) Connect the potable water connections:

(b) Connect the exhaust air hose (27) to the pipe (29) and tighten the clamps (28).
(c) Connect the fresh air hose (35) to the pipe (37) and tighten the clamp (36).
(d) Install the access cover (25) and the screws (26).
(6) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Install the bonding straps (18) and the washers (17), the bolts (16) and the nuts (19) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Install the clamp (20), washer (22) and bolt (21).

(f) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(g) Carefully put the galley in position.
(h) Turn the bushes (64) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(i) Put the outer eccentric bushes (57) and the inner eccentric bushes (56) in position.
(j) If necessary, put the washers (55) in position.
(k) Put the washers (54) in position and install the bolts (53).
(l) TORQUE the bolts (53) to between 4.068 and 2.486 m.daN (30.00 and 18.33 lbf.ft )

(n) Put the covers (58) in position and install the screws (59).

(q) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrips (73) and install them.
(r) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (82) and install them.
(s) Put the wheel guides (83) and the washers (84) in position and install the screws (85).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the brackets (86) in position and install the quick-release pins (87).
(b) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(c) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):
2 Loosen the locknuts (68).
3 Hold the tie rod end that is not installed.
4 Turn the tie rod barrel (67) until you can install the quick-release pins (65) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (68).
6 Do a check of the tie rods (66) for correct installation:

(b) Put the clamp (18) and the washer (20) in position and install the bolt (19).

(s) Put the wheel guides (83) and the washers (84) in position and install the screws (85).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the brackets (86) in position and install the quick-release pins (87).
(b) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(c) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):

- If it does, install a new tie rod.
(d) Put the covers (70) in position and install the screws (69).
(e) Close the door (50).
(4) Connect the galley supply connections:

(d) Connect the waste water hose (27) to the pipe (25) and tighten the clamp (26).
(e) Connect the potable water hose (29) to the fitting (24) and tighten the nut (30).
(f) TORQUE the nut (30) to between 5.81 and 5.27 m.daN (42.85 and 38.86 lbf.ft )
. (g) If necessary, put the insulation (28) in its correct position.
(h) Put the cover (20) in position and install the screws (21).
(5) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Put the bonding straps (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Put the clamp (18) and the washer (20) in position and install the bolt (19).
(c) Put the clamps (15) and the washers (16) in position and install the bolts (17).
(d) Put the clamp (13) in position and install the nut (14).
(e) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the nuts (12).
(f) Connect the electrical wires:

(h) TORQUE the screws (9) to between 0.10 and 0.08 m.daN (8.85 and 7.08 lbf.in )

J. Installation of the Aft Galley Unit
(2) Install the lower attachments:
(b) TORQUE the screws (81) to between 0.395 and 0.339 m.daN (34.96 and 30.00 lbf.in )

(c) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (60) and put them in position.
(d) Install the new AIPC 25-33-04-11-020 PACKINGS (61).
(e) Put the rings (62) and the washers (63) in position.
(f) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(g) Carefully put the galley in position.
(h) Turn the bushes (64) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(i) Put the outer eccentric bushes (57) and the inner eccentric bushes (56) in position.
(j) If necessary, put the washers (55) in position.
(k) Put the washers (54) in position and install the bolts (53).
(l) TORQUE the bolts (53) to between 4.068 and 2.486 m.daN (30.00 and 18.33 lbf.ft )

(m) Put the seal (74) and the seal plates (72) in position and install the screws (71).
(n) Put the covers (58) in position and install the screws (59).
(o) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (78) and install them.
(p) Put the wheel guides (75) and the washers (77) in position and install the screws (76).
(q) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrips (73) and install them.
(r) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (82) and install them.
(s) Put the wheel guides (83) and the washers (84) in position and install the screws (85).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the brackets (86) in position and install the quick-release pins (87).
(b) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(c) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):
2 Loosen the locknuts (68).
3 Hold the tie rod end that is not installed.
4 Turn the tie rod barrel (67) until you can install the quick-release pins (65) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (68).
6 Do a check of the tie rods (66) for correct installation:

(d) Put the covers (70) in position and install the screws (69).
(e) Close the door (50).
(4) Connect the galley supply connections:

(d) Connect the waste water hose (32) to the pipe (30) and tighten the clamp (31).
(e) Connect the potable water hose (34) to the fitting (29) and tighten the nut (35).
(f) TORQUE the nut (35) to between 5.81 and 5.27 m.daN (42.85 and 38.86 lbf.ft )

(g) If necessary, put the insulation (33) in its correct position.
(h) Put the cover (25) in position and lock the fasteners (26).
(5) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Put the bonding straps (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Put the clamps (15) and the washers (16) in position and install the bolts (17).
(c) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the nuts (12).
(d) Put the clamp (18) and the washer (20) in position and install the bolt (19).
(e) Put the clamp (13) in position and install the nut (14).
(f) Connect the electrical wires:
2 TORQUE the nuts (8) to between 0.7 and 0.6 m.daN (61.95 and 53.10 lbf.in )

6 Do a check of the tie rods (66) for correct installation:
- Put short pieces of the lockwire stainless steel annealed 0.8mm DIA,
, into the safety holes at the tie rod ends.14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - - Make sure that the lockwire does not go through the safety holes.
- If it does, install a new tie rod.
(d) Put the covers (70) in position and install the screws (69).
(e) Close the door (50).
(4) Connect the galley supply connections:

DO NOT DO WORK ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME.

(a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.- ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR

(b) Connect the exhaust air hose (36) to the pipe (28) and tighten the clamps (37).
(c) Connect the fresh air hose (38) to the pipe (27) and tighten the clamp (39).
(d) Connect the waste water hose (32) to the pipe (30) and tighten the clamp (31).
(e) Connect the potable water hose (34) to the fitting (29) and tighten the nut (35).
(f) TORQUE the nut (35) to between 5.81 and 5.27 m.daN (42.85 and 38.86 lbf.ft )
. (g) If necessary, put the insulation (33) in its correct position.
(h) Put the cover (25) in position and lock the fasteners (26).
(5) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Put the bonding straps (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Put the clamps (15) and the washers (16) in position and install the bolts (17).
(c) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the nuts (12).
(d) Put the clamp (18) and the washer (20) in position and install the bolt (19).

(f) Connect the electrical wires:

(s) Put the wheel guides (83) and the washers (84) in position and install the screws (85).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the brackets (86) in position and install the quick-release pins (87).
(b) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(c) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):

6 Do a check of the tie rods (66) for correct installation:
- Put short pieces of the lockwire stainless steel annealed 0.8mm DIA,

- If it does, install a new tie rod.
(d) Put the covers (70) in position and install the screws (69).

USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(k) Safety the screws (7) with (5) If removed, install all the decorative material.

V. Operational Test of the Galley Systems
(1) Do a check of the air supply and air exhaust system:
(a) Do the pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001), or the HP ground connection (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(b) Do the functional test of an air extraction point (Ref. AMM TASK 21-23-00-720-002). Do not de-energize the electrical circuits when the test is completed.
(c) Turn the air outlet clockwise until it is in the closed position.
(d) Air must not come out from the air outlet.
(e) Examine all the air hoses and the connections for leaks.
(f) Repair all leaks.
(g) Turn the air outlet counter clockwise until it is in the open position.
(h) Make sure that different airflow is possible when you turn the air outlet.
(2) Do a check of the potable water system:
(a) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(b) Examine all the potable water hoses for leaks.
(c) Repair all leaks.
(d) De-pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Do a check of the galley electrical system as follows:
(a) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the ELEC section of panel 35VU:
1 Make sure that the COMMERCIAL pushbutton switch (22XN) is pushed (the OFF legend is off).
2 Make sure that the GALY & CAB pushbutton switch (2XA) is pushed (the OFF legend is off).
(b) On the galley control panel, make sure that all the circuit breakers are closed.
(c) Operate the work lights and make sure that they come on and go off correctly.
Subtask 25-33-45-710-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a check of the air supply and air exhaust system:

V. Operational Test of the Galley Systems

(2) Do a check of the potable water system and the drain system as follows:
(a) Make sure that the potable water system is filled (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-001).
(b) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(c) Examine all the potable water hoses for leaks.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
(d) If you find leaks, repair them.
(e) Operate the faucet and make sure that water flows.
(f) Let the water flow until it is clean.
(g) Examine all the waste water hoses for leaks.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
(h) If you find leaks, repair them.
(3) Do a check of the galley electrical system as follows:

(b) Examine all the potable water pipes for leaks.
(d) Examine the drain hose for leaks.
(3) Do a check of the galley electrical system as follows:
(a) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the ELEC section of panel 35VU:
1 Make sure that the COMMERCIAL pushbutton switch (22XN) is pushed (the OFF legend is off).
2 Make sure that the GALY & CAB pushbutton switch (2XA) is pushed (the OFF legend is off).
(b) On the galley control panel, make sure that all the circuit breakers are closed.

(4) Do a check of the air supply and the air exhaust systems.

X. Installation of Components after the Test Procedure
(1) Installation of the components of the supply connections:
(a) Put the insulation (32) in its correct position.
(b) Put the cover (25) in position and engage the fasteners (26).
(2) Installation of the pelmet:
(a) Hold the pelmet (64) in position.
(b) Put the spacer (87), the clamp (88) and the washer (83) in position and install the bolt (89).
(c) TORQUE the bolt (89) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
.
(d) Connect the bonding straps (85) and (84) and install the washers (86) and (83) and the bolt (82). Do the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(e) TORQUE the bolt (82) to between 0.28 and 0.23 m.daN (24.78 and 20.35 lbf.in )
.
(f) Engage the quick connectors (63).
5. Close-up(1) Installation of the components of the supply connections:
(a) Put the insulation (32) in its correct position.
