(2) If necessary, remove the trolley(s).

(2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Carefully pull the oven (2) out of the galley to disconnect the electrical connector.
(4) Remove the oven (2) from the mounting rails (3).
(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
(1) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Remove the screws (1).
(3) Carefully pull the oven (2) out of the galley to disconnect the electrical connector.
(4) Remove the oven (2) from the mounting rails (3).
(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

(2) Carefully pull the oven (2) out of the mounting rails (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(3) Remove the oven (2) from the galley.
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
(1) Remove the screws (1). (2) Carefully pull the oven (2) out of the mounting rails (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(3) Remove the oven (2) from the galley.
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
A. Removal of the Oven
(a) Remove the remaining sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (4).
(c) Remove the filler (2).
(d) Carefully pull the oven (7) out of the mounting rails (1) and disconnect the electrical connector.
(e) Remove the oven (7) from the galley.
(f) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
(g) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket (3).
(2) Remove the oven from the aft galley:
(a) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (4).
(b) Carefully pull the oven (7) out of the mounting rails (1) and disconnect the electrical connector.
(c) Remove the oven (7) from the galley.
(d) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
(e) Remove the screws (5), the washers (4) and the bracket (3).

SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Remove the oven from the forward galley: (a) Remove the remaining sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (4).
(c) Remove the filler (2).
(d) Carefully pull the oven (7) out of the mounting rails (1) and disconnect the electrical connector.
(e) Remove the oven (7) from the galley.
(f) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
(g) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket (3).
(2) Remove the oven from the aft galley:
(a) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (4).
(b) Carefully pull the oven (7) out of the mounting rails (1) and disconnect the electrical connector.
(c) Remove the oven (7) from the galley.
(d) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
(e) Remove the screws (5), the washers (4) and the bracket (3).

(3) Carefully pull the oven (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(4) Remove the oven (3) from the mounting rails (1).
(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

(b) Carefully pull the oven (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(c) Remove the oven (3) from the galley.
(d) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Remove the oven (3) from aft galley G4B as follows:
(a) Remove the screws (8) and the screen (7).
(b) Remove the screws (6).
(c) Carefully pull the oven (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(d) Remove the oven (3) from the galley.
(e) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket (4).
(f) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
Subtask 25-35-19-020-050-LB ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:

(1) Remove the oven (3) from the forward galley and aft galley G3B as follows: (a) Remove the screws (2).
(b) Carefully pull the oven (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(c) Remove the oven (3) from the galley.
(d) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Remove the oven (3) from aft galley G4B as follows:
(a) Remove the screws (8) and the screen (7).
(b) Remove the screws (6).
(c) Carefully pull the oven (3) to disconnect the electrical connector.
(d) Remove the oven (3) from the galley.
(e) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket (4).
(f) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
A. Removal of the Oven(s)
(2) FOR [6475MM] (GALLEY LOC.I), [6480MM] (GALLEY LOC.III)
Remove the oven(s) (3) from the related galley as follows:
(a) Remove the screws (2).
(b) Carefully pull the oven(s) (3) out of the galley and disconnect the electrical connector(s).
(c) Remove the oven(s) (3) from the mounting rails (1).
(3) FOR [6482MM] (GALLEY LOC.IV A/B)
Remove the oven(s) (3) from the galley as follows:
(a) Remove the sealant with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (8) and the screen(s) (7).
(c) Remove the screws (6).
(d) Carefully pull the oven(s) (3) out of the galley and disconnect the electrical connector(s).
(e) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket(s) (4).
(f) Remove the oven(s) (3) from the mounting rails (1).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
WARNING:

Remove the oven(s) (3) from the related galley as follows:
(a) Remove the screws (2).
(b) Carefully pull the oven(s) (3) out of the galley and disconnect the electrical connector(s).
(c) Remove the oven(s) (3) from the mounting rails (1).
(3) FOR [6482MM] (GALLEY LOC.IV A/B)
Remove the oven(s) (3) from the galley as follows:
(a) Remove the sealant with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(b) Remove the screws (8) and the screen(s) (7).
(c) Remove the screws (6).
(d) Carefully pull the oven(s) (3) out of the galley and disconnect the electrical connector(s).
(e) Remove the screws (5) and the bracket(s) (4).
