(1) Depressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(2) Drain the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-001).

E. Safety Precautions
(1) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the AIR COND section of panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
(2) On the HP and LP ground-air connectors, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(3) On the water service panel, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to do the servicing of the potable water system.
Subtask 25-33-45-941-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the AIR COND section of panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
- APU BLEED pushbutton switch (the ON legend is off)
- All the ENG BLEED pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on)
- PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches (the OFF legends are on).
(2) On the HP and LP ground-air connectors, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(3) On the water service panel, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to do the servicing of the potable water system.
E. Safety Precautions

(4) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(5) Remove the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
Subtask 25-33-45-010-050-N ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If necessary, remove the contents of the galley.
(2) Remove the galley equipment as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-00-010-001).
(3) If installed, remove the curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(4) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).

F. Get Access
(1) Remove the contents which are kept in the galley, if necessary.
(2) Remove the galley equipment.

(c) Remove the coffee makers, if installed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-15-00).
(d) Remove the waste containers, if installed.
(e) Remove the ice drawer, if installed.
(f) Remove the standard containers, if installed.

(4) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).

(2) Remove the galley equipment:

(3) Remove the curtain and the curtain rail, if installed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(4) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(5) Remove the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
F. Get Access
(1) Open all applicable doors to get access to the parts that you must remove/disconnect.
(2) If necessary, remove the contents of the galley.
(3) Remove all the items of non-electrical equipment from the galley.
(4) Remove these items of equipment:
(a) Remove the oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(b) Remove the water boiler(s)/heater(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-27-000-001).
(c) Remove the galley control panel (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(5) If the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) If the Attendant Indication Panel (AIP) is installed, remove it (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-22-000-001).
(7) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(8) Remove the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
(9) If necessary, remove the aft utility-area ceiling-panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
4. Procedure(1) Open all applicable doors to get access to the parts that you must remove/disconnect.
(2) If necessary, remove the contents of the galley.
(3) Remove all the items of non-electrical equipment from the galley.
(4) Remove these items of equipment:
(a) Remove the oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(b) Remove the water boiler(s)/heater(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-27-000-001).
(c) Remove the galley control panel (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(5) If the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) If the Attendant Indication Panel (AIP) is installed, remove it (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-22-000-001).
(7) Remove the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(8) Remove the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
(9) If necessary, remove the aft utility-area ceiling-panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
Subtask 25-33-45-020-050-AJ ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Galley Unit
(1) Disconnect the Electrical Connections
(a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (5).
(b) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the cover (4).
(c) Remove the wires.
(d) Remove the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the clamps (11).
(e) Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the bonding straps (13).
(f) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2), and the clamps (1).
(2) Disconnect the Galley Supply Connections
(b) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the fresh air pipe (29) from the pipe (27).
(c) Loosen the clamps (25) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (24) from the pipe (26).
(d) Loosen the clamps (31) and disconnect the waste water pipe (32) from the pipe (30).
(e) Loosen the nut (34) and disconnect the potable water pipe (35) from the fitting (33).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the Upper Attachments
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the covers (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (44) from the A/C structure.
(4) Remove the Lower Attachments
(b) Remove the screws (53) and the covers (52).
(c) Remove the bolts (47), the washers (48) and the plates (49).
(d) Remove the bushings (50) and (51).
Subtask 25-33-45-020-050-AL ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the Electrical Connections
(a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (5).
(b) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the cover (4).
(c) Remove the wires.
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1 Remove the nuts (6), the wires (7) and the bushings (8). (d) Remove the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the clamps (11).
(e) Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the bonding straps (13).
(f) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2), and the clamps (1).
(2) Disconnect the Galley Supply Connections
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Remove the screws (22) and the access cover (23). (b) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the fresh air pipe (29) from the pipe (27).
(c) Loosen the clamps (25) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (24) from the pipe (26).
(d) Loosen the clamps (31) and disconnect the waste water pipe (32) from the pipe (30).
(e) Loosen the nut (34) and disconnect the potable water pipe (35) from the fitting (33).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the Upper Attachments
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the covers (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (44) from the A/C structure.
(4) Remove the Lower Attachments
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Remove the screws (46) and the wheel guides (45). (b) Remove the screws (53) and the covers (52).
(c) Remove the bolts (47), the washers (48) and the plates (49).
(d) Remove the bushings (50) and (51).
A. Removal of the Galley Unit
(1) Disconnect the Electrical Connections
(a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (5).
(b) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the cover (4).
(c) Remove the wires.
(d) Remove the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the clamps (11).
(e) Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the bonding straps (13).
(f) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2), and the clamps (1).
(2) Disconnect the Galley Supply Connections
(b) Remove the screws (20) and the access panel (21).
(c) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the fresh air pipe (29) from the pipe (27).
(d) Loosen the clamps (25) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (24) from the pipe (26).
(e) Loosen the clamps (31) and disconnect the waste water pipe (32) from the pipe (30).
(f) Loosen the nut (34) and disconnect the potable water pipe (35) from the fitting (33).
(g) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the Upper Attachments
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the covers (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (44) from the A/C structure.
(4) Remove the Lower Attachments
(b) Remove the screws (55) and the covers (54).
(c) Remove the bolts (49), the washers (50) and the plates (51).
(d) Remove the bushings (52) and (53).
Subtask 25-33-45-020-050-CR ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the Electrical Connections
(a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (5).
(b) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the cover (4).
(c) Remove the wires.
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1 Remove the nuts (6), the wires (7) and the bushings (8). (d) Remove the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the clamps (11).
(e) Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the bonding straps (13).
(f) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2), and the clamps (1).
(2) Disconnect the Galley Supply Connections
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Remove the screws (22) and the divider panel (23). (b) Remove the screws (20) and the access panel (21).
(c) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the fresh air pipe (29) from the pipe (27).
(d) Loosen the clamps (25) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (24) from the pipe (26).
(e) Loosen the clamps (31) and disconnect the waste water pipe (32) from the pipe (30).
(f) Loosen the nut (34) and disconnect the potable water pipe (35) from the fitting (33).
(g) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the Upper Attachments
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the covers (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (44) from the A/C structure.
(4) Remove the Lower Attachments
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Remove the screws (46), the washers (47), the wheel guides (45) and the seals (48). (b) Remove the screws (55) and the covers (54).
(c) Remove the bolts (49), the washers (50) and the plates (51).
(d) Remove the bushings (52) and (53).
A. Removal of the Aft Galley G5
(1) Remove all of the decorative material, if necessary.
(2) Disconnect the electrical connections:
(b) Loosen the screws (12) and remove the cover (11).
(c) Disconnect the electrical wires (9) as follows:
(d) Remove the nuts (5), washers (4), clamps (3) and (2) and spacer (1).
(e) Remove the nut (8), washer (7) and clamp (6).
(f) Remove the bolts (14), washers (15) and clamps (13).
(g) Remove the bolt (21), washer (22) and clamp (20).
(h) Disconnect the bonding straps (18) as follows:
(3) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(b) Loosen the nut (32) and disconnect the potable water pipe (33) from the fitting (31).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the waste water connections:
(a) Loosen the clamps (38) and disconnect the waste water hose (34) from the pipe (30).
(b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Disconnect the ventilation connections:
(a) Loosen the clamp (36) and disconnect the fresh-air hose (35) from the pipe (37).
(b) Loosen the clamps (28) and disconnect the exhaust-air hose (27) from the pipe (29).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(6) Remove the upper and lower attachments:
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the panels (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (45) from the A/C structure.
(d) Remove the screws (69) and the plates (70).
(e) Remove the screws (60) and (62) and the plates (61) and (63).
(f) Remove the seals (64).
(g) Remove the screws (52) and the covers (53).
(h) Remove the bolts (46), the washers (47) and the plates (48).
(i) Record the number and position of the shims (49) for the installation procedure and remove them.
(j) Remove the bushings (50) and (51).
(k) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(l) Carefully lift and move the galley to the centerline of the aircraft.
Subtask 25-33-45-020-050-EV ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove all of the decorative material, if necessary.
(2) Disconnect the electrical connections:
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(a) Cut and discard the lockwire from the screws (12). (b) Loosen the screws (12) and remove the cover (11).
(c) Disconnect the electrical wires (9) as follows:
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1 Remove the nuts (10) and disconnect the electrical wires (9). (d) Remove the nuts (5), washers (4), clamps (3) and (2) and spacer (1).
(e) Remove the nut (8), washer (7) and clamp (6).
(f) Remove the bolts (14), washers (15) and clamps (13).

(5) Disconnect the ventilation connections:
(a) Loosen the clamp (36) and disconnect the fresh-air hose (35) from the pipe (37).
(b) Loosen the clamps (28) and disconnect the exhaust-air hose (27) from the pipe (29).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(6) Remove the upper and lower attachments:
(a) Remove the screws (41) and the panels (40).
(b) Remove the quick-release pins (42) and disconnect the tie rods (45) from the A/C structure.

(g) Remove the screws (52) and the covers (53).
(h) Remove the bolts (46), the washers (47) and the plates (48).
(i) Record the number and position of the shims (49) for the installation procedure and remove them.
(j) Remove the bushings (50) and (51).
(k) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(l) Carefully lift and move the galley to the centerline of the aircraft.
A. Removal of the Aft Galley Unit
(1) If necessary, remove all the decorative material.

(b) Release the fasteners (66) and remove the covers (65).
(c) Remove the bolts (90) and the washers (83) and (86) and disconnect the bonding straps (91).
(d) Safety the bonding straps (91) to the brackets (77).
(e) Remove the quick-release pins (78) and disconnect the tie rods (81) from the aircraft structure.
(f) Remove the quick-release pins (78), the tie rods (81) and the brackets (77).
(5) Remove the lower attachments:
(b) Remove the remaining sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(c) Remove the screws (75), the washers (73) and the kickstrip (76).
(d) Remove the kickstrips (69).
(e) Remove the screws (72), the washers (73) and the wheel guides (71).
(f) If the fillers (74) are damaged or loose, remove them.
(g) Remove the screws (57) and the covers (56).
(h) Remove the screws (68), the seal plates (67) and the seal (70).
(i) Remove the bolts (51) and the washers (52).
(j) If installed, remove the washers (53).
(k) Remove the inner eccentric bushes (54) and the outer eccentric bushes (55).
(l) Carefully lift the galley and move it to the centerline of the aircraft.
(m) Remove the washers (61) and the rings (60).
(n) Remove and discard the packings (59).
(o) Remove the bushes (58).
Subtask 25-33-45-020-051-AH ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If necessary, remove all the decorative material.
(2) Disconnect the electrical connections:
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(a) Release the quick connectors (63) and hold the pelmet (64) in position. (b) Remove the bolt (82) and the washers (83) and (86) and disconnect the bonding straps (84) and (85).
(c) Remove the bolt (89), washer (83), clamp (88) and spacer (87).
(d) Safety the bonding strap (85) to the galley.
(e) Safety the bonding strap (84) to the pelmet (64).
(f) Remove the pelmet (64).
(g) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (7).
(h) Loosen the screws (7) and remove the cover (8).
(i) Disconnect the electrical wires:
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1 Remove the nuts (6) and disconnect the electrical wires (5). (j) Remove the bolt (11), the washer (10) and the clamp (9).
(k) Remove the nuts (12) and the clamps (9).
(l) Remove the bolts (11), the washers (14) and the clamps (13).
(m) Safety the electrical wires (5) to the galley.
(n) Disconnect the bonding straps:
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL WIRE(S) IS(ARE) DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S).
1 Remove the nuts (4), the bolts (1) and the washers (2) and disconnect the bonding straps (3). 2 Safety the bonding straps (3) to the galley.
(3) Disconnect the galley supply connections:
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT YOU USE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS CLEAN AND APPROVED FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. IF NOT IT CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM.
WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME.
THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
WARNING:
ALWAYS USE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN YOU DO WORK:
(a) Release the fasteners (26) and remove the cover (25). - ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR
- ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM.
(b) Push the insulation (32) up.
(c) Loosen the nut (34) and disconnect the potable water hose (33) from the fitting (35).
(d) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the waste water hose (27) from the pipe (29).
(e) Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the fresh-air hose (30) from the pipe (31).
(f) Loosen the clamps (37) and disconnect the exhaust-air hose (36) from the pipe (38).
(g) Remove the clamps (28) and (37).
(h) Put a PLUG - BLANKING in the disconnected line ends.
(4) Remove the upper attachments:
(a) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(b) Release the fasteners (66) and remove the covers (65).
(c) Remove the bolts (90) and the washers (83) and (86) and disconnect the bonding straps (91).
(d) Safety the bonding straps (91) to the brackets (77).
(e) Remove the quick-release pins (78) and disconnect the tie rods (81) from the aircraft structure.
(f) Remove the quick-release pins (78), the tie rods (81) and the brackets (77).
(5) Remove the lower attachments:
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.(b) Remove the remaining sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(c) Remove the screws (75), the washers (73) and the kickstrip (76).
(d) Remove the kickstrips (69).
(e) Remove the screws (72), the washers (73) and the wheel guides (71).
(f) If the fillers (74) are damaged or loose, remove them.
(g) Remove the screws (57) and the covers (56).
(h) Remove the screws (68), the seal plates (67) and the seal (70).
(i) Remove the bolts (51) and the washers (52).
(j) If installed, remove the washers (53).
(k) Remove the inner eccentric bushes (54) and the outer eccentric bushes (55).
(l) Carefully lift the galley and move it to the centerline of the aircraft.
(m) Remove the washers (61) and the rings (60).
(n) Remove and discard the packings (59).
(o) Remove the bushes (58).
B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline
(a) Disconnect the control cable (66) from the ring (65).
(b) Loosen the clamp (68) and disconnect the pipe (69) from the sink (67).
(c) Loosen the nut (71) and disconnect the pipe (72) from the fitting (70).
(d) Loosen the clamps (74) and disconnect the pipes (73) from the pipe ends (75).
(e) Disconnect all the remaining galley supply splitlines, if necessary.
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline
(b) Remove the screws (81), (90) and (84) and the washers (83).
(c) Remove the screws (96), the washers (97), the covers (98), and the screws (99).
(d) Carefully disconnect the galley module (81) from the galley module (82).
(e) Remove the screws (87) and (88) and the washers (89).
(f) Remove ths screws (91), the washers (92), the covers (93), the screws (94) and the special nuts (95).
(g) Carefully disconnect the galley module (82) from the galley module (86).
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Remove the galley modules from the aircraft.
(3) Remove the floor fittings.
(a) Remove the shims (59).
(b) Identify the number and position of the shims (59) for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the bolts (58), the washers (57) and the floor fittings (56).
(d) Remove and discard the packings (55).
(e) Remove the bushings (54).

(d) Loosen the clamps (74) and disconnect the pipes (73) from the pipe ends (75).
(e) Disconnect all the remaining galley supply splitlines, if necessary.
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(b) Remove the screws (81), (90) and (84) and the washers (83).
(c) Remove the screws (96), the washers (97), the covers (98), and the screws (99).
(d) Carefully disconnect the galley module (81) from the galley module (82).
(e) Remove the screws (87) and (88) and the washers (89).
(f) Remove ths screws (91), the washers (92), the covers (93), the screws (94) and the special nuts (95).
(g) Carefully disconnect the galley module (82) from the galley module (86).
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Remove the galley modules from the aircraft.
(3) Remove the floor fittings.
(a) Remove the shims (59).
(b) Identify the number and position of the shims (59) for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the bolts (58), the washers (57) and the floor fittings (56).
(d) Remove and discard the packings (55).

(e) Loosen the clamps (77) and disconnect the pipes (76) from the pipe ends (78).
(f) Disconnect all the remaining galley supply splitlines, if necessary.
(g) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline
(b) Remove the screws (84), the washers (83) and the screws (89).
(c) Remove the screws (95), the washers (96), the covers (97) and the screws (98).
(d) Carefully disconnect the galley moduel (81) from the galley module (82).
(e) Remove the screws (85) and (87) and the washers (88).
(f) Remove the screws (90), the washers (91), the covers (92) the screws (93) and the special nuts (94).
(g) Carefully disconnect the galley module (82) from the galley module (86).
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Remove the galley modules from the aircraft.
(3) Remove the floor fittings.
(a) Remove the shims (61).
(b) Identify the number and position of the shims (61) for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the bolts (60), the washers (59) and the floor fittings (58).
(d) Remove and discard the packings (57).
(e) Remove the bushings (56).
(f) Remove the screws (62), the washers (63) and the floor fittings (64).

(c) Remove the screws (95), the washers (96), the covers (97) and the screws (98).
(d) Carefully disconnect the galley moduel (81) from the galley module (82).
(e) Remove the screws (85) and (87) and the washers (88).
(f) Remove the screws (90), the washers (91), the covers (92) the screws (93) and the special nuts (94).
(g) Carefully disconnect the galley module (82) from the galley module (86).
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Remove the galley modules from the aircraft.
(3) Remove the floor fittings.
(a) Remove the shims (61).
(b) Identify the number and position of the shims (61) for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the bolts (60), the washers (59) and the floor fittings (58).
(d) Remove and discard the packings (57).
(e) Remove the bushings (56).
(f) Remove the screws (62), the washers (63) and the floor fittings (64).
B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline
(a) Remove the galley control panel (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(b) Disconnect the plugs (101), (102), (103), (104) and (105) from the connectors (100), (109), (108), (107) and (106).
(c) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Remove the screws (110), the washers (111) and disconnect the bonding straps (112).
(e) Disconnect all of the remaining electrical connections as necessary.
(2) Disconnect the splitline potable water connections:
(b) Loosen the nut (120) and disconnect the water hose (121) from the T-fitting (119).
(c) Loosen the nut (123) and disconnect the water hose (124) from the T-fitting (122).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Disconnect the splitline waste water connections:
(a) Disconnect the control cable (134) from the ring (133).
(b) Loosen the clamp (131) and disconnect the hose (130) from the pipe (132).
(c) Remove the screw (129) and the clamp (128).
(d) Loosen the clamp (126) and disconnect the hose (125) from the pipe (127).
(e) Loosen the clamps (154) and disconnect the hoses (155) from the sinks (153).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the splitline ventilation connections:
(a) Remove the screw (140), washer (139), clamp (141) and spacer (138).
(b) Loosen the clamp (143) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (142) from the pipe (144).
(c) Remove the screws (148), washers (147) and clamps (146).
(d) Disconnect the hose (149) from the air outlet (145).
(e) Loosen the clamp (151) and disconnect the hose (150) from the pipe (152).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(g) Disconnect all the remaining splitline supply connections as necessary.
(b) Remove the screws (167) from the rails (166).
(c) Remove the screws (171), (173) and (175) and the divider panels (170), (172) and (174).
(d) Remove the screws (163), (164) and (176).
(e) Remove the screws (168) and (169).
(f) Remove the screws (178) and (179) and the rails (180), (181), (182) and (183).
(g) Remove all the remaining splitline screws as necessary.
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Carefully disconnect the galley modules (160) and (165) from the galley module (177) and remove them and the disconnected components from the aircraft.
(6) Remove the floor fittings:
(a) Record the number and position of the shims (59) for the installation procedure and remove them.
(b) Remove the bolts (58), washers (57) and floor fittings (56).
(c) Remove and discard the packings (55).
(d) Remove the bushings (54).
(e) Remove the screws (72) and the fittings (71).

(1) Disconnect the splitline electrical connections: (a) Remove the galley control panel (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(b) Disconnect the plugs (101), (102), (103), (104) and (105) from the connectors (100), (109), (108), (107) and (106).
(c) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(d) Remove the screws (110), the washers (111) and disconnect the bonding straps (112).
(e) Disconnect all of the remaining electrical connections as necessary.
(2) Disconnect the splitline potable water connections:
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT YOU USE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS CLEAN AND APPROVED FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. IF NOT IT CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM.
WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
(a) Loosen the nut (136) and disconnect the water hose (137) from the fitting (135). (b) Loosen the nut (120) and disconnect the water hose (121) from the T-fitting (119).
(c) Loosen the nut (123) and disconnect the water hose (124) from the T-fitting (122).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Disconnect the splitline waste water connections:
(a) Disconnect the control cable (134) from the ring (133).
(b) Loosen the clamp (131) and disconnect the hose (130) from the pipe (132).
(c) Remove the screw (129) and the clamp (128).
(d) Loosen the clamp (126) and disconnect the hose (125) from the pipe (127).
(e) Loosen the clamps (154) and disconnect the hoses (155) from the sinks (153).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the splitline ventilation connections:
(a) Remove the screw (140), washer (139), clamp (141) and spacer (138).
(b) Loosen the clamp (143) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (142) from the pipe (144).
(c) Remove the screws (148), washers (147) and clamps (146).
(d) Disconnect the hose (149) from the air outlet (145).
(e) Loosen the clamp (151) and disconnect the hose (150) from the pipe (152).
(f) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(g) Disconnect all the remaining splitline supply connections as necessary.

(d) Remove the screws (163), (164) and (176).
(e) Remove the screws (168) and (169).
(f) Remove the screws (178) and (179) and the rails (180), (181), (182) and (183).
(g) Remove all the remaining splitline screws as necessary.
(h) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(i) Carefully disconnect the galley modules (160) and (165) from the galley module (177) and remove them and the disconnected components from the aircraft.
(6) Remove the floor fittings:
(a) Record the number and position of the shims (59) for the installation procedure and remove them.
(b) Remove the bolts (58), washers (57) and floor fittings (56).
(c) Remove and discard the packings (55).
(d) Remove the bushings (54).
(e) Remove the screws (72) and the fittings (71).
