A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
   (3) On the water service panel, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.

B. At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, make sure that the circuit breaker(s) of the beverage maker(s) is (are) open, safetied and tagged.
4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Beverage Maker
F Beverage Maker ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
WARNING: SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
   (1) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (3) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
   (4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
   (5) Make sure that the lever (3) is in the unlocked position.
   (6) Install the beverage maker (2) in the galley as follows:
     (a) Put the beverage maker (2) in position on the mounting rails (1).
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
     (b) Carefully push the beverage maker (2) into the galley and connect the electrical connector, the water supply line and the drain line.
   (7) Set the lever (3) to the locked position.
   (8) Make sure that the beverage maker (2) is correctly locked on the mounting rails (1).
   (9) Tighten the screw (4).

C. At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s), then close the circuit breaker(s) of the beverage maker(s).

D. Do the operational test of the beverage maker(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-00-710-018).

E. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (2) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
   (3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
   (4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
