3. Job Set-up
Subtask 24-92-00-010-105-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below passenger/crew door 831(841).
(2) Open forward passenger/crew door 831(841) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(3) Remove the furnishings in zones 231 and 232:
(a) If the lavatories are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-41-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM D/O 25-41-42-00).
(b) If the stowages are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-000-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 25-27-44-00).
(c) If the galleys are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-41-00), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-41-00), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-45-00), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-43-00), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-31-44-000-001) or (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-46-00).
(d) If the passenger seats are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(4) Remove the door frame linings from the left and right-forward passenger/crew doors at frame 20 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-005) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002).
(5) Remove the door frame linings from the left and right-forward emergency exit-doors (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-004) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-009).
(6) Remove the linings in zones 231 and 232:
(a) Remove these upper sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001):

231EW, 231HW, 231LW, 231PW, 231SW, 231VW, 231BX, 231QX, 231TX and 231WX
232EW, 232HW, 232LW, 232PW, 232SW, 232VW, 232BX, 232QX, 232TX and 232WX.

(b) Remove these lower sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001):

A. Cleaning of All Wiring Installed in the Forward Passenger Compartment (Only Contaminated Wiring)
(1) Clean the wiring if there is dust or lint contamination ESPM 2055000.
(a) On the flight control routes: 7S, 8S and 7M.
(b) On the engine control routes: 1S and 2S.
(c) On the generator excitation routes: 3E and 6E.
(d) On other routes: 1M and 2M.
(e) On the coaxial wiring routes: 1T, 3T, 7T, 8T, 9T and 1U.

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the linings at zones 231 and 232:
(a) Install these upper sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001):

231EW, 231HW, 231LW, 231PW, 231SW, 231VW, 231BX, 231QX, 231TX and 231WX
232EW, 232HW, 232LW, 232PW, 232SW, 232VW, 232BX, 232QX, 232TX and 232WX.

(b) Install these lower sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001):

231DW, 231GW, 231KW, 231NW, 231RW, 231UW, 231AX, 231PX, 231SX and 231VX
232DW, 232GW, 232KW, 232NW, 232RW, 232UW, 232AX, 232PX, 232SX and 232VX.

231FW, 231JW, 231MW, 231QW, 231TW, 231WW, 231CX, 231FX, 231RX, 231UX and 231XX
232FW, 232JW, 232MW, 232QW, 232TW, 232WW, 232CX, 232FX, 232RX, 232UX and 232XX.

(3) Install the door frame linings on the left and right-forward passenger/crew doors at frame 20 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-006) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-007).
(4) Install the door frame linings on the left and right-forward emergency exit-doors (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-004) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-009).
(5) Install the furnishings at zones 231 and 232:
(a) If the lavatories are removed, install them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-41-41-400-001) and (Ref. AMM D/O 25-41-42-40).
(b) If the stowages are removed, install them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-400-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 25-27-44-40).
(c) If the galleys are removed, install them (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-41-40), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-41-40), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-45-40), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-43-40), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-31-44-400-001) or (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-46-40).
(d) If the passenger seats are removed, install them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(6) Close forward passenger/crew door 831(841) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(7) Remove the access platform(s).
