B. Get Access
(1) Put the access platform in position on the related emergency exit door.
(2) Open the related emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(3) Remove the emergency exit sign 47WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001)
(4) Remove the cabin emergency light 35WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001)
(5) Remove the cabin-wall mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL3 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001)
Subtask 25-23-47-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the access platform in position on the related emergency exit door.
(2) Open the related emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(3) Remove the emergency exit sign 47WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001)
(4) Remove the cabin emergency light 35WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001)
(5) Remove the cabin-wall mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL3 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001)

A. Removal of the End Panel
(1) If the end panel (1) is installed:
(a) Remove the screw (2) and the washer (3).
(b) Release the attached brackets from the yo-yo rolls and remove the end panel (1).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the end panel (1) is installed:
(a) Remove the screw (2) and the washer (3).
(b) Release the attached brackets from the yo-yo rolls and remove the end panel (1).
B. Removal of the Escape-Slide Lever Cover, if installed
(1) Remove the screws (5), (6), the washers (7) and the escape-slide lever cover (4).

C. Removal of the Hook
(1) Remove the screws (9), the washers (10) and the hook (8).

D. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231EX
(1) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13).
(2) Pull upward the door frame lining (11) to release the engage brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining (11).

(2) Pull upward the door frame lining (11) to release the engage brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining (11).
E. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231DX
(1) Remove the screws (42) and the washers (41).
(2) Pull downward the door frame lining (14) to release the engage brackets from the yo-yo rolls and remove the door frame lining (14).

(2) Pull downward the door frame lining (14) to release the engage brackets from the yo-yo rolls and remove the door frame lining (14).
F. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231NX
(1) If the door lining 231NX is installed:
(a) Open the access panel (17).
(b) Remove the screws (18) and (20), the washers (19) and (21) and the shims (22).
(c) Identify the position of the screws and the washers for the installation procedure.
(d) Remove the door frame lining (16).
(e) If necessary, remove the inflation reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-49-000-001).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the door lining 231NX is installed:
(a) Open the access panel (17).
(b) Remove the screws (18) and (20), the washers (19) and (21) and the shims (22).
(c) Identify the position of the screws and the washers for the installation procedure.
(d) Remove the door frame lining (16).
(e) If necessary, remove the inflation reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-49-000-001).
G. Removal of the Door Frame Lining
(1) Loosen the clamp (30) and disconnect the hose.
(2) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the screws (31), the washers (32) and the door frame lining (29).
(4) Remove the screws (20), the washers (33) and the outlet (34).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Loosen the clamp (30) and disconnect the hose.
(2) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the screws (31), the washers (32) and the door frame lining (29).
(4) Remove the screws (20), the washers (33) and the outlet (34).
H. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231JX
(1) If the door frame lining 231JX is installed:
(a) Remove the screws (18), (36) and the washers (19).
(b) Identify the position of the screws for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the door frame lining (35):
1 Pull the upper end of the door frame lining (35) towards.
2 Push up the door frame lining (35) to release the attach brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
3 Remove the screws (40).
4 Remove the door frame lining (35).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the door frame lining 231JX is installed:
(a) Remove the screws (18), (36) and the washers (19).
(b) Identify the position of the screws for the installation procedure.
(c) Remove the door frame lining (35):
1 Pull the upper end of the door frame lining (35) towards.
2 Push up the door frame lining (35) to release the attach brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
3 Remove the screws (40).
4 Remove the door frame lining (35).
I. Removal of the Door Frame Lining(s) 231KX and/or 231GX
(1) Remove the screws (42) and the washers (41).
(2) Push down the door frame lining(s) (37) and/or (38) to release the attached brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining(s) (37) and/or (38).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (42) and the washers (41).
(2) Push down the door frame lining(s) (37) and/or (38) to release the attached brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining(s) (37) and/or (38).
J. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231LX
(1) Remove the handgrip (23):
(b) Carefully push the lugs (26) of the handgrip cover (27) in the direction of the arrows.
(c) Remove the handgrip cover (27).
(d) Remove the screws (25), the washers (24) and the handgrip (23).
(2) Pull up the door frame lining (28) and release the brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining (28).
Subtask 25-23-47-020-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the handgrip (23):
CAUTION:
DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COVER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RETAINER.
(a) Put the 995000 TOOL-MANUAL RELEASE between the handgrip cover (27) and the handgrip (23).(b) Carefully push the lugs (26) of the handgrip cover (27) in the direction of the arrows.
(c) Remove the handgrip cover (27).
(d) Remove the screws (25), the washers (24) and the handgrip (23).
(2) Pull up the door frame lining (28) and release the brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Remove the door frame lining (28).
K. Removal of the Door Frame Lining 231HX
(1) If necessary, remove the recessed panel (39).
(b) Carefully push the lugs (26) of the handgrip cover (27) in the direction of the arrows.
(c) Remove the handgrip cover (27).
(d) Remove the screws (25), the washers (24) and the handgrip (23).
(3) Remove the screws (40).
(4) Pull up the door frame lining (15) and release the brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(5) Remove the door frame lining (15).
(1) If necessary, remove the recessed panel (39).
NOTE: The burr tape attaches the recessed panel (39) to the door frame lining.
(2) Remove the handgrip (23):CAUTION:
DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COVER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RETAINER.
(a) Put the 995000 TOOL-MANUAL RELEASE between the handgrip cover (27) and the handgrip (23).(b) Carefully push the lugs (26) of the handgrip cover (27) in the direction of the arrows.
(c) Remove the handgrip cover (27).
(d) Remove the screws (25), the washers (24) and the handgrip (23).
(3) Remove the screws (40).
(4) Pull up the door frame lining (15) and release the brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(5) Remove the door frame lining (15).
