A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position on the related emergency exit door.
(2) Make sure that the related emergency exit door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001)
(3) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001)
(4) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-23-47-865-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the access platform is in position on the related emergency exit door.
(2) Make sure that the related emergency exit door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001)
(3) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001)
(4) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 231HX
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (15) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the screw (40).
(4) Install the handle section-LWR (23), the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(5) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (23).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (15) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the screw (40).
(4) Install the handle section-LWR (23), the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(5) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (23).
NOTE: Make sure that the lugs (26) of the cover (27) engage correctly and you hear a click.
(6) If necessary install the recessed panel (39). NOTE: Make sure that the burrtape touches correctly.
B. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 231LX
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (28) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section-LWR (23), the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (23).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (28) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section-LWR (23), the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (23).
NOTE: Make sure that the lugs (26) of the cover (27) engage correctly and you hear a click.
C. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 231KX and/or 231GK
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (37) and/or (38) in position on the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (37) and/or (38) in position on the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).
D. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 231JX
(1) If the ddor frame lining 231JX is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) Put the door frame lining (35) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(c) Install the washers (19) and the screws (18), (36).
(d) Install the screws (40).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the ddor frame lining 231JX is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) Put the door frame lining (35) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(c) Install the washers (19) and the screws (18), (36).
(d) Install the screws (40).
E. Installation of the Door Frame Lining
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the blanking plug from the disconnected line end.
(3) Install the outlet (34) with the washers (33) and the screws (20) to the door frame lining (29).
(4) Install the door frame lining (29) with the washers (32) and the screws (31) to the door frame structure.
(5) Install the hose with the clamp (30).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the blanking plug from the disconnected line end.
(3) Install the outlet (34) with the washers (33) and the screws (20) to the door frame lining (29).
(4) Install the door frame lining (29) with the washers (32) and the screws (31) to the door frame structure.
(5) Install the hose with the clamp (30).
F. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 231NX
(1) If the door frame lining 231NX is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) If you removed, install the inflation reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-49-400-001).
(c) Make sure that the access panel (17) is open.
(d) Hold the door frame lining (16) in position on the door frame structure.
(e) Install the washers (19) and (21), the shims (22) and the screws (18) and (20).
(f) Close the access panel (17).
(g) Install the washers (33) and the screws (20).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the door frame lining 231NX is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) If you removed, install the inflation reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-49-400-001).
(c) Make sure that the access panel (17) is open.
(d) Hold the door frame lining (16) in position on the door frame structure.
(e) Install the washers (19) and (21), the shims (22) and the screws (18) and (20).
(f) Close the access panel (17).
(g) Install the washers (33) and the screws (20).
G. Installation of Door Frame Lining 231DX
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (14) in position on the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo- rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (14) in position on the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo- rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).
H. Installation of Door Frame Lining 231EX
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Hold the door frame lining (11) in position to the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo- rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).

(2) Hold the door frame lining (11) in position to the door frame structure.
(3) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo- rolls, install the washers (41) and the screws (42).
I. Installation of the Hook
(1) Hold the hook (8) in position, install the washers (10) and the screws (9).

J. Installation of Escape-Slide Lever Cover, if removed
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the escape-slide lever cover (4) in position.
(3) Install washers (7) and the screws (5), (6) as identified during the removal procedure.

K. Installation of the End Panel
(1) If the end panel is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) Hold the end panel (1) in position to the structure of the overhead stowage compartment.
(c) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls and install the washer (3) and the screw (2).
Subtask 25-23-47-210-068-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the end panel is removed:
(a) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(b) Hold the end panel (1) in position to the structure of the overhead stowage compartment.
(c) Engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls and install the washer (3) and the screw (2).
L. Visual Inspection
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) If necessary install the new placards, refer to (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-002) (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00)
5. Close-up(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(3) Install the cabin emergency light 35WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-400-001).
(4) Install the cabin-wall mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL3 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(5) Install the emergency exit sign 47WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
