(4) Install the escape slide enclosure (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-47-400-001).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE LOCK PIN IS REMOVED FROM THE REGULATOR VALVE ASSEMBLY OF THE INFLATION RESERVOIR. IF IT IS NOT REMOVED, IT CAN PREVENT THE INFLATION OF THE ESCAPE SLIDE/RAFT.
(5) Do the special precautions after you worked on the escape slide system(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-081-001). G. Operational Test of the Inflation Reservoir (Slide-Bottle) monitoring through the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS)
5. Close-upNOTE: This test is applicable only if the Cabin Assignment Module (CAM) is programmed to monitor the pressure status of the slide-bottles.
If not, the FAP DOORS/SLIDES page will not show the message CHECK SLIDE PRESSURE.
(1) Energize the CIDS (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-861-001). If not, the FAP DOORS/SLIDES page will not show the message CHECK SLIDE PRESSURE.
NOTE: Two persons are necessary to do the test.
