(3) If the escape slide enclosure (5) is painted again, do the steps that follow:
(b) Make sure that the thickness of the external paint on the escape slide enclosure (5) is not more than 0.33 MM (0.01 IN.).
(4) Do a check of the aircraft enclosure recess and the attach panel (3).
(5) Make sure that the blow out door (14) is flush with the outer surface of the escape slide enclosure (5).
(6) If the blow out door (14) is not in the correct position, replace the escape slide enclosure (5).
(7) Make sure that the blow out door (14) is fully engaged and closed in the escape slide enclosure (5).
(8) Make sure that the location pin hole (12) which is in the attach panel (3) aligns with the location pin (13) which is on the aircraft enclosure recess.
