B. Get Access
(1) Open the FWD passenger/crew door, Zone 841 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(2) Remove the emergency exit sign 40WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001).
(3) Remove the cabin emergency light 20WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001).
(4) Remove the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL2 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-23-45-020-052-C

A. Removal of Door Frame Linings 222RW, 222SW, 222VW, 222UW, 222TW, 232CW, 232BW, 232AW

Door Frame Linings at the Forward (FWD) Passenger/Crew Door, right Side

(1) If necessary, remove the adjacent sidewall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
(2) Remove door frame lining 232CW (1):
(a) Remove the seal assembly and disengage the ceiling panel.
(b) Remove door frame lining 232CW (1).
(3) Remove door frame lining 232BW (2):
(a) Remove the screws (10) and the washers (9).
(b) Lift door frame lining 232BW (2) and release the attach brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(c) Remove door frame lining 232BW (2).
(4) Remove door frame lining 232AW (3):
(a) Remove the screws (30) and the washers (31).
(b) Lift door frame lining 232AW (3) and release the attach brackets from the yo-yo rolls.
(c) Remove door frame lining 232AW (3).
(5) Remove door frame lining 222SW (7):

CAUTION: MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(a) Disconnect the electrical connector (27) from the electrical harness.
(b) Put the CAP - BLANKING, PLASTIC on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(c) Loosen the clamp (14) and disconnect the hose (13).
(d) Put the PLUG - BLANKING, PLASTIC on the disconnected line ends.
(e) Remove the caps (12), the screws (10), (11) and (16) and the washers (9) and (15).
(f) Remove door frame lining 222SW (7).
(g) If necessary, remove emergency oxygen container [40WR] (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-000-001).
(6) Remove door frame lining 222UW (6):
(a) Remove the handgrip (18):

CAUTION: DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COVER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RETAINER.

1 Put the 995000 TOOL-MANUAL RELEASE between the handgrip cover (22) and the handgrip (18).
2 Carefully push into the lugs (21) of the handgrip cover (22) in the direction of the arrows.
3 Remove the handgrip cover (22).
4 If you installed the screws (20) and (23), plates (19), handgrip (18) and spacer (17) (if installed), remove them from the door frame lining.
(b) Remove the screws (25), the washers (24) and the latch hook (26).
(c) Remove the screws (10), the washers (9) and lining 222UW (6).
(7) Remove door frame lining 222VW (8):
(a) Remove the screws (10), the washers (9).
(b) Remove door frame lining 222VW (8).
(8) Remove door frame lining 222TW (5):
(a) Remove the caps (12), the screws (11) and (10) and the washers (9).
(b) Remove door frame lining 222TW (5).
(9) Remove door frame lining 222RW (4):
(a) Remove the handgrip (18):

CAUTION: DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COVER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RETAINER.
