Subtask 25-27-44-860-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
Subtask 25-27-44-210-070-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(2) Carefully put the stowage (1) near to the installation position.
(3) Push the electrical connector (6) into the stowage.
(4) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(5) Connect the electrical connectors as applicable:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Connect the electrical connector (6) to the electrical socket (7).
(6) Install the threaded bushes (14).
(7) Turn the threaded bushes (14) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the stowage (1).
(8) Put the outer eccentric-bushes (13) and the inner eccentric-bushes (12) in position.
(9) Turn the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage (1).
(10) Put the cover plates (11) in position and install the bolts (10).
(11) Seal the bolts:
(12) Put the cover (9) in position and install the screws (8).
(13) Put the covers (15) in position and install the screws (16).
(14) Put the footrest (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(15) Make sure that all of the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(16) If necessary install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(17) Close the doors (2).
Subtask 25-27-44-420-058-FC ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(2) Apply Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) to the seat-track fittings (13).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (13) in the seat tracks (14) as recorded in the removal procedure.
(4) Put the shim plates (12) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(5) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(6) Put the shim plates (17) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(7) Install the floor cups (16), the outer eccentric-bushes (9) and the inner eccentric-bushes (8).
(8) Turn the eccentric-bushes (8) and (9) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage (1).
(9) Put the shim plates (7) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(10) Install the washers (6) and the nuts (5).
(11) Put the shim plates (15) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(12) Put the covers (10) in position and install the screws (11).
(13) Put the upper attachments (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(14) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(15) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(16) Close the door (2).
Subtask 25-27-44-420-058-GQ ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(2) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(3) Apply Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) to the seat-track fittings (14).
(4) Put the sea-track fittings (14) and the spacers (13) into the seat tracks (15).
(5) Put the shim plates (12) in position.
(7) Put the shim plates (18) and the floor cups (17) in position.
(8) Install the eccentric bushes (9) and (8).
(9) Turn the eccentric bushes (8) and (9) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage.
(10) Put the shim plates (7) and the washers (6) in position and install the nuts (5).
(11) TORQUE the nuts (5) to between 4.07 and 2.49 m.daN (30.01 and 18.36 lbf.ft )

(12) Put the shim plates (16) in position.
(13) Put the the covers (10) in position and install the screws (11).
(14) Put the upper attachments (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(15) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(16) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(17) Close the door (2).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that all applicable doors are open to let you get access to all the parts that you must install/connect.
(3) Make sure that all the items of equipment are removed from the stowage.
(4) Make sure that the related curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the seat tracks and/or the floor panels with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-27-44-210-070-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the seat tracks and/or the floor panels with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the seat tracks:
(b) Ensure the seat rails (tracks) are clean and the paint/protective coatings are free of cracks and other defects.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Apply one coat of P/N AV-30 corrosion inhibitor compound to the seat rails (tracks) in the area of closet installation.
(6) Locate the seat-track fittings (17) in the seat rails (tracks) (18) as recorded in the removal procedure.
(7) Fill the seat rails (tracks) lugs under closet footprint with corrosion preventative compound Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Very High Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LEG1) by heating to flowing consistency.
(8) Cover the lugs filled with grease using P/N JLARII (or equivalent) clear tape.
Subtask 25-27-44-210-070-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the seat tracks:
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Clean the seat rails (tracks) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. (b) Ensure the seat rails (tracks) are clean and the paint/protective coatings are free of cracks and other defects.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Clean the seat tracks and/or the floor panels with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) , a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. (2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
B. Installation of the Stowage 6579MM (1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(2) Carefully put the stowage (1) near to the installation position.
(3) Push the electrical connector (6) into the stowage.
(4) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(5) Connect the electrical connectors as applicable:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Connect the electrical connector (6) to the electrical socket (7).
(6) Install the threaded bushes (14).
(7) Turn the threaded bushes (14) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the stowage (1).
(8) Put the outer eccentric-bushes (13) and the inner eccentric-bushes (12) in position.
(9) Turn the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage (1).
(10) Put the cover plates (11) in position and install the bolts (10).
(11) Seal the bolts:
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Encapsulate the bolts (10) with adhesive sealant (5) Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) . (12) Put the cover (9) in position and install the screws (8).
(13) Put the covers (15) in position and install the screws (16).
(14) Put the footrest (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(15) Make sure that all of the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(16) If necessary install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(17) Close the doors (2).
B. Installation of the Stowage
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the seat track fittings (10).
(3) Put the seat track fittings (10) into the seat tracks.
(4) Install the floor fittings (9), the bushes (8) and the floor fittings (7).
(5) If necessary, apply sealant into the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(6) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(7) If necessary, turn the floor fittings (7) clockwise or counterclockwise and align the stowage (1) vertically.
(8) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (4).
(9) Put the adjustment washers (6) and the washers (5) in position and loosely install the screws (4).
(10) If necessary, carefully move the stowage (1) and align it horizontally.
(11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 20.34 and 14.69 m.N (15.00 and 10.83 lbf.ft )

(12) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the screws (4).
(13) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (2).
(14) Put the covers (3) in position and install the screws (2).
(15) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 1.69 and 1.36 m.N (14.96 and 12.04 lbf.in )

(16) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (3) and the screws (2).
(17) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (12).
(18) Put the bracket (11) in position and install the washers (13) and the screws (12).
(19) TORQUE the screws (12) to between 3.95 and 3.39 m.N (34.96 and 30.00 lbf.in )

(20) If removed, apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the stowage (1) and the non-textile floor covering.
(21) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in good condition.
(22) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
Subtask 25-27-44-420-058-FF ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.

(7) If necessary, turn the floor fittings (7) clockwise or counterclockwise and align the stowage (1) vertically.
(8) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (4).
(9) Put the adjustment washers (6) and the washers (5) in position and loosely install the screws (4).
(10) If necessary, carefully move the stowage (1) and align it horizontally.
(11) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 20.34 and 14.69 m.N (15.00 and 10.83 lbf.ft )
.(12) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the screws (4).
(13) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (2).
(14) Put the covers (3) in position and install the screws (2).
(15) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 1.69 and 1.36 m.N (14.96 and 12.04 lbf.in )
.(16) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (3) and the screws (2).
(17) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (12).
(18) Put the bracket (11) in position and install the washers (13) and the screws (12).
(19) TORQUE the screws (12) to between 3.95 and 3.39 m.N (34.96 and 30.00 lbf.in )
.(20) If removed, apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the stowage (1) and the non-textile floor covering.
(21) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in good condition.
(22) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
WARNING:

B. Installation of the Stowage 6579MM (1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(2) Apply Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) to the seat-track fittings (13).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (13) in the seat tracks (14) as recorded in the removal procedure.
(4) Put the shim plates (12) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(5) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(6) Put the shim plates (17) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(7) Install the floor cups (16), the outer eccentric-bushes (9) and the inner eccentric-bushes (8).
(8) Turn the eccentric-bushes (8) and (9) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage (1).
(9) Put the shim plates (7) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(10) Install the washers (6) and the nuts (5).
(11) Put the shim plates (15) in position as recorded in the removal procedure.
(12) Put the covers (10) in position and install the screws (11).
(13) Put the upper attachments (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(14) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(15) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(16) Close the door (2).
B. Installation of the Stowage
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the seat track fittings (12) and put them in the seat tracks.
(3) Install the floor fittings (11), the bushes (10) and the floor fittings (9).
(4) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(5) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
(6) If necessary, turn the floor fittings (9) clockwise or counterclockwise and align the stowage (1) vertically.
(7) Put the adjustment washers (8) and the washers (7) in position and loosely install the screws (6).
(8) If necessary, carefully move the stowage (1) and align it horizontally.
(9) TORQUE the screws (6) to between 20.34 and 14.69 m.N (15.00 and 10.83 lbf.ft )
.
(10) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (4).
(11) Put the cover (5) in position and install the screws (4).
(12) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 1.69 and 1.36 m.N (14.96 and 12.04 lbf.in )

(13) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (5) and the screws (4).
(14) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (3).
(15) Put the cover (2) in position and install the screws (3).
(16) TORQUE the screws (3) to between 1.92 and 1.69 m.N (16.99 and 14.96 lbf.in )

(17) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (2) and the screws (3).
(18) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (14).
(19) Put the bracket (13) together with the washers (15) in position and install the screws (14).
(20) TORQUE the screws (14) to between 3.95 and 3.39 m.N (34.96 and 30.00 lbf.in )

(21) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the stowage (1) and the non-textile floor covering.
(22) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(23) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
Subtask 25-27-44-420-058-JH ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the seat track fittings (12) and put them in the seat tracks.
(3) Install the floor fittings (11), the bushes (10) and the floor fittings (9).
(4) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(5) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.

(11) Put the cover (5) in position and install the screws (4).
(12) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 1.69 and 1.36 m.N (14.96 and 12.04 lbf.in )
. (13) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (5) and the screws (4).

(15) Put the cover (2) in position and install the screws (3).
(16) TORQUE the screws (3) to between 1.92 and 1.69 m.N (16.99 and 14.96 lbf.in )
. (17) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) around the covers (2) and the screws (3).
(18) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (14).

(20) TORQUE the screws (14) to between 3.95 and 3.39 m.N (34.96 and 30.00 lbf.in )

(16) If removed, apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the stowage (1) and the non-textile floor covering.

(3) Apply Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) to the seat-track fittings (14).
(4) Put the sea-track fittings (14) and the spacers (13) into the seat tracks (15).
(5) Put the shim plates (12) in position.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.
(6) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position. (7) Put the shim plates (18) and the floor cups (17) in position.
(8) Install the eccentric bushes (9) and (8).
(9) Turn the eccentric bushes (8) and (9) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage.
(10) Put the shim plates (7) and the washers (6) in position and install the nuts (5).
(11) TORQUE the nuts (5) to between 4.07 and 2.49 m.daN (30.01 and 18.36 lbf.ft )
. (12) Put the shim plates (16) in position.
(13) Put the the covers (10) in position and install the screws (11).
(14) Put the upper attachments (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(15) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(16) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
(17) Close the door (2).
C. Remove the warning notices from panels 25VU and 120RH.
