A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Preparation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

B. Installation of the Filler Panels

Filler Panel

(1) Put the related filler panel (1) into position.
(2) Make sure that the filler panel (1) correctly engages with the mounting rails (2).
(3) Make sure that the clearance between the filler panel (1) and the oxygen container is 2 +0.0 mm or -0.5 mm (0.0787 +0.0000 in. or -0.0197 in.).
(4) Install the section hose (3) into the related mounting rail (2), use the 98A25207503000 PULLEY ASSEMBLY - SEALING CORD.
(5) Make sure that the section hose (3) is not expanded. Move the pulley assembly forward and rearward to prevent this.
(6) If removed, install/close the passenger service units (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-45-400-001).
