A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001)
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-23-45-865-065-A (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized

(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in a good condition.
(4) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00).
Subtask 25-23-45-420-058-C (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in a good condition.
(4) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-002) and (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00).
B. Installation of door frame linings 222RW, 222SW, 222TW, 222UW, 222VW, 232CW, 232BW, 232AW
(1) If you removed lining 232CW (1), install it:
(a) Engage the ceiling panel and put lining 232CW (1) in position.
(b) Install the seal assembly.
(c) Install lining 232CW (1).
(2) If you removed lining 232BW (2), install it:
(a) Put lining 232BW (2) in position and engage the attachment brackets into the yo-yo rolls.
(b) Install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(c) Tighten the screws (10).
(3) If you removed lining 232AW (3), install it:
(a) Put lining 232BW (3) in position and engage the attachment brackets into the yo-yo rolls.
(b) Install the washers (31) and the screws (30).
(c) Tighten the screws (30).
(4) Install the sidewall panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001) if necessary.
(5) Install lining 222RW (4):
(a) Put the socket (29) in position and install the nuts (28).
(b) Tighten the nuts (28).
(c) Put lining 222RW (4) in position.
(d) Install the washers (9) and the screws (10) and (11).
(e) Do not tighten the screws (10) and (11) at this time.
(f) Install the handgrip (18):
1 Put the spacer (17) (if installed), the handgrip (18) and the plates (19) in position and install the screws (20) and (23).
2 TORQUE the screws (20) and (23) to between 0.88 and 0.72 m.daN (77.88 and 63.72 lbf.in )

3 Install the handgrip cover (22).
4 Make sure that the lugs (21) of the handgrip cover (22) engage correctly.
5 Press the handgrip cover (22) into position until you hear a click.
(g) Tighten the screws (10) and (11) and install the caps (12).
(6) Install lining 222TW (5):
(a) Put lining 222TW (5) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (10) and (11).
(b) Tighten the screws (10) and (11).
(c) Install the caps (12).
(7) Install lining 222VW (8):
(a) Put lining 222VW (8) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(b) Tighten the screws (10).
(8) Install lining 222UW (6):
(a) Put lining 222UW (6) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(b) Tighten the screws (10).
(c) Put the latch hook (26) in position and install the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(d) Tighten the screws (25).
(e) Install the handgrip (18):
1 Put the spacer (17) (if installed), the handgrip (18) and the plates (19) in position and install the screws (20) and (23).
2 TORQUE the screws (20) and (23) to between 0.88 and 0.72 m.daN (77.88 and 63.72 lbf.in )

3 Install the handgrip cover (22).
4 Make sure that the lugs (21) of the handgrip cover (22) engage correctly.
5 Push the handgrip cover (22) into position until you hear a click.
(9) Install lining 222SW (7):
(a) Install oxygen container 40WR (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-400-001) if necessary.
(b) Make sure that there is a clearance of 2.0 +0.0 -0.5 mm (0.08 +0.00 -0.02 in.) at each side of the oxygen container doors (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-00-710-001).
(c) Put lining 222SW (7) in position.
(d) Install the washers (9) and (15) and the screws (10), (11) and (16).
(e) Tighten the screws (10), (11) and (16) and install the caps (12).
(f) Remove the blanking plugs from the line ends.
(g) Connect the hose (13) and tighten the clamp (14).
(h) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(i) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(j) Connect the electrical connector (27).
5. Close-up(1) If you removed lining 232CW (1), install it:
(a) Engage the ceiling panel and put lining 232CW (1) in position.
(b) Install the seal assembly.
(c) Install lining 232CW (1).
(2) If you removed lining 232BW (2), install it:
(a) Put lining 232BW (2) in position and engage the attachment brackets into the yo-yo rolls.
(b) Install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(c) Tighten the screws (10).
(3) If you removed lining 232AW (3), install it:
(a) Put lining 232BW (3) in position and engage the attachment brackets into the yo-yo rolls.
(b) Install the washers (31) and the screws (30).
(c) Tighten the screws (30).
(4) Install the sidewall panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001) if necessary.
(5) Install lining 222RW (4):
(a) Put the socket (29) in position and install the nuts (28).
(b) Tighten the nuts (28).
(c) Put lining 222RW (4) in position.
(d) Install the washers (9) and the screws (10) and (11).
(e) Do not tighten the screws (10) and (11) at this time.
(f) Install the handgrip (18):

(b) Tighten the screws (10) and (11).
(c) Install the caps (12).
(7) Install lining 222VW (8):
(a) Put lining 222VW (8) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(b) Tighten the screws (10).
(8) Install lining 222UW (6):
(a) Put lining 222UW (6) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (10).
(b) Tighten the screws (10).
(c) Put the latch hook (26) in position and install the washers (24) and the screws (25).
(d) Tighten the screws (25).
(e) Install the handgrip (18):
1 Put the spacer (17) (if installed), the handgrip (18) and the plates (19) in position and install the screws (20) and (23).

(9) Install lining 222SW (7):

(c) Put lining 222SW (7) in position.
(d) Install the washers (9) and (15) and the screws (10), (11) and (16).
(e) Tighten the screws (10), (11) and (16) and install the caps (12).
(f) Remove the blanking plugs from the line ends.
(g) Connect the hose (13) and tighten the clamp (14).
(h) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(i) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(j) Connect the electrical connector (27).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL2 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(3) Install the cabin emergency light 20WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-400-001).
(4) Install the emergency exit sign 40WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(5) Close the FWD passenger/crew door, Zone 841 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
Subtask 25-23-45-865-062-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL2 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(3) Install the cabin emergency light 20WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-400-001).
(4) Install the emergency exit sign 40WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(5) Close the FWD passenger/crew door, Zone 841 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
