1. Reason for the Job
You must do this inspection if:
  • The landing gear extends/retracts, while the aircraft speed is more than the limit speed (VLO),
  • The aircraft speed increases to more than the limit speed (VLE), while the landing gear is downlocked.

A.

Examine the aft panels of the belly

Make sure that safety devices
are correctly attached and in
the correct condition.

junctions at FR44 and the adjacent

If you find damage:

(4) Get access to the wing tanks
(Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-002).
Examine these areas for
distortion, cracks, pulled or damaged
fasteners, damaged paintwork or
sealant fillets:
- The spars
- The ribs
- The stringer
- The engine pylon mountings.

(5) Close access to the wing tanks
(Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-002).





B.

Examine all the pipes and the
components for fluid leakage or
damage.
Make sure that they are correctly
aligned and that the attachments are
not damaged.

C.

Examine the electrical looms, the flap
transmission system and their
mountings for:
- Cracks
- Pulled or damaged fasteners
- Damaged paintwork
- The correct condition of the safety
devices.
Make sure that they are correctly
aligned.

2.

Wing skins





A.

Examine the external surface of the
wing skin panels for:
- Distortion
- Cracks
- Pulled or damaged fasteners
- Damaged paintwork
- Fuel leaks.
If you find damage:

(1) Get access to the wing tanks

(2) Examine these areas for cracks,

   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).
   (5) Close the main gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
   (6) Close the nose gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-410-001).
