Subtask 71-00-00-720-086-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Do the test below:
   (1) On maintenance panel 50VU, push then release the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch (the ON legend comes on).
   (2) On the MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-012).
ACTION
RESULT
1.Push the line key adjacent to the FADEC 1(2) A(B) indication.
The ENGINE 1(2) MAIN MENU page comes into view.
2.Push the line key adjacent to the LRU IDENT indication.
The FADEC 1(2) A(B) LRU IDENT Menu page comes into view.
3.Read the data that come into view on the MCDU (EEC P/N, ENGINE S/N, ENG RATING and N1 CLASS) to make sure that they are the same as those written on the engine identification plates.

4.On the MCDU, push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.

5.Stop the MCDU.

Subtask 71-00-00-720-087-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. Do the Post Engine Replacement test as follows:
NOTE: All steps refer to the replaced engine unless stated otherwise.
   (1) Wet motor to do a check of the return to tank valve connections for leakage (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-720-814).
NOTE: The return to tank valve does not open during idle run.
   (2) Start both of the engines by automatic start (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-860-823).
NOTE: This is the recommended start method for normal conditions.
   (3) Start the engines manually as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-860-822).
   (4) Make sure that all the engine parameters are in the permitted limits (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-910-803).
   (5) Let both of the engines become stable for five minutes at MINIMUM IDLE.
   (6) Make sure that all of the engine parameters are in the permitted limits (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-910-803).
   (7) Do the Test No. 6 - FADEC System - EEC - Idle Test (Ref. AMM TASK 73-21-00-710-807):
NOTE: Test 6 is not necessary if Test 7 was done as part of the set up.
