(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to do the servicing of the potable water system.

A. Marking of the Ventilation Connections, the Potable Water Connections and the Waste-Water Drain Connections
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.

B. Removal of the Pelmets
(1) Remove the screws (2) and the pelmet assembly (1).
(2) Remove the screws (5), the washers (4) and the side pelmet (3).

B. Removal of the Pelmet
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the screws (11) and the washer (12) and remove the pelmet (10).

(2) Remove the screws (11) and the washer (12) and remove the pelmet (10).
C. Removal of the Electrical Connections
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) On the lavatory ceiling, disconnect electrical connector 7216VC-A (16).
(3) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
(5) Cut and discard the cable ties (12) from the mounts (15).
(6) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (13) from the cable assemblies (14) and (7).
(7) Remove the screws (6), washers (8) and bracket (5).
(8) Disconnect the cable assembly (9) from the flush switch (2).
(9) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(10) If necessary, remove the cable assembly (9) as follows:
(a) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (10) from the mounts (11).
(b) Temporarily attach the cable assembly (9) to the top of the lavatory ceiling panel (1).
(11) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
Subtask 25-43-42-020-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) On the lavatory ceiling, disconnect electrical connector 7216VC-A (16).
(3) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
(5) Cut and discard the cable ties (12) from the mounts (15).
(6) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (13) from the cable assemblies (14) and (7).
(7) Remove the screws (6), washers (8) and bracket (5).
(8) Disconnect the cable assembly (9) from the flush switch (2).
(9) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(10) If necessary, remove the cable assembly (9) as follows:
(a) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (10) from the mounts (11).
(b) Temporarily attach the cable assembly (9) to the top of the lavatory ceiling panel (1).
(11) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
D. Removal of the Air Connections
(1) Disconnect the air-extraction hose as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the sleeve (1) from the tube assembly (5).
(b) If the clamp (3) is installed, loosen it and disconnect the tube (4) from the tube assembly (5).
(c) Remove the clamps (2) and (3).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the ventilation hoses (13) and (16) as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (15) behind the lavatory and disconnect the lavatory ventilation hose (16) from the tube assembly (14).
(b) Remove the screws (11), washers (12), clamps (6) and spacers (7) and (8).
(c) Loosen the clamp (10) and disconnect the ventilation hose (13) from the ventilation tube (9).
(d) Remove the clamps (10) and (15).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
Subtask 25-43-42-020-064-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the air-extraction hose as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the sleeve (1) from the tube assembly (5).
(b) If the clamp (3) is installed, loosen it and disconnect the tube (4) from the tube assembly (5).
(c) Remove the clamps (2) and (3).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the ventilation hoses (13) and (16) as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (15) behind the lavatory and disconnect the lavatory ventilation hose (16) from the tube assembly (14).
(b) Remove the screws (11), washers (12), clamps (6) and spacers (7) and (8).
(c) Loosen the clamp (10) and disconnect the ventilation hose (13) from the ventilation tube (9).
(d) Remove the clamps (10) and (15).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
E. Removal of the Water Connections
(2) Put the CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(3) Disconnect the bonding straps (4) as follows:
(a) Remove the nut (5) and the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(4) Disconnect the potable water connections as follows:
(a) Loosen the nut (2) and disconnect the potable water tube (3) from the fitting (7).
(b) Loosen the nuts (2) and remove the potable water hose (8) from the fittings (7).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (9) and disconnect the drain tube (10).
(b) Remove the clamp (9).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
Subtask 25-43-42-020-064-F ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT YOU USE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS CLEAN AND APPROVED FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. IF NOT IT CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM.
WARNING:
BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION. (CONTAMINATION FROM TOILET WASTE IS DANGEROUS TO HEALTH).
(1) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (1). (2) Put the CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(3) Disconnect the bonding straps (4) as follows:
(a) Remove the nut (5) and the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(4) Disconnect the potable water connections as follows:
(a) Loosen the nut (2) and disconnect the potable water tube (3) from the fitting (7).
(b) Loosen the nuts (2) and remove the potable water hose (8) from the fittings (7).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (9) and disconnect the drain tube (10).
(b) Remove the clamp (9).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
E. Removal of the Water Connections
(2) If necessary, push up the insulation (3).
(3) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(4) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (5), the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (7).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (8).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:

WARNING:
BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION. (CONTAMINATION FROM TOILET WASTE IS DANGEROUS TO HEALTH).
(1) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door . (2) If necessary, push up the insulation (3).
(3) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(4) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (5), the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (7).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (8).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARK ON THE WASTE WATER AND AIR OUTLET HOSES AND ON THEIR RELATED CONNECTIONS.
IF YOU CONNECT ONE OF THESE HOSES TO THE CONNECTION OF THE OTHER HOSE, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Loosen the clamps (9) and disconnect the sleeve (10) from the drain tube (11). (b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
F. Removal of the Upper Attachment(s)
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the quick-release pin (1) and disconnect the tie-rod (2) from the aircraft structure.
(3) If installed, remove the quick-release pin (3) and disconnect the tie-rod (4) from the aircraft structure.

(1) Remove the wall fitting covers (4).
(2) Remove the bolts (2).
(3) Remove and discard the packings (3).

G. Removal of the Lower Attachments

(4) Remove the screws (10) and the cover (11).
(5) Remove the protection wax with SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(6) Remove the bolts (2) and the eccentric bushes (3) and (4).
(7) Carefully lift and move the lavatory assembly (1) to the aft utility area.
(8) Remove and discard the packings (6).
(9) Remove the bushes (7).
(10) Remove the tape adhesives at the installation point of the bushes (7).

(4) Remove the screws (5) and the washers (4).
(5) Lift and remove the lavatory assemblies (11) and (12) from the floor pan assembly (1).
(6) Remove the screws (7), (9) and (16), washers (8) and (15) and ceiling panel (6).
(7) Remove the screw (10).
(8) Remove the screws (13) and the washers (14).
(9) Remove the lavatory assemblies (11) and (12) from the aircraft structure.

(6) Remove the screws (7), (9) and (16), washers (8) and (15) and ceiling panel (6).
(7) Remove the screw (10).
(8) Remove the screws (13) and the washers (14).
(9) Remove the lavatory assemblies (11) and (12) from the aircraft structure.
I. Removal of the Floor Pan Assembly
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) If installed, remove the screws (16) from the floor angle brackets (17).
(3) If installed, remove the rubber strips (18), (19) and (21) from the floor panel (20).
(4) Remove the screws (5) and the door sill (6).
(5) Remove the screws (12), the washers (11) and the front-shroud panel assembly (10).
(6) Remove the screws (7) and the washers (8) from the floor pan (9).
(7) Remove the floor pan assembly (9).
(8) Remove the screws (3), washers (2) and rear partition panel (1).
(9) Remove the rubber strip (4).
(10) Remove the screws (15) and the washers (14) from the floor panel (13).
(11) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) from the floor panel joints.
(12) Pull up and remove the cord14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - and the sealant at each joint.
(13) Remove the screws (22) and the floor panel (13).
(14) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

(8) Remove the screws (3), washers (2) and rear partition panel (1).
(9) Remove the rubber strip (4).
(10) Remove the screws (15) and the washers (14) from the floor panel (13).
(11) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) from the floor panel joints.
(12) Pull up and remove the cord
(13) Remove the screws (22) and the floor panel (13).
(14) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

(6) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

(2) Remove the screws (4) and the floor angle brackets (5) from the floor panel (7).
(3) Remove the rubber strips (6), (8) and (9) from the floor panel (7).
(4) Remove the sealant from around the door sill (2) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(5) Remove the screws (3), door sill (2) and the floor pan assembly (1).
(6) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.
Pelmets
