WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.

Subtask 32-22-00-860-050-A A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(2) On the panel 400VU:
(5) Make sure that a 460005835 SLEEVE - GROUND LOCK is installed on each MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
(6) Obey the flight configuration precautions (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-001).
(7) Lift the aircraft at the forward jacking point (Ref. AMM TASK 07-11-00-581-003).
(8) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(9) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
Subtask 32-22-00-865-050-A (1) Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(2) On the panel 400VU:
- Make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position.
- Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.
- make sure that the free fall control handle is folded into the center console,
- put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the free fall control handle.
(5) Make sure that a 460005835 SLEEVE - GROUND LOCK is installed on each MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
(6) Obey the flight configuration precautions (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-001).
(7) Lift the aircraft at the forward jacking point (Ref. AMM TASK 07-11-00-581-003).
(8) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(9) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) closed:

C. Retract the NLG and close the NLG doors
(3) On panel 400VU, set the landing gear control-lever (6GA) to the UP position.
(4) On the aircraft, make sure that the NLG doors are fully open and the NLG is retracted and uplocked.
(5) Use the ROD - NON METALLIC to close the MLG uplocks.
(6) On the aircraft, make sure that the NLG doors are closed and uplocked.
(7) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(8) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(9) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below zone 123.
4. ProcedureWARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE LANDING GEAR ARE CLEAR.
(1) Use the TIE WRAP(S) to install the 98F32304000000 TARGET-FALSE on:- Left MLG extension proximity-sensors 21GA and 23GA
- Right MLG extension proximity-sensors 20GA and 22GA.
(3) On panel 400VU, set the landing gear control-lever (6GA) to the UP position.
(4) On the aircraft, make sure that the NLG doors are fully open and the NLG is retracted and uplocked.
(5) Use the ROD - NON METALLIC to close the MLG uplocks.
(6) On the aircraft, make sure that the NLG doors are closed and uplocked.
(7) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(8) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(9) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below zone 123.

A. Check of the NLG Doors Clearances and Mismatches
(1) Measure the NLG doors clearances and make sure that:
(a) Measure mismatch X and make sure that mismatch X is between -1.00 mm (-0.0394 in.) and 1.00 mm (0.0394 in.).
(b) Measure the longitudinal mismatches and make sure that dimension L is between -2.00 mm (-0.0787 in.) and 2.00 mm (0.0787 in.).
Subtask 32-22-00-220-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Measure the NLG doors clearances and make sure that:
- Dimension P is between 7.00 mm (0.2756 in.) and 9.00 mm (0.3543 in.).
- Dimension Q is between 0.83 mm (0.0327 in.) and 2.83 mm (0.1114 in.).
- Dimension R is between 2.50 mm (0.0984 in.) and 5.50 mm (0.2165 in.).
- Dimension S is between 0 mm (0 in.) and 1.40 mm (0.0551 in.).
- Dimension T is between 4.00 mm (0.1575 in.) and 6.00 mm (0.2362 in.).
- Dimension U is between 8.50 mm (0.3346 in.) and 11.50 mm (0.4528 in.).
- Dimension V is between 5.50 mm (0.2165 in.) and 8.50 mm (0.3346 in.).
- Dimension W is between 7.50 mm (0.2953 in.) and 10.50 mm (0.4134 in.).
(a) Measure mismatch X and make sure that mismatch X is between -1.00 mm (-0.0394 in.) and 1.00 mm (0.0394 in.).
(b) Measure the longitudinal mismatches and make sure that dimension L is between -2.00 mm (-0.0787 in.) and 2.00 mm (0.0787 in.).
NOTE: Dimension L between -3.00 mm (-0.1181 in.) and 3.00 mm (0.1181 in.) is permitted on a length of 378.00 mm (14.8819 in.), which is five percent of the sum of the longitudinal dimensions (dimension LL).
(c) Measure the transversal mismatches and make sure that dimension M is between -1.00 mm (-0.0394 in.) and 1.00 mm (0.0394 in.). NOTE: Dimension M between -2.00 mm (-0.0787 in.) and 2.00 mm (0.0787 in.) is permitted on a length of 140.00 mm (5.5118 in.), which is five percent of the sum of the transversal dimensions (dimension LT).

(1) Measure the NLG doors clearances and make sure that:
(a) Measure mismatch X and make sure that mismatch X is between -1.00 mm (-0.0394 in.) and 1.00 mm (0.0394 in.).

(1) Measure the NLG doors clearances and make sure that:

A. Extend the NLG and close the NLG doors
(2) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(3) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(4) On the panel 400VU, move the landing-gear control lever 6GA to the DOWN position.
(5) On the aircraft the NLG is down and locked and the NLG doors are closed and locked up.
(6) Make sure that the MLG uplocks are open.
Subtask 32-22-00-860-051-A WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE LANDING GEAR ARE CLEAR.
(1) Remove the access platform(s).(2) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(3) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(4) On the panel 400VU, move the landing-gear control lever 6GA to the DOWN position.
(5) On the aircraft the NLG is down and locked and the NLG doors are closed and locked up.
(6) Make sure that the MLG uplocks are open.
B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove and discard the TIE WRAP(S).
(2) Remove the 98F32304000000 TARGET-FALSE from:
(4) Put the aircraft back to the ground configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-002).
(5) Close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(6) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(7) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(8) Lower the aircraft off the jack at the forward jacking point (Ref. AMM TASK 07-11-00-586-001).
(9) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(10) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(11) Remove all the fixtures, tools, test and support equipment used during this procedure.
(1) Remove and discard the TIE WRAP(S).
(2) Remove the 98F32304000000 TARGET-FALSE from:
- Left MLG extension proximity-sensors 21GA and 23GA
- Right MLG extension proximity-sensors 20GA and 22GA.
(4) Put the aircraft back to the ground configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-002).
(5) Close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(6) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(7) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(8) Lower the aircraft off the jack at the forward jacking point (Ref. AMM TASK 07-11-00-586-001).
(9) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(10) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(11) Remove all the fixtures, tools, test and support equipment used during this procedure.
