Subtask 25-33-41-860-051-AG ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that:
(a) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
(c) On the HP and LP ground connectors the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized.
(4) Make sure that all the galley compartments are empty and all equipment is removed:
(a) Make sure that the ovens are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001), if installed.
(b) Make sure that the coffee makers are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-15-000-001), if installed.
(c) Make sure the galley trolleys are removed.
(5) Make sure that the curtain and the curtain rail are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) Make sure that the ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the handgrip support assembly is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
Subtask 25-33-41-865-095-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that:
(a) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
- The APU BLEED, the ENG1/2 BLEED and the PACK 1/2 pushbutton switches are in the OFF position.
NOTE: For the APU BLEED the ON legend is off.
For the ENG1/2 BLEED the OFF legends are on.
For the PACK 1/2 the OFF legends are on.
(b) The warning notice to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches is in position. For the ENG1/2 BLEED the OFF legends are on.
For the PACK 1/2 the OFF legends are on.
(c) On the HP and LP ground connectors the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002). (4) Make sure that all the galley compartments are empty and all equipment is removed:
(a) Make sure that the ovens are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001), if installed.
(b) Make sure that the coffee makers are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-15-000-001), if installed.
(c) Make sure the galley trolleys are removed.
(5) Make sure that the curtain and the curtain rail are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) Make sure that the ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the handgrip support assembly is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-000-801).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

Subtask 25-33-41-560-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation of the Replacement Component
Subtask 25-33-41-210-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) If necessary, disconnect the galley at the splitline and move it through the aircraft door (Ref. AMM TASK 25-33-41-000-002). B. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
Subtask 25-33-41-420-052-CI ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
C. Connect the Galley Splitline
(a) Install the adhesive tape on the installation points of the bushes (15) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-22-00-400-801).
(b) Put the bushes (15) and the new AIPC 25-33-04-05-050 PACKINGS (16) in position.
(c) Put the floor fittings (17) in position.
(d) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) on the threads of the bolts (19).
(e) Install the washers (18) and the bolts (19).
(f) Put the shims (20) in position as identified during the removal procedure.
(2) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
(b) Put the galley modules (53) and (59) in position.
(c) Put the divider (56) in position and install the screws (57).
(d) Carefully lift the galley module (49) and put it in position on the galley modules (53) and (59).
(e) Install the screws (58).
(f) Put the divider (54) in position and install the screws (55).
(g) Carefully lift the galley module (50) and put it in position on the galley module (49).
(h) Install the screws (51) and (52).
(3) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit
(b) Clean the splitline joints with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(c) Apply new Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) into all the splitline joints.
Subtask 25-33-41-420-059-CG ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: This procedure is only necessary if you removed the galley from the cabin.
NOTE: Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(1) Install the Floor Fittings (a) Install the adhesive tape on the installation points of the bushes (15) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-22-00-400-801).
(b) Put the bushes (15) and the new AIPC 25-33-04-05-050 PACKINGS (16) in position.
(c) Put the floor fittings (17) in position.
(d) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- High strength - (Material No.05BAJ1) on the threads of the bolts (19).
(e) Install the washers (18) and the bolts (19).
(f) Put the shims (20) in position as identified during the removal procedure.
(2) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. (b) Put the galley modules (53) and (59) in position.
(c) Put the divider (56) in position and install the screws (57).
(d) Carefully lift the galley module (49) and put it in position on the galley modules (53) and (59).
(e) Install the screws (58).
(f) Put the divider (54) in position and install the screws (55).
(g) Carefully lift the galley module (50) and put it in position on the galley module (49).
(h) Install the screws (51) and (52).
(3) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) Remove the old sealant of the splitline joints with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. (b) Clean the splitline joints with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(c) Apply new Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) into all the splitline joints.
D. Installation of the Galley Unit
(b) Install the bushings (11) and (10).
(c) Put the plates (9) in position.
(d) Install the washers (8), the bolts (7) and the nuts (14).
(e) Put the covers (12) in position and install the screws (13).
(2) Install the Upper Attachments
(a) Put the brackets (2) in position on the galley structure (3).
(b) Install the screws (4).
(c) Put the tie rods (6) in position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (5).
(d) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (6).
2 Loosen the locknut.
3 Adjust the tie rod end until the quick release pins (5) can easily be installed.
4 Tighten the locknut.
5 Make sure that the tie rod end is in safety.
6 Safety the locknut with14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .
(e) If removed, install the decorative material.
(3) Install the Supply Connections
(b) Connect the hose of the exhaust air system (33) to the pipe (35) and tighten the clamps (34).
(c) Connect the pipe of the fresh air system (38) to the pipe (36) and tighten the clamp (37).
(d) Connect the waste water pipe (39) to the pipe (41) and tighten the clamps (40).
(e) Connect the potable water pipe (44) to the fitting (42) and tighten the nut(43).
(4) Connect the Power Supply
(b) Put the clamps (67) and (70) in position and install the washers (69) and the bolts (68).
(c) Put the clamps (60) in position and install the washers (61) and the nuts (62).
(d) Put the wires (63) in position and install the nuts (64).
(e) Put the cover (66) in position and tighten the screws (65).

Subtask 25-33-41-720-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
(1) Install the Lower Attachments WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the shims (20). (b) Install the bushings (11) and (10).
(c) Put the plates (9) in position.
(d) Install the washers (8), the bolts (7) and the nuts (14).
(e) Put the covers (12) in position and install the screws (13).
(2) Install the Upper Attachments
(a) Put the brackets (2) in position on the galley structure (3).
(b) Install the screws (4).
(c) Put the tie rods (6) in position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (5).
(d) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (6).
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Remove and discard the lockwire. 2 Loosen the locknut.
3 Adjust the tie rod end until the quick release pins (5) can easily be installed.
4 Tighten the locknut.
5 Make sure that the tie rod end is in safety.
6 Safety the locknut with
(e) If removed, install the decorative material.
(3) Install the Supply Connections
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends. (b) Connect the hose of the exhaust air system (33) to the pipe (35) and tighten the clamps (34).
(c) Connect the pipe of the fresh air system (38) to the pipe (36) and tighten the clamp (37).
(d) Connect the waste water pipe (39) to the pipe (41) and tighten the clamps (40).
(e) Connect the potable water pipe (44) to the fitting (42) and tighten the nut(43).
(4) Connect the Power Supply
CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Put the bonding straps (72) in position and install the washers (73), the bolts (74) and the nuts (71) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802). (b) Put the clamps (67) and (70) in position and install the washers (69) and the bolts (68).
(c) Put the clamps (60) in position and install the washers (61) and the nuts (62).
(d) Put the wires (63) in position and install the nuts (64).
(e) Put the cover (66) in position and tighten the screws (65).
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Safety the screws (65) with E. Do a test of the bonding of the galley and the galley electrical equipment (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-869-002).

G. Safety Precautions
(1) Remove the warning notice(s) from:

- The HP and LP ground air-connectors
- AIR COND panel 30VU
- The water service panel.
I. Operational Test of the Galley Systems
(1) Do a check of the water system.
(a) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(b) Examine all the potable water pipes for leaks.
(d) Examine the drain hose for leaks.
(2) Do a check of the electrical system.
(a) Push the pushbutton switch 2XA GALLEY on the overhead panel 35VU in the cockpit.
(b) Make sure that the POWER indicator light on the galley electrical panel comes on.
(c) Make sure that all the circuit breakers on the galley electrical panel are closed.
(d) Operate each electrical unit/component for a short time to make sure that it is serviceable.
(e) Release the pushbutton switch 2XA GALLEY on the overhead panel 35VU in the cockpit.
(f) Make sure that the POWER indicator light on the galley electrical panel goes off.
5. Close-up(1) Do a check of the water system.
(a) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(b) Examine all the potable water pipes for leaks.
NOTE: Leaks are not permitted.
(c) Operate the water faucet and make sure that water flows. (d) Examine the drain hose for leaks.
NOTE: Leaks are not permitted.
(e) De-pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002). (2) Do a check of the electrical system.
(a) Push the pushbutton switch 2XA GALLEY on the overhead panel 35VU in the cockpit.
(b) Make sure that the POWER indicator light on the galley electrical panel comes on.
(c) Make sure that all the circuit breakers on the galley electrical panel are closed.
(d) Operate each electrical unit/component for a short time to make sure that it is serviceable.
(e) Release the pushbutton switch 2XA GALLEY on the overhead panel 35VU in the cockpit.
(f) Make sure that the POWER indicator light on the galley electrical panel goes off.
Subtask 25-33-41-410-052-CH ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the galley equipment.
(a) Install the ovens (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-001).
(b) Install the coffee makers (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-15-400-001).
(c) Stow the galley trolleys.
(3) Install the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-400-801).
(4) Install the ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
(5) Install the curtain rail and curtain, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-003).
Subtask 25-33-41-862-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the galley equipment.
(a) Install the ovens (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-001).
(b) Install the coffee makers (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-15-400-001).
(c) Stow the galley trolleys.
(3) Install the handgrip support assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 53-46-04-400-801).
