Subtask 25-35-15-860-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) On the water service panel, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
(4) At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, make sure that the related circuit breaker(s) of the coffee maker(s) is (are) open, safetied and tagged.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) On the water service panel, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
(4) At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, make sure that the related circuit breaker(s) of the coffee maker(s) is (are) open, safetied and tagged.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Coffee Maker (attached with screws)
(2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Installation of the coffee maker at the galley
(b) Install the screws (1).
Subtask 25-35-15-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
(1) Unless specified TORQUE all screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001). (2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Installation of the coffee maker at the galley
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Carefully push the coffee maker (2) into the tracks (3). (b) Install the screws (1).
C. Installation of the Coffee Maker (Attached with a Single Release Pin)
(2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(5) Install the coffee maker (2) in the galley as follows:
(b) Put the coffee maker (2) in position on the mounting rails (3).
(c) Carefully push the coffee maker (2) into the galley and connect the electrical connector, the water supply line and the drain line.
(d) Set the lever (1) to the locked position.
(e) Make sure that the coffee maker (2) is correctly locked on the mounting rails (3).

DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(5) Install the coffee maker (2) in the galley as follows:
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a) Make sure that the lever (1) is in the unlocked position. (b) Put the coffee maker (2) in position on the mounting rails (3).
(c) Carefully push the coffee maker (2) into the galley and connect the electrical connector, the water supply line and the drain line.
(d) Set the lever (1) to the locked position.
(e) Make sure that the coffee maker (2) is correctly locked on the mounting rails (3).
D. At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, remove the safety clip(s) and tag(s), then close the related circuit breaker(s) of the coffee maker(s).
