     (c) Install the new
AIPC 78-30-16-11-050 COTTER PIN (17) on hinge pin R3 (18).
     (d) Install the new
AIPC 78-30-16-11-050 COTTER PIN (13) on hinge pin R2 (14).
     (e) Install the new
AIPC 78-30-16-11-010 COTTER PIN (9) on hinge pin R1 (10).
   (10) Install the thrust reverser cowl opening actuator (7) (
Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-51-400-802).
   (11) Connection of the electrical harness connectors for the thrust reverser cowl installation:
     (a) Connection of the electrical harness (6) for the right thrust reverser cowl removal:
1 Release the electrical harness (6) from the forward frame.
2 Remove CAP - BLANKING on the harness connectors and disconnect plate connectors.
3 Connect the electrical harness connectors on electrical disconnect plate (30).
   (12) Connection of the hydraulic hoses (4) and (5) on the thrust reverser cowl:
NOTE: Each time TRIPLE TORQUE is required act as follows:
1. TORQUE the connection to required torque value.
2. Loosen the connection and TORQUE it to required torque value a second time.
3. TORQUE the connection to required torque value a third time.
     (a) Remove the PLUG - BLANKING from the actuator side and hose side.
CAUTION: WHEN YOU INSTALL THE FLEX HOSES, USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTER TORQUE TO THE ANTI ROTATION DEVICES OF THE HOSES. IF THE HOSES HAVE BENDS, MAKE SURE THAT, AFTER INSTALLATION, THE BENDS ARE IN THE VERTICAL POSITION AND THAT THERE IS NO TORSION IN THE HOSES. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, DAMAGE TO THE FLEX HOSES CAN OCCUR.
     (b) Connect the two hydraulic hoses (4) and (5).
     (c) TRIPLE TORQUE the connector (38) of the hydraulic hose (4) to between 3.62 and 2.82 m.daN (26.70 and 20.80 lbf.ft ) T.
     (d) TRIPLE TORQUE the connector (39) of the hydraulic hose (5) to between 6.21 and 5.31 m.daN (45.80 and 39.16 lbf.ft )
