A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
(1) If necessary, remove the passenger seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(2) If necessary, remove the seat-to-seat cables (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-61-000-001).
(3) If necessary, remove the galleys, the lavatories and/or the stowages. To do this, refer to paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 description and operation:
(5) If necessary, remove the partitions (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-42-000-001).
(6) If necessary, remove the textile floor covering (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-41-000-001).
(7) If necessary, remove the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-000-001).
(8) If necessary, remove the moisture barrier foil (Mylar) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-43-000-001).
(9) If necessary, remove the doghouse (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-46-000-001).
(10) If necessary, remove the Wall Disconnect Box (WDB) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-47-000-001).
(11) If necessary, remove the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-005).
4. Procedure(1) If necessary, remove the passenger seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(2) If necessary, remove the seat-to-seat cables (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-61-000-001).
(3) If necessary, remove the galleys, the lavatories and/or the stowages. To do this, refer to paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 description and operation:
- For the galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-30-00-00)
- For the lavatories (Ref. AMM D/O 25-40-00-00)
- For the stowages (Ref. AMM D/O 25-70-00-00).
(5) If necessary, remove the partitions (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-42-000-001).
(6) If necessary, remove the textile floor covering (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-41-000-001).
(7) If necessary, remove the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-000-001).
(8) If necessary, remove the moisture barrier foil (Mylar) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-43-000-001).
(9) If necessary, remove the doghouse (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-46-000-001).
(10) If necessary, remove the Wall Disconnect Box (WDB) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-47-000-001).
(11) If necessary, remove the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-005).

A. Removal of the Cabin Floor Panels
(a) Hold the angle (1) that is attached to the structure.
(b) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (7).
(c) Remove the screws (3) and (5) and the washers (2) and (4).
(d) Remove the angle (1) from the structure.
(e) Hold the angle (8) that is attached to the structure.
(f) Remove the screw (5) and the washer (4).
(g) Remove the screws (3) and (6) and the washers (2) and (7).
(h) Remove the angle (8) from the structure.
(i) Hold the cover strip (11) that is attached to the structure.
(j) Remove the screws (9) and (10).
(k) Remove the cover strip (11) from the structure.
(2) Remove the cabin floor panels (18) (dry sealant) as follows:
(a) Remove the adhesive tape (17) from the cabin floor panels (18).
(b) Remove the screws (12) from the cabin floor panels (18).
(c) Remove the cabin floor panels (18).
(d) Put an identification label on each cabin floor panel (18) to make the installation procedure easier.
(e) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (19).
(f) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
(3) Remove the cabin floor panels (16) (wet sealant) as follows:
(a) Remove the adhesive tape (17) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(b) Find the ends of the cords (13).
(c) Pull the cords (13) up to remove the sealant (22) from the floor panel joints.
(d) Remove the screws (12) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(e) Remove the cabin floor panels (16).
(f) Put an identification label on each cabin floor panel (16) to make the installation procedure easier.
(g) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (14) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(h) If the heated floor panels are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-002).
(i) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
(4) Remove the door-threshold floor panels (21) (wet sealant) as follows:
(a) Find the end of the cords (13).
(b) Pull the cords (13) up to remove the sealant (22) from the floor panel joints.
(c) Remove the screws (12) from the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(d) Remove the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(e) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (14) from the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(f) If the heated floor panels are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-002).
(g) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU REMOVE THE SCREWS, MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD THE CORRECT POSITION OF EACH OF THEM. THE SCREWS HAVE DIFFERENT LENGTHS.
(1) Remove the angles (1) and (8) from the left and right bottom corners of door 1, as follows:(a) Hold the angle (1) that is attached to the structure.
(b) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (7).
(c) Remove the screws (3) and (5) and the washers (2) and (4).
(d) Remove the angle (1) from the structure.
(e) Hold the angle (8) that is attached to the structure.
(f) Remove the screw (5) and the washer (4).
(g) Remove the screws (3) and (6) and the washers (2) and (7).
(h) Remove the angle (8) from the structure.
(i) Hold the cover strip (11) that is attached to the structure.
(j) Remove the screws (9) and (10).
(k) Remove the cover strip (11) from the structure.
(2) Remove the cabin floor panels (18) (dry sealant) as follows:
(a) Remove the adhesive tape (17) from the cabin floor panels (18).
(b) Remove the screws (12) from the cabin floor panels (18).
(c) Remove the cabin floor panels (18).
(d) Put an identification label on each cabin floor panel (18) to make the installation procedure easier.
(e) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (19).
(f) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
(3) Remove the cabin floor panels (16) (wet sealant) as follows:
(a) Remove the adhesive tape (17) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(b) Find the ends of the cords (13).
(c) Pull the cords (13) up to remove the sealant (22) from the floor panel joints.
(d) Remove the screws (12) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(e) Remove the cabin floor panels (16).
(f) Put an identification label on each cabin floor panel (16) to make the installation procedure easier.
(g) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (14) from the cabin floor panels (16).
(h) If the heated floor panels are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-002).
(i) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
(4) Remove the door-threshold floor panels (21) (wet sealant) as follows:
(a) Find the end of the cords (13).
(b) Pull the cords (13) up to remove the sealant (22) from the floor panel joints.
(c) Remove the screws (12) from the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(d) Remove the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(e) Remove the damaged adhesive tape (14) from the door-threshold floor panels (21).
(f) If the heated floor panels are installed, remove them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-51-000-002).
(g) Make sure that the clip nuts (15) are installed on the structure.
