1. General
The galleys are installed in the utility areas. The function of the galleys is to keep and prepare food and hot and cold drinks.
Different installation configurations of the galleys are possible.

3. System Description
A. Galleys
Forward Galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-00-00):
The forward galleys are installed in the FWD utility area of the aircraft.
Aft Galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00):
The aft galleys are installed in the Aft utility area of the aircraft.
Galley Equipment (Ref. AMM D/O 25-35-00-00):
The galley equipment is installed to prepare and keep food and drinks for the passengers and crew.
Some galleys only keep food and drinks. Other galleys contain electrically operated equipment for the preparation of food and drinks.
Forward Galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-31-00-00):
The forward galleys are installed in the forward utility area of the aircraft.
Mid Galleys if installed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-32-00-00):
The mid galleys are installed in the center area of the aircraft near the emergency exits immediately in front of the wings.
Aft Galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00):
The aft galleys are installed in the aft utility area in the rear of the aircraft.

The galley equipment is installed to prepare and keep food and drinks for the passengers and crew.

Galley Cooling if installed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-34-00-00):
The galley cooling system supplies cooled air from an air chiller unit to the galley-trolley stowage-compartments. The cooled air keeps food and beverages in the trolleys cold.
