Removal of a Partition
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THIS EQUIPMENT. THIS EQUIPMENT IS HEAVY (MORE THAN 12 KG (26.5 lb)) AND CAN CAUSE INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.

B. Get Access
(1) Remove all the equipment from the partition.
(2) If necessary, remove the related curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).
Subtask 25-26-42-010-050-O ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove all the equipment from the partition.
(2) If necessary, remove the related curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).
B. Get Access
(1) Remove all items of equipment from the partition.
(2) Remove the related curtains and curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(3) If necessary, remove the display units. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.
(4) Remove the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).

(2) Remove the related curtains and curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(3) If necessary, remove the display units. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.
(4) Remove the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).

A. Removal of the Partition
(2) Lift the carpet as far as necessary to get access to the screws (6) and remove them.
(3) Release the filler panel (3) and let it stay on the tubes (4).
(4) Carefully remove the partition (1).
(5) If necessary, remove the sealant from the seat tracks.
(6) Remove the plates (7), the stop washers (9) and the seat track fittings (8).
(7) If necessary, remove the screws (5) and the bracket (2).
Subtask 25-26-42-020-055-BN ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: The procedure of the left and/or right partition (if installed) is the same.
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.(2) Lift the carpet as far as necessary to get access to the screws (6) and remove them.
(3) Release the filler panel (3) and let it stay on the tubes (4).
(4) Carefully remove the partition (1).
(5) If necessary, remove the sealant from the seat tracks.
(6) Remove the plates (7), the stop washers (9) and the seat track fittings (8).
(7) If necessary, remove the screws (5) and the bracket (2).
A. Removal of the Partitions
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Release the filler panel (3) and let it on the tubes (4).
(3) Cut, remove and discard the cable ties (21).
(4) Remove the screws (19), the washers (20) and the clamps (18) and release the cable (17).
(5) Release the spring latches (22) and disconnect the electrical connectors (16) and (15).
(6) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
(8) Lift the carpet as far as necessary to get access to the screws (11) and remove them.
(10) If applicable, remove the sealant from the seat tracks.
(11) Remove the plates (12), the stop washers (13) and the seat-track fittings (14).
(12) If necessary, remove the screws (6) and the bracket (2).
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Release the filler panel (3) and let it on the tubes (4).
(3) Cut, remove and discard the cable ties (21).
(4) Remove the screws (19), the washers (20) and the clamps (18) and release the cable (17).
(5) Release the spring latches (22) and disconnect the electrical connectors (16) and (15).
(6) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S) IS(ARE) DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S).
(7) Remove the screw (10), the nut (8), the washers (7) and the bonding strap (9). (8) Lift the carpet as far as necessary to get access to the screws (11) and remove them.
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(9) Carefully remove the partition (1). (10) If applicable, remove the sealant from the seat tracks.
(11) Remove the plates (12), the stop washers (13) and the seat-track fittings (14).
(12) If necessary, remove the screws (6) and the bracket (2).
