(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to do the servicing of the potable water system.

(2) Remove the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(3) Remove the adjacent lavatory (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-44-000-001).

D. Get Access

(2) Remove the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(3) If necessary, remove the passenger seat(s) adjacent to the lavatory (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).

(4) Remove upper sidewall panel 251BX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
(5) Remove lower sidewall panel 251AX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001).

(4) Remove the applicable upper sidewall panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
(5) Remove the applicable lower sidewall panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001).

(2) Remove emergency oxygen container 31WR (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-000-001).
(3) In the lavatory:
(a) Remove the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-000-001).
(b) Remove the toilet assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 38-31-41-000-001).
(4) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) In the aft cargo compartment:
(a) Remove partition 161DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).
(b) Remove sidewall panel 161CW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-003).
4. Procedure(1) Remove the lavatory door (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-19-000-001).
(2) Remove emergency oxygen container 31WR (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-000-001).
(3) In the lavatory:
(a) Remove the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-000-001).
(b) Remove the toilet assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 38-31-41-000-001).
(4) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) In the aft cargo compartment:
(a) Remove partition 161DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).
(b) Remove sidewall panel 161CW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-003).

A. Marking of the Ventilation Connections, the Potable Water Connections and the Waste-Water Drain Connections
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.

B. Removal of the Pelmets
(1) Remove the screws (10) and the pelmet (6).
(2) Remove the screws (7), the washers (8) and the pelmet (9).
Subtask 25-43-41-020-068-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (10) and the pelmet (6).
(2) Remove the screws (7), the washers (8) and the pelmet (9).
B. Removal of the Pelmets
(1) Remove the screws (1) and the washers (2), lift and remove the pelmet (5).
(2) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (2), lift and remove the pelmet (3).

B. Removal of the Pelmet
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the screws (20), washer (19) and pelmet (18).

(2) Remove the screws (20), washer (19) and pelmet (18).
C. Removal of the Electrical Connections
(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) On the lavatory ceiling, disconnect electrical connector 7202VC-A (16).
(3) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
(5) Cut and discard the cable ties (15) from the mounts (14).
(6) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (13) from the cable assemblies (12) and (8).
(7) Remove the screws (6), washers (7) and bracket (5).
(8) Disconnect the cable assembly (9) from the flush switch (2).
(9) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(10) If necessary, remove the cable assembly (9) as follows:
(a) Cut and discard the cable ties (10) from the mounts (11).
(b) Temporarily attach the cable assembly (9) to the top of the ceiling panel (1).
(11) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
Subtask 25-43-41-020-070-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) On the lavatory ceiling, disconnect electrical connector 7202VC-A (16).
(3) Open the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
(5) Cut and discard the cable ties (15) from the mounts (14).
(6) If necessary, cut and discard the cable ties (13) from the cable assemblies (12) and (8).
(7) Remove the screws (6), washers (7) and bracket (5).
(8) Disconnect the cable assembly (9) from the flush switch (2).
(9) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(10) If necessary, remove the cable assembly (9) as follows:
(a) Cut and discard the cable ties (10) from the mounts (11).
(b) Temporarily attach the cable assembly (9) to the top of the ceiling panel (1).
(11) Close the sanitary-cabinet access door (3).
D. Removal of the Air Connections
(1) Disconnect the air-extraction hose (1) as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamps (13) and disconnect the bellow (14) from the air-extraction line.
(b) Remove the clamps (13).
(c) Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the air-extraction hose (1) from the fitting (3) above the lavatory ceiling.
(d) Remove the clamp (2).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the ventilation hoses (7) and (12) as follows:
(a) Behind the lavatory, loosen the clamp (11) and disconnect the ventilation hose (12) from the fitting (10).
(b) Loosen the clamp (9) and disconnect the ventilation hose (7) from the fitting (10).
(c) Remove the clamps (11) and (9).
(d) Remove the screw (5), washers (4), spacer (8) and clamp (6).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-071-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the air-extraction hose (1) as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamps (13) and disconnect the bellow (14) from the air-extraction line.
(b) Remove the clamps (13).
(c) Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the air-extraction hose (1) from the fitting (3) above the lavatory ceiling.
(d) Remove the clamp (2).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the ventilation hoses (7) and (12) as follows:
(a) Behind the lavatory, loosen the clamp (11) and disconnect the ventilation hose (12) from the fitting (10).
(b) Loosen the clamp (9) and disconnect the ventilation hose (7) from the fitting (10).
(c) Remove the clamps (11) and (9).
(d) Remove the screw (5), washers (4), spacer (8) and clamp (6).
(e) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
E. Removal of the Water Connections
(2) Put the CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(3) Disconnect the potable water connections as follows:
(a) Remove the nut (4) and the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding straps (3).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (6).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (7) from the fittings (6).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (8) and disconnect the drain tube (9).
(b) Remove the clamp (8).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-071-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT YOU USE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS CLEAN AND APPROVED FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. IF NOT IT CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM.
WARNING:
BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION. (CONTAMINATION FROM TOILET WASTE IS DANGEROUS TO HEALTH).
(1) Open the access door. (2) Put the CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect.
(3) Disconnect the potable water connections as follows:
(a) Remove the nut (4) and the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding straps (3).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (6).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (7) from the fittings (6).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection as follows:
(a) Loosen the clamp (8) and disconnect the drain tube (9).
(b) Remove the clamp (8).
(c) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
E. Removal of the Water Connections
(2) If necessary, push up the insulation (3).
(3) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (5), the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (7).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (8).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:
(b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.

(1) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the water connections that you will disconnect. (2) If necessary, push up the insulation (3).
(3) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (5), the washer (6) and disconnect the bonding straps (4).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (7).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (8).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARK ON THE WASTE WATER AND AIR OUTLET HOSES AND ON THEIR RELATED CONNECTIONS.
IF YOU CONNECT ONE OF THESE HOSES TO THE CONNECTION OF THE OTHER HOSE, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Loosen the clamp (9) and disconnect the drain tube (10). (b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
E. Removal of the Water Connections
(2) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (4), the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding straps (3).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (6).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (7).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:
(b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

(1) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) below the connections you will disconnect. (2) Disconnect the potable water connections:
(a) Remove the nut (4), the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding straps (3).
(b) Loosen the nut (1) and disconnect the potable water tube (2) from the fitting (6).
(c) Loosen the nuts (1) and remove the potable water hose (7).
(d) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(3) Disconnect the waste-water drain connection:
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARK ON THE WASTE WATER AND AIR OUTLET HOSES AND ON THEIR RELATED CONNECTIONS.
IF YOU CONNECT ONE OF THESE HOSES TO THE CONNECTION OF THE OTHER HOSE, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Loosen the clamps (8) and disconnect the sleeve (9) from the drain tube (10). (b) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
F. Removal of the Upper Attachment(s)
(1) Remove the quick-release pin (2) and disconnect the tie-rod (1) from the aircraft structure above the lavatory ceiling.
(2) If installed, remove the quick-release pin (4) and disconnect the tie-rod (3) from the aircraft structure.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-073-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the quick-release pin (2) and disconnect the tie-rod (1) from the aircraft structure above the lavatory ceiling.
(2) If installed, remove the quick-release pin (4) and disconnect the tie-rod (3) from the aircraft structure.
G. Removal of the Lower Attachments
(1) Remove the sealant from the floor panel and the floor-panel attach components a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Remove the screw (6) from the door locator (7).
(3) Remove the screw (8) from the bracket (9).
(4) Remove the wall fitting covers (4).
(5) Remove the sealant from the wall fittings (1).
(6) Remove the bolts (2) and the washers (3) from the wall fittings (1).
(7) If installed, remove the shims (5).
(8) Identify the position and the number of the shims for the installation procedure.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-073-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the sealant from the floor panel and the floor-panel attach components a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Remove the screw (6) from the door locator (7).
(3) Remove the screw (8) from the bracket (9).
(4) Remove the wall fitting covers (4).
(5) Remove the sealant from the wall fittings (1).
(6) Remove the bolts (2) and the washers (3) from the wall fittings (1).
(7) If installed, remove the shims (5).
(8) Identify the position and the number of the shims for the installation procedure.
G. Removal of the Lower Attachments
(1) Remove the wall fitting cover (4).
(2) Remove the bolts (2).
(3) Remove and discard the packings (3).

(2) Remove the bolts (2).
(3) Remove and discard the packings (3).

(3) Carefully lift and move the lavatory assembly to the aft utility area.
(4) Remove the bushes (6).
(5) Remove and discard the packings (5).

(3) Carefully lift and move the lavatory assembly to the aft utility area.

(3) Remove the protection wax from the bolts (1) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Remove the bolts (1).
(5) Remove the eccentric bushes (2) and (3).
(7) Remove and discard the packings (5).
(8) Remove the bushes (6).
Subtask 25-43-41-020-074-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the covers (4).
(3) Remove the protection wax from the bolts (1) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Remove the bolts (1).
(5) Remove the eccentric bushes (2) and (3).
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.
(6) Carefully lift and move the lavatory assembly to the aft utility area. (7) Remove and discard the packings (5).
(8) Remove the bushes (6).
H. Disassembly of the Lavatory
(1) Remove the screws (7), the washers (6) and remove the angle section (3).
(2) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the screws (2) from the ceiling panel (1).
(3) Remove the screws (10).
(4) Remove the screws (15) and remove the L-section (16) and the T-section (17).
(5) Remove the screws (18).
(6) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13) that attach the rear wall (11) to the forward side wall (14).
(7) Move the assemblies apart and remove them from the aircraft.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-074-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (7), the washers (6) and remove the angle section (3).
(2) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the screws (2) from the ceiling panel (1).
(3) Remove the screws (10).
(4) Remove the screws (15) and remove the L-section (16) and the T-section (17).
(5) Remove the screws (18).
(6) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13) that attach the rear wall (11) to the forward side wall (14).
(7) Move the assemblies apart and remove them from the aircraft.

(1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the sealant from around the floor pan assembly (11) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13).
(4) Remove the screws (14) and the washers (15).
(5) Lift and remove the lavatory assemblies (1) and (2) from the floor pan assembly (11).
(6) Remove the screws (8), (6) and (9) and the washers (5) and (10).
(7) Remove the screw (7).
(8) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3).
(9) Remove the lavatory assemblies (1) and (2) from the aircraft.
Subtask 25-43-41-020-075-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make match marks on the components that you disconnect/remove to record their connections/positions. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
(2) Remove the sealant from around the floor pan assembly (11) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Remove the screws (12) and the washers (13).
(4) Remove the screws (14) and the washers (15).
(5) Lift and remove the lavatory assemblies (1) and (2) from the floor pan assembly (11).
(6) Remove the screws (8), (6) and (9) and the washers (5) and (10).
(7) Remove the screw (7).
(8) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3).
(9) Remove the lavatory assemblies (1) and (2) from the aircraft.
I. Removal of the Floor Pan Assembly
(1) If installed, remove the screws (16) from the floor angle brackets (17).
(2) If installed, remove the rubber strips (18), (19) and (21) from the floor panel (20).
(3) Remove the screws (5) and the door sill (6).
(4) Remove the screws (12), washers (11) and front-shroud panel assembly (10).
(5) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (8) from the floor pan (7).
(6) Remove the floor pan assembly (7).
(7) Remove the screws (3), washers (2) and rear partition panel (1).
(8) Remove the rubber strip (4).
(9) Remove the screws (15) and the washers (14) from the floor panel (13).
(10) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) from the floor panel joints.
(11) Pull up and remove the cord14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - and the sealant at each joint.
(12) Remove the screws (22) and the floor panel (13).
(13) Put the safety barriers in position.

(2) If installed, remove the rubber strips (18), (19) and (21) from the floor panel (20).
(3) Remove the screws (5) and the door sill (6).
(4) Remove the screws (12), washers (11) and front-shroud panel assembly (10).
(5) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (8) from the floor pan (7).
(6) Remove the floor pan assembly (7).
(7) Remove the screws (3), washers (2) and rear partition panel (1).

(13) Put the safety barriers in position.

(8) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) from the floor panel joints.
(9) Pull and remove the cord14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - and the sealant at each joint.
(10) Remove the screws (12) from the floor panel (4).
(11) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

(3) Remove the floor angle brackets (8).
(4) Remove the rubber strips (9), (10) and (11) from the floor panel (4).
(5) Remove the sealant from around the door sill (2) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(6) Remove the screws (3), door sill (2) and floor pan assembly (1).
(7) Remove the screws (6) and the washers (5) from the floor panel (4).
(8) Remove the tape Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - Sound damping - (Material No.05RAC1) from the floor panel joints.
(9) Pull and remove the cord
(10) Remove the screws (12) from the floor panel (4).
(11) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.
