B. Get Access
(1) Open the AFT passenger/crew door, Zone 832 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(2) Remove the attendant indication panel 320RH9 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-22-000-001).
(3) Remove the AFT attendant panel 126RH (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001).
(4) Remove the handset cradle 330RH9 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-44-000-001).
(5) Remove the emergency exit sign 45WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001).
(6) Remove the cabin emergency light 33WL (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001).
(7) Remove the cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 90WL7 (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001).

4. Procedure

A. Removal of door frame linings 261VW, 261UW, 261TW, 261WW

Door Frame Linings at the AFT Passenger/Crew Door, left Side

(1) Remove door frame lining 261VW (4):

CAUTION: MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(a) Disconnect the electrical connector (22) from the electrical harness.
(b) Put the CAP - BLANKING, PLASTIC on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(c) Loosen the clamp (11) and disconnect the hose (12).
(d) Put the PLUG - BLANKING, PLASTIC on the disconnected line ends.
(e) Hold door frame lining 261VW (4) in position.
(f) Remove the caps (7), the screws (6), (8) and (10) and the washers (5) and (9).
(g) If necessary, remove emergency oxygen container [35WR] (Ref. AMM TASK 35-21-41-000-001).
(h) Remove door frame lining 261VW (4).
(2) Remove door frame lining 261UW (1):
(a) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and door frame lining 261UW (1).
(3) Remove door frame lining 261TW (2):
(a) Remove the screws (24), the washers (23) and the latch hook (25).
(b) Remove the cap (7), the screws (8) and (6) and the washers (5).
(c) Carefully tilt door frame lining 261TW (2) and remove the nuts (14) and disengage the socket (13).
(d) Remove door frame lining 261TW (2).
(4) Remove door frame lining 261WW (3):
(a) Remove the cap (7), the screws (8) and (6) and the washers (5).
(b) Remove the handgrip (20):

CAUTION: DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COVER AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RETAINER.

1 Put the 995000 TOOL-MANUAL RELEASE between the handgrip cover (18) and the handgrip (20).
2 Carefully push on the lugs (17) of the handgrip cover (18) in the direction of the arrows.
3 Remove the handgrip cover (18).
4 If you installed the screws (16) and (19), plates (15), handgrip (20) and spacer (21) (if installed), remove them.
(c) Remove door frame lining 261WW (3).
