A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2) Make sure that the CONTAINER - HYDRAULIC FLUID RESISTANT is in position below the replacement pilot valve.
(3) FOR [1150GP]
(a) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(b) Make sure that the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(c) Make sure that the isolation coupling of the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) is disconnected (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(d) Make sure that one MLG door is open.
(e) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position.
(f) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
(a) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(b) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(c) Make sure that the access panel 195BB is open.
(d) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
(a) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(b) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(c) Make sure that the access panel 196BB is open.
(d) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
Subtask 29-19-51-865-060-A WARNING:
OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002). (2) Make sure that the CONTAINER - HYDRAULIC FLUID RESISTANT is in position below the replacement pilot valve.
(3) FOR [1150GP]
(a) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(b) Make sure that the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(c) Make sure that the isolation coupling of the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) is disconnected (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).

(c) Make sure that the access panel 195BB is open.
(d) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
- In the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel
- On the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
(a) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(b) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(c) Make sure that the access panel 196BB is open.
(d) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
- In the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel
- On the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

Subtask 29-19-51-420-054-A
A. Installation of the Pilot Valve
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new packings (4) with Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) .
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the open ports.
(5) Install the new packings (4):
(a) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-01-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 1150GP (5).
(b) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-02-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 2150GP (5).
(c) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-03-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 3150GP (5).
(6) Put the pilot valve (3) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve (5).
(7) Attach the pilot valve (3) with the bolts (1), the washer (2) and the bonding strap (7) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 0.44 and 0.36 m.daN (38.94 and 31.86 lbf.in )
.
(10) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (6) and from the receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(13) Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and from the hydraulic section 40VU on the overhead panel in the cockpit.
Subtask 29-19-51-865-061-A (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new packings (4) with Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) .
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the open ports.
(5) Install the new packings (4):
(a) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-01-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 1150GP (5).
(b) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-02-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 2150GP (5).
(c) Put the new AIPC 29-19-51-03-020 PACKINGS (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 3150GP (5).
(6) Put the pilot valve (3) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve (5).
(7) Attach the pilot valve (3) with the bolts (1), the washer (2) and the bonding strap (7) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 0.44 and 0.36 m.daN (38.94 and 31.86 lbf.in )
. WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(9) Safety the bolts (1) with lockwire, corrosion resistant steel dia 0.8mm (0.032 in.). (10) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (6) and from the receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
(12) Connect the electrical connector (6) to the pilot valve. (13) Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and from the hydraulic section 40VU on the overhead panel in the cockpit.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do the Operational Test of the Solenoid Valve 1150GP
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(4) Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(6) Do this Test:
(7) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001).
(8) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(9) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
Subtask 29-19-51-710-054-A (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

(4) Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)

(8) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(9) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
D. Do the Operational Test of the Solenoid Valve 2150GP
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(4) Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(6) Do this test:
(7) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(8) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(9) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
Subtask 29-19-51-710-055-A (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-002).
(4) Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(6) Do this Test:
(7) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(8) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(9) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
5. Close-up(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-002).
(4) Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
