Door Frame Linings - Emergency Exit, zones 251/252Subtask 25-23-47-860-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position on the related emergency exit door.
(2) Make sure that the related emergency exit door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001)
(3) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001)
(4) Make sure that emergency exit sign 450WL is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001).
(5) Make sure that cabin emergency light 37WL is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001).
(6) Make sure that cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 95WL7 is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the decoupling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(8) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(9) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(10) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

(2) Make sure that the related emergency exit door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001)
(3) Make sure that the ground service network is energized

(4) Make sure that emergency exit sign 450WL is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001).
(5) Make sure that cabin emergency light 37WL is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-11-000-001).
(6) Make sure that cabin wall-mounted emergency-exit-marker 95WL7 is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the decoupling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(8) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(9) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(10) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 251EX (252EX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (30) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section LWR (25), the washers (29) and the screws (28).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section LWR (25).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-079-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (30) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section LWR (25), the washers (29) and the screws (28).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section LWR (25).
NOTE: Make sure that the lugs (26) of the cover (27) engage correctly and you hear a click.
(5) IF necessary install the recessed panel (31). NOTE: Make sure that the burrtape touches correctly.
B. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 251JX (252JX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (24) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section LWR (25), the washers (29) and the screws (28).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (25).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-080-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (24) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the handle section LWR (25), the washers (29) and the screws (28).
(4) Install the cover (27) to the handle section-LWR (25).
NOTE: Make sure that the lugs (26) of the, cover (27) engage correctly and you hear a click.
C. Installation of the Door Frame Lining(s) 251HX (252HX) and/or 251DX (252DX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining(s) (22) and/or (23) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining(s) (22) and/or (23), the washers (20) and the screws (21)
Subtask 25-23-47-420-081-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining(s) (22) and/or (23) in position on the door frame structure and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining(s) (22) and/or (23), the washers (20) and the screws (21)
D. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 251FX (252FX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (18) in position on the door frame.
(3) Install the door frame lining (18), the washers (20) and the screws (19), (21).
(4) Install the cove light panel(s) 251GX (252GX) if necessary.
Subtask 25-23-47-420-082-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (18) in position on the door frame.
(3) Install the door frame lining (18), the washers (20) and the screws (19), (21).
(4) Install the cove light panel(s) 251GX (252GX) if necessary.
E. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 251KX (252KX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (14) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining (14), the washers (20) and the screws (21).
Subtask 25-23-47-420-083-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (14) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining (14), the washers (20) and the screws (21).
F. Installation of the Door Frame Lining 251LX (252LX)
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Put the door frame lining (11) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining (11), the washers (12) and the screws (13).

(2) Put the door frame lining (11) in position on the door frame and engage the attach brackets to the yo-yo rolls.
(3) Install the door frame lining (11), the washers (12) and the screws (13).

(1) Install the hook (5), the washers (6) and the screws (7).

(4) Install the cabin-wall mounted emergency-exit-marker(s) 90WL5 (90WL6) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-400-001).
(5) Install the emergency exit sign(s) 43WL (42WL) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-400-001).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
