CAUTION: REMOVE THE PROTECTION COVERS FROM THE OPENINGS AS NECESSARY TO PREVENT ENGINE DAMAGE.
     (a) Make sure that you remove all the necessary COVER - PROTECTION to prevent damage to the engine.
   (2) Install the actuator (1) as follows:
     (a) Make sure that the actuator (1) piston is retracted.
     (b) Put the actuator (1) on the HPC SVA lever housing and engage the piston on the actuator link.
NOTE: It is not necessary to align the bolt hole in the piston with the actuator link at this time.
     (c) Attach the actuator (1) to the HPC SVA lever housing with the three captive bolts finger-tight.
     (d) Apply Antigalling Compound (Material No.P06-054) to the threads of the two bolts (2).
NOTE: For new or refurbished bolts or nuts with baked on lubricant, do not do the wet application.
     (e) Install the SVA bracket (3) on the HPC case with the two bolts (2) finger-tight.
     (f) Attach the actuator (1) to the SVA bracket (3) with the two bolts (4) finger-tight.
     (g) TORQUE the three captive bolts to between 60 and 50 lbf.in (0.68 and 0.57 m.daN ) T equally in an opposite pattern until the same torque indication holds.
     (h) TORQUE the two bolts (2) to between 100 and 90 lbf.in (1.13 and 1.02 m.daN )
