   (1) Open the oil tank access-door on the left fan cowl-door, or if necessary, open the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-802).

A. Deactivation of the Thrust Reverser for Ground Maintenance
   (1) Remove the lockout pin (2) from the lockout pin storage location of the inhibit cable handle assembly.
   (2) Turn the lever (1) on the inhibit cable handle assembly counterclockwise to the inhibited position.
   (3) Insert the lockout pin (2) in the lockout pin inhibited location of the inhibit cable handle assembly.
