   (1) On ENG panel 115VU, make sure that the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 control switches are in the OFF position.

   (1) Disconnect the electrical connector of the cabin-pressure detection pressure-switch (14WN).
   (2) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the electrical connector.

   (4) Close all the doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-002).

     (b) Open passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
     (c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-001).
     (d) Close passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
   (2) For the emergency exit:
     (a) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 835 or 845.
     (b) Open emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
     (c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
     (d) Close emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-002).

   (1) Get access to the parameter call-up menus (Ref. AMM TASK 31-36-00-740-008).
ACTION
RESULT
1.Connect the 98D52703000000 CONNECTOR SHUNT to the connector of the cabin-pressure detection pressure- switch (14WN).
On the forward-left passenger/crew door:
  • The cabin-pressure warning-light of the forward-left door panel (16WN1) flashes.

On the forward-right passenger/crew door:
  • The cabin-pressure warning-light of the forward-right door panel (16WN2) flashes.

On the aft-left passenger/crew door:
  • The cabin-pressure warning-light of the aft-left door panel (17WN1) flashes.

On the aft-right passenger/crew door:
  • The cabin-pressure warning-light of the aft-right door panel (17WN2) flashes.
2.On the MCDU:
  • On the AIDS PARAM LABEL CALL-UP page, enter parameter label call-up 026/1/ 124/00 with the alphanumeric keys (related to FWC bus L1 LABEL 124 sdi 00).
On the MCDU:
  • The parameter label call-up is shown on the bottom of the display (scratchpad).
  • Push line select key 1L or 4L to get the parameter label call-up.
  • The parameter label call-up is shown on the data field with all information.
  • Wait for five seconds.
  • Make sure that bit 21 is set to 1.
3.In the cabin, on all doors:
  • Make sure that the SLIDE ARMING lever is set to DISARMED.

4.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light flashes.
5.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the ON position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light does not flash.
6.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light flashes.
7.Disconnect the 98D52703000000 CONNECTOR SHUNT from the connector of the cabin-pressure detection pressure-switch (14WN).
On all the passenger/crew doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light goes off.

On the MCDU:
  • Make sure that the bit related to parameter label call-up 026/1/124/00 bit 21 is set to 0.
8.On the MCDU:

  • Push the MCDU MENU mode key.
  • The MCDU MENU page comes into view.

  • Make sure that the SLIDE ARMING lever is set to DISARMED.

4.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light flashes.
5.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the ON position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The cabin-pressure red warning-light does not flash.
6.On ENG panel 115VU:
  • Set the ENG MASTER 1 and ENG MASTER 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:

7.Disconnect the 98D52703000000 CONNECTOR SHUNT from the connector of the cabin-pressure detection pressure-switch (14WN).
On all the passenger/crew doors and emergency exits:

6.Disconnect the 98D52703000000 CONNECTOR SHUNT from the connector of the cabin-pressure detection pressure-switch (14WN).
On all the passenger/crew doors and emergency exits:
  • The red CABIN PRESSURE warning light goes off.

On the MCDU:
  • Make sure that bit 21 related to parameter label call-up 026/1/124/00 is set to 0.
7.On the MCDU:

  • Push the MCDU MENU mode key.

  • On the AIDS PARAM LABEL CALL-UP page, enter the parameter label call-up 026/1/124/00 with the alphanumeric keys (related to FWC bus L1 LABEL 124 sdi 00).
On the MCDU:
  • The parameter label call-up is shown on the bottom of the display (scratchpad).
  • Push the line key 1L or 4L to get the parameter label call-up.
  • The parameter label call-up is shown on the data field with all information.
  • Wait for five seconds.
  • Make sure that the bit 21 is set to 1.
3.In the cabin, on all doors:
  • Make sure that the SLIDE ARMING lever is set in DISARMED position.

4.On the ENG panel 115VU:
  • Put the ENG MASTER 1 or 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The red CABIN PRESSURE warning light flashes.
5.On the ENG panel 115VU:
  • Put the ENG MASTER 1 and 2 switches to the ON position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The red CABIN PRESSURE warning light does not flash.
6.On the ENG panel 115VU:
  • Put the ENG MASTER 1 and 2 switches to the OFF position.
In the cabin, on all doors:
  • The red CABIN PRESSURE warning light flashes.
7.Disconnect the 98D52703000000 CONNECTOR SHUNT from the connector of the pressure switch (14WN).
On all the passenger/crew doors and emergency exits:
  • The red CABIN PRESSURE warning light goes off.

On the MCDU:
  • Make sure that the bit related to the parameter label call-up 026/1/124/00 bit 21 is set to 0.
8.On the MCDU:

  • Push the MCDU MENU mode key.
  • The MCDU MENU page comes into view.
