A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the applicable cargo compartment door.
   (3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the forward or the aft cargo compartment door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the forward or aft cargo compartment door.

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-52-21-910-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
   (2) Remove the sealant from the roller tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a SCRAPER - WOODEN or SCRAPER - PLASTIC.
   (3) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (5) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surfaces of the roller tracks.
   (6) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the threads of the screws.

B. Installation of the Roller Track in the FWD Cargo Compartment
   (1) Put the roller track (30) in position on the cross-beams and align the holes of the fork-end (24) with the mounting (20).
   (2) Install the bolts (21), the washers (22) and the nuts (23).
   (3) Install the screws (1) and the nuts (6) in the roller track (30).
   (4) Put the roller tracks (4) and (29) in position on the cross-beams and align the holes of the roller tracks and the cross-beams.
   (5) Install the screws (1) and the nuts (9).
   (6) Put the plate (28) in position at the joint of the roller tracks (4) and (29).
   (7) Install the screws (26),(27) and the nuts (31) in the plate (28).
   (8) Install the screws (32) in the roller track (4) and (29).
   (9) Put the plate (41) in position at the joint of the roller tracks (29) and (30).
   (10) Install the screws (40) and the nuts (43) in the plate (41).
   (11) Install the screws (42) and the nuts (43) in the roller track (29) and (30).
   (12) Put the fish plates (45) in position.
   (13) Install the screws (44) and the nuts (43) in the fish plates (45).
   (14) Put the roller track (8) in position and align the holes of the roller track (8) with the holes of the roller track (4).
   (15) Install the screws (2) and the nuts (5) in the roller track (4).
   (16) Install the screws (3) and the nuts (7) in the roller track (8) and (4).
   (17) Install the screws (10) and the nuts (9) in the roller track (8).
   (18) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.
   (19) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the material applied to the fasteners and the connection elements.

C. Installation of the Roller Track in the Aft Cargo Compartment
   (1) Put the roller track (3) in its correct installation position.
   (2) Install the screws (4) and the nuts (5).
   (3) Install the screws (1) and the nuts (2) in each cross-beam connection.
   (4) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.
   (5) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the material applied to the fasteners and the connection elements.

C. Installation of the Roller Track in the AFT Cargo Compartment
   (1) Put the roller track (29) in position on the cross-beams and align the holes of the roller track and the cross-beams.
   (2) Install the screws (1) and the nuts (9) in the roller track (40).
   (3) Put the roller track (29),(40) in position on the cross-beams and align the holes of the roller track and the cross-beams.
   (4) Install the screws (1) and the nuts (9).
   (5) Put the plates (28) in position at the joint of the roller tracks (4) and (29) and at the joint of the roller tracks (29) and (40).
   (6) Install the screws (26), (27) and the nuts (31) in the plate (28).
   (7) Install the screws (32) and the nuts (31).
   (8) Put the fish plates (33) in position.
   (9) Install the screws (30) and the nuts (9) in the fish plates (33).
   (10) Put the roller track (8) in position and align the holes of the roller track (8) with the holes of the roller track (40).
   (11) Install the screws (2) and the nuts (5) in the roller track (40).
   (12) Install the screws (3) and the nuts (7) in the roller track (8) and (40).
   (13) Install the screws (10) and the nuts (9) in the roller track (8).
   (14) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.
   (15) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Hard Film - (Material No.12ACB1) to the material applied to the fasteners and the connection elements.
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the filter holder and the funnel of the drainage system (Ref. AMM TASK 25-53-00-400-001).
   (3) Install the end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-400-001).
   (4) Install the power drive units (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-26-400-001).
   (5) Install the proximity switches (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-400-001).
   (6) Install the XZ-single latch 32 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-400-001).
   (7) Install the servo mechanism (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-51-400-001).
   (8) Install the roller assy (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
   (9) Install the ball mats and ball strips (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-400-001).
   (10) Install the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the reinforced end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-400-002).
   (3) Install the fixed XZ-latch 32 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-400-004).
   (4) Install the roller assy (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
   (5) Install the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the reinforced end stops (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-53-400-002).
   (3) Install the fixed XZ-latch for ACT (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-34-400-004).
   (4) Install the roller assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
   (5) Install the floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).
