A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.
(2) Make sure that the forward and the aft cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the forward and the aft cargo-compartment door(s).
(4) Make sure that the forward cargo compartment floor panels 131LF, 131SF, 131TF and 132TF are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(5) Make sure that the aft cargo compartment floor panels 151SF, 151TF, 151UF, 151AG, 152AG, 151BG and 152BG are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
(6) Make sure that the roller assembly is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
Subtask 25-53-00-865-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.
(2) Make sure that the forward and the aft cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the forward and the aft cargo-compartment door(s).
(4) Make sure that the forward cargo compartment floor panels 131LF, 131SF, 131TF and 132TF are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(5) Make sure that the aft cargo compartment floor panels 151SF, 151TF, 151UF, 151AG, 152AG, 151BG and 152BG are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
(6) Make sure that the roller assembly is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-000-001).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the thread of the screws.
(2) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surface of the drain funnel.
(3) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surface of the filter holder.
Subtask 25-53-00-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the thread of the screws.
(2) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surface of the drain funnel.
(3) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surface of the filter holder.
B. Installation of the Drain Funnel
(1) Put the drain funnel (5) in its correct installation position.
(2) Install the screws (9) with the nuts (8).
(3) Put a new AIPC 25-53-02-03-040 TIE-CABLE (6) or AIPC 25-53-82-01-070 TIE-CABLE (6) on the flexible hose (7).
(4) Put the flexible hose (7) on the drain funnel (5).
(5) Put the tie wrap (6) in position and tighten it.
Subtask 25-53-00-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the drain funnel (5) in its correct installation position.
(2) Install the screws (9) with the nuts (8).
(3) Put a new AIPC 25-53-02-03-040 TIE-CABLE (6) or AIPC 25-53-82-01-070 TIE-CABLE (6) on the flexible hose (7).
(4) Put the flexible hose (7) on the drain funnel (5).
(5) Put the tie wrap (6) in position and tighten it.
C. Installation of the Filter and the Filter Holder
(1) Put a new AIPC 25-53-02-02-020 FILTER (3) or AIPC 25-53-82-01-040 FILTER (3) in the filter holder (2).
(2) Put the filter holder (2) in position on the drain outlet (4).
(3) Install the screws (1) in the filter holder (2).
(4) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the screws.
5. Close-up(1) Put a new AIPC 25-53-02-02-020 FILTER (3) or AIPC 25-53-82-01-040 FILTER (3) in the filter holder (2).
(2) Put the filter holder (2) in position on the drain outlet (4).
(3) Install the screws (1) in the filter holder (2).
(4) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the screws.
Subtask 25-53-00-410-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the floor panels 131SF 131SF 131TF 132TF 131AG 132AG 131BG 132BG 131LF in the forward cargo compartment (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001).
(3) Install the floor panels 151TF 152TF 151UF 152VF 152WF 151AG 152AG 151BG 152BG in the aft cargo compartment (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).
(4) Install the roller assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
Subtask 25-53-00-865-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the floor panels 131SF 131SF 131TF 132TF 131AG 132AG 131BG 132BG 131LF in the forward cargo compartment (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001).
(3) Install the floor panels 151TF 152TF 151UF 152VF 152WF 151AG 152AG 151BG 152BG in the aft cargo compartment (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).
(4) Install the roller assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Close Access
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Close the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Close the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
