A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the applicable cargo compartment door.
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.

(1) Make sure that the forward or aft cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-52-24-910-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Brushable - (Material No.06AEA1) to the roller track (2) and on the contact surfaces of the curved washers (4).

B. Installation of the Roller Assembly for the ACT

Roller Assembly for 2 ACT ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Put the spindle (3) in the roller track (2) and the ACT roller assembly (1).
(2) Install the curved washer (4) on the spindle (3).
(3) Safety the spindle (3) with the new 25522405-040COTTER PIN(S)5.
(4) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.
(5) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the material applied to the fasteners and the connection elements (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-002).

B. Installation of the Roller Assembly

Roller Assy ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Put the roller assembly (1) in its correct installation position on the roller track (2).
(2) Put the spindle (3) in the roller track (2) and the roller assembly (1).
(3) Install the curved washers (4) on the spindle (3).
(4) Safety the spindle (3) with the new AIPC 25-52-24-02-040 COTTER PINS (5) and/or AIPC 25-52-24-05-040 COTTER PINS (5).
(5) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connections of the roller assembly (1).
(6) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the fasteners and all other connections of the roller assembly (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-002).
