A. Repair of a layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound
(2) Remove the damaged layer of corrosion-preventive compound with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Repair the layer of the moisture-removing oil (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-001).
(4) Apply the Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing & Heavy Duty Hard Film - (Material No.12ADB1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the area.
(5) Remove the PAPER - MASKING and the TAPE - MASKING.
5. Close-upWARNING:
DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE TAPE ON THE PROBES, DUCTS, SENSORS (STATIC, PITOT, TAT, AOA). USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED TOOLS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE SPECIFIED TOOLS:
- GIVE THE CORRECT PROTECTION TO THE AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT,
- ARE EASY TO SEE FROM THE GROUND,
- ARE EASY TO REMOVE.
CAUTION:
DO NOT USE A METAL SCRAPER TO REMOVE THE UNWANTED MATERIAL. A METAL SCRAPER CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE OF THE COMPONENT.
(1) Apply the PAPER - MASKING and the TAPE - MASKING to the equipment adjacent to the area. (2) Remove the damaged layer of corrosion-preventive compound with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Repair the layer of the moisture-removing oil (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-001).
(4) Apply the Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing & Heavy Duty Hard Film - (Material No.12ADB1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Soft Film - (Material No.12ACC1) to the area.
(5) Remove the PAPER - MASKING and the TAPE - MASKING.

A. Removal of Equipment
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Make an entry in the aircraft logbook and attach a tag on the captain side stick to tell the crew that:
