Subtask 25-52-53-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the forward and/or aft cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the opening of the applicable cargo compartment door.
(3) Make sure that the warning notice is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.
(4) Make sure that the related floor panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001) and/or (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
(5) Make sure that the related ball mats are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-000-001).
(6) Make sure that the related Y-guide is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-46-000-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-52-53-910-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Remove the sealant from the end stops and the roller tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a SCRAPER - WOODEN or SCRAPER - PLASTIC.
(2) Clean the end stops and the contact area in the roller tracks.
(3) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the thread and the shaft of the bolts.
(4) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the mating surface of the end stops.

B. Installation of the End Stops
(1) Put the the end stops (1) and (6) in their correct installation positions in the roller tracks (4).
(2) Install the bolts (3) and the nuts (2) in the roller tracks (4) and the end stops (1) and (6).
(3) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the related Y-guide (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-46-400-001).
(3) Install the related ball mats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-400-001).
(4) Install the related floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-400-001).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
