A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that the ENG/MODE selector switch is in the NORM position.
(b) Make sure that the ENG/MASTER 1(2) control switch was in the OFF position not less than five minutes before you do this procedure.
(c) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 75-11-05-010-054-A (1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:

YOU MUST DEACTIVATE THE THRUST REVERSER BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON OR AROUND IT. IF YOU DO NOT, THE THRUST REVERSER CAN OPERATE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE AN INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.

| 4.Look for cracks and dents in the booster anti-ice valve | Not Serviceable. | If you see a crack or dent, replace the booster anti-ice valve (Ref. AMM TASK 75-11-05-000-801) and (Ref. AMM TASK 75-11-05-400-801). |
| 5.Examine the electrical receptacles and electrical connectors | Not Serviceable. | - If the electrical connector is loose, use the PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT to tighten the electrical connector (Ref. AMM TASK 70-70-00-910-804). -If the electrical connector has damage that prevents the correct installation of the electrical connector, replace the wiring harness (Ref. AMM TASK 73-21-60-000-813) (Ref. AMM TASK 73-21-60-400-813). -If a booster anti-ice valve receptacle has damage that prevents the correct installation of the electrical connector, replace the booster anti-ice valve (Ref. AMM TASK 75-11-05-000-801) and (Ref. AMM TASK 75-11-05-400-801). Small damage to the booster anti-ice valve electrical receptacle threads is permitted, if you repair the damage. NOTE: You must repair the damage so that the connector can be tightened and hold torque. |
