Subtask 49-13-00-860-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) Make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw on the panel 25VU is set to the OFF position.
   (3) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized and put them in the maintenance configuration
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001)

C. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that an ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
   (2) Make sure that the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR are open, safety them in the open position (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
   (3) Set the light switch 11LJ to the ON position.
4. Procedure
Subtask 49-13-00-210-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. General Visual Inspection of the APU seals
   (1) Do a check of the APU access doors rubber seal condition and an inspection of the APU compartment door seals (Ref. AMM TASK 49-13-00-200-002).
     (a) Make sure that the flexible seals on the air intake system are clean and in correct condition and position (Ref. AMM TASK 49-16-00-210-002).
     (b) Make sure that the oil cooler discharge duct aligns with the left APU access door correctly.

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Set the light switch 11LJ to the OFF position.
   (3) Close the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
