Installation of the Pneumatic Sense Lines in the Pylon
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON THE ENGINE PARTS AFTER THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN. USE APPLICABLE THERMAL GLOVES. THE ENGINE PARTS CAN STAY HOT FOR ONE HOUR AFTER SHUTDOWN AND CAN BURN YOU.
1. Reason for the JobThis task gives the installation procedures of the sense lines installed between:
- The bleed-pressure regulator-valve control-solenoid and the pylon interface
- The fan-air valve control-thermostat and the fan air valve
- The bleed transferred pressure-transducer, the bleed-pressure regulator-valve control-solenoid and the pylon interface
- The bleed regulated pressure-transducer and the duct assy
- The HP bleed override-solenoid and the pylon interface (optional).
