A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the PSU is removed
(Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-45-000-001).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

4. Procedure
Subtask 33-21-21-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Underbin Light
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Put the underbin light (2) in its correct installation position.
(4) Install the underbin light (2) in the cheek panel (3).
(5) Install the lens (4) on the cheek panel (3).
(6) Install the end cap (5) on the lens (4).
(7) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(8) Connect the electrical connector of the wire harness (1).

C. Test of the Underbin Lighting
(1) Do the bite test of the general illumination with the MCDU
(Ref. AMM TASK 33-21-00-740-002).
(2) Do the test of the underbin lighting from FAP 120RH
(Ref. AMM TASK 33-21-00-710-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Install the applicable PSU
(Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-45-400-001).

B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
