A. Temporary Protection of the Electrical Conduits End-Fittings in the Wing Inboard Leading-Edge
(a) Use Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to remove any contamination from the fitting.
(b) Remove any flakes or blisters, make sure that the you do not damage the base metal while you do this task.
5. Close-upWARNING:
BE CAREFUL NOT TO CUT YOUR FINGERS. FLAKES OF NICKEL ARE SHARP.
(1) At each fitting use the procedure that follows to protect against corrosion: (a) Use Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to remove any contamination from the fitting.
(b) Remove any flakes or blisters, make sure that the you do not damage the base metal while you do this task.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a dental tool or a seal tool (non metallic) to remove the flakes and the blisters.
(c) Use a BRUSH - BRISTLED or an SPRAY - BOTTLE, PUMP TYPE (NON AEROSOL) to apply a continuous thin and smooth coat of Corrosion Preventive Compound-Heavy Duty Hard Film - (Material No.12ACB1) , to cover all the fitting ESPM 203330. Subtask 24-92-00-410-208-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Disconnect the aircraft from the ground (Ref. AMM TASK 12-34-24-869-002).
(2) Retract the slats (Ref. AMM TASK 27-80-00-866-005).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(1) Disconnect the aircraft from the ground (Ref. AMM TASK 12-34-24-869-002).
(2) Retract the slats (Ref. AMM TASK 27-80-00-866-005).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
