   (1) Open the applicable emergency exit door (referred to as door) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the opened door.
4. Procedure
Subtask 52-22-00-614-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Pressurization of the Pressure Accumulator
   (1) Remove the protection cap (6) from the pressure filling valve (2).
   (2) Put the 98F52107520001 WRENCH-ACTUATOR,EMERGENCY DOOR (7) in position on the filling valve nut (3).
WARNING: DO NOT LET COMPRESSED GAS TOUCH YOUR SKIN. THE GAS CAN GO THROUGH THE SKIN AND MAKE BUBBLES IN THE BLOOD. THIS CONDITION CAN KILL YOU.
   (3) Connect the FILLING EQUIPMENT - NITROGEN, PRESSURE REGULATED GAGE to the pressure filling valve (2) as follows:
     (a) Install the ADAPTER DIA 0.30-32 UNF - EXTENSION on the pressure filling valve (2).
     (b) Connect the FILLING EQUIPMENT - NITROGEN, PRESSURE REGULATED GAGE to the ADAPTER DIA 0.30-32 UNF - EXTENSION.
   (4) Loosen the filling valve nut (3) to open the pressure filling valve (2).
   (5) Fill the pressure accumulator (5) to the correct pressure as follows:
NOTE: The pressure accumulator (5) is correctly pressurized with 123 -2 bar or +2 bar (1783.9637 -29.0075 psi or +29.0075 psi) when the pointer of the pressure gage (4) is in the green area.
     (a) Carefully open the control valve of the FILLING EQUIPMENT - NITROGEN, PRESSURE REGULATED GAGE.
     (b) Slowly fill (for more than 10 seconds) the pressure accumulator (5) to 69 bar (1000.7601 psi) maximum.
     (c) Do a check for approximately two minutes to see if the pressure decreases.
     (d) If the pressure decreases more than moderately, stop the filling procedure.
     (e) If the leak does not come from the inflation equipment, release the pressure and remove the door damper and the emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-14-000-001).
     (f) If there is no leak, slowly fill (for more than seven seconds) the pressure accumulator (5) to 123 -2 bar or +2 bar (1783.9637 -29.0075 psi or +29.0075 psi).
     (g) Do a check for approximately 10 minutes to see if the pressure decreases.
     (h) If the pressure decreases more than moderately, stop the filling procedure.
     (i) If the leak does not come from the inflation equipment, release the pressure and remove the door damper and the emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-14-000-001).
   (6) Remove the 98F52107520001 WRENCH-ACTUATOR,EMERGENCY DOOR (7) from the filling valve nut (3) when the pointer of the pressure gage (4) is in the green area and stable.
   (7) Close the control valve of the FILLING EQUIPMENT - NITROGEN, PRESSURE REGULATED GAGE.
   (8) Remove the ADAPTER DIA 0.30-32 UNF - EXTENSION from the pressure filling valve (2).
CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED TORQUE TO THE NUT OF THE FILLING VALVE. OVERTORQUE WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VALVE, AND WILL THUS CAUSE LEAKAGE OF NITROGEN FROM THE CYLINDER.
   (9) TORQUE the filling valve nut (3) to between 1.1 and 0.9 m.daN (97.35 and 79.65 lbf.in ) T.
   (10) Install the protection cap (6) on the pressure filling valve (2).
